FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: coating composition contains oligobutadiene diol, mineral filler, trifunctional low molecular weight alcohol, polyisocyanate, urethane-formation catalyst and 2,4,6-tri-tertbutylphenol. The mineral filler additionally contains multifunctional filler which is a mixture of chemically co-deposited calcium carbonate and magnesium hydroxide.

EFFECT: obtaining coatings with improved dynamic and physical and mechanical properties.

The invention relates to polymeric compositions and can be used for the manufacture of coatings, running tracks, playgrounds, gyms, elastomeric sealant and waterproofing materials, waterproofing and anticorrosive coatings.

Known composition for coating comprising oligomerization, mineral filler, trifunctionally low molecular weight alcohol, a polyisocyanate, ORGANOTIN catalyst and 2,4,6-tri-tertbutylphenol, ethyl silicate, diatomite, a surfactant and a plasticizer [RF patent 2332435 C1, SW 175/08 publ. 2008].

The disadvantage of the composition is low level dynamic and physico-mechanical properties.

Known composition for coatings, including oligomerization, plasticizer, mineral filler, trifunctionally low molecular weight alcohol, a polyisocyanate, ORGANOTIN catalyst, 2,4,6-tri-tertbutylphenol and ethyl silicate [RF patent 2190002 C2, CL 7 C 09 D 109/100, publ. 2002].

The disadvantage of the composition is low level dynamic and physico-mechanical properties.

Most similar to that proposed by the technical nature of the achieved result is a composition for coating comprising oligodontia, plasticizer, mineral filler, trifunctionally low molecular weight alcohol, polyiso ianal, catalyst retinoblastoma and 2,4,6-tributyltin, as oligodontia contains a copolymer of butadiene and isoprene with monomers 70:30 Malm 4000-5000, the content of hydroxyl groups of 0.75 to 0.89 wt.% (EDP-1K) and additionally contains ethyl silicate, in the following ratio of components:

A coating of this composition has insufficient mechanical properties, despite the additional introduction in the composition of the ethyl silicate.

Object of the present invention to provide coatings with enhanced dynamic and physico-mechanical properties.

Technical the cue result the increase in dynamic and physico-mechanical properties is achieved by the use of a composition comprising oligomerization - copolymer of butadiene and isoprene with monomers 70:30 Malm 4000-5000, the content of hydroxyl groups of from 0.7 to 0.89 wt.%, plasticizer, trifunctionally low molecular weight alcohol, a polyisocyanate, a catalyst retinoblastoma, 2,4,6-tri-tertbutylphenol and mineral filler, which further comprises a multifunctional filler, which is a mixture of chemically soosazhdennykh of calcium carbonate and magnesium hydroxide containing:

The essence of the invention is as follows.

Introduction to composition MFN provides additional crosslinking the elastomeric matrix due to the formation of salt linkages, increase hemadsorbing interaction between the oligomer and the particles MFN.

As oligonucleotide in the composition using a copolymer of butadiene and isoprene SOPS-1K (TU 38.103342-88) with the ratio of monomers to 70:30, molecular weight 4,000 to 5,000; the content of hydroxyl groups, wt.% 0,75-0,89.

Mineral fillers are powders of average particle size, which for example chalk, lime-dropout, kaolin, talc.

As low-molecular trifunctional alcohol in the composition is glycerol, triethanolamine or trimethylolpropane.

2,4,6-tri-tertbutylphenol is a crystalline powder, soluble in hydrocarbons and having a melting point of 129-131°C, the mass fraction of ash not more than 0.05%. This product is produced via the reaction of alkylation of phenol with isobutylene in the presence of a catalyst under the trade name of the antioxidant P-23 (TU 6-14-26-77).

As MDI in the composition used polymethylenepolyphenylisocyanate received by postironium condensation products of aniline with formaldehyde (TU 2224-152-04691277-96).

The content of isocyanate groups of 29.5-31%.

As the ORGANOTIN catalyst is used octoate tin, dibutylthiourea tin (TU 6-02-818-78)may be used and other ORGANOTIN compounds used for the synthesis of polyurethanes.

As the plasticizer composition comprises the compounds used in the production of elastomeric materials based on diene rubbers alkyl-(aryl)new esters of phthalic or phosphoric acid, chlorinated paraffin wax.

The composition also includes multi-functional filler (one HUNDRED 00203275-225-2008) of the following composition:

able to inform the composite increased dynamic and physico-mechanical properties because of the formation of additional salt links.

In the composition can be introduced additions, giving the coating material other benefits. As a component for reducing consumption of the composition for the manufacture of a unit area of coating used crumb rubber.

To improve the appearance of the composition can be introduced pigments.

For izgotovlyeniye used mixing equipment, providing a homogeneous suspension of fillers in the amount of the composition to the degree of milling of solid particles not more than 100 μm. Example 1

In a mixer with anchor stirrer 1 liter load of 50 g SOPS-1K, 50 g of chalk, 10 g of lime-dropout, 1 g of glycerin, 0.1 g catalyst, 0.5 g of 2,4,6-tri-tertbutylphenol and 100 g MPN.

Mixing of the components should be performed within 20 minutes after which the suspension is added 50 g of the copolymer, 5 g of plasticizer and continue to mix for 10 minutes. Then the mixture was added 10 g of crumb rubber, 24 g of MDI and again stirred for 8 minutes. The resulting mass is poured into molds and incubated for 20-25 days at a temperature of 20-25°C.

The use of MDI in the amount of less than 14 parts by weight, leads to loss of strength of the composite due to the formation laboratoy patterns and the formation of gel-like product, and the excess of his detention for more than 24 parts by weight entails the foaming material during curing.

Enter the composition of the catalyst retinoblastoma less than 0.01 parts by weight leads to a decrease in the rate of curing of the material. In turn, the excess dosage of catalyst above 1.0 parts by weight causes a reduction in viability.

The use of less than 0.5 parts by weight of 2,4,6-tri-tertbutylphenol reduces resistance to weathering, the concentration of this type of phenol over 1.5 parts by weight intensifies the aging process.

The optimal concentration of mineral filler is in the range of 60 to 90 parts by weight of Both increases and lower dosages compared to optimal results in the decrease of the operational characteristics of the composition.

The increase in the number MFN more than 200 parts by weight creates difficulties when forming a monolithic homogeneous structure of the sample due to high viscosity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to coating compositions, particularly coating compositions with a decorative effect, which enable to obtain multi-colour and/or different-tone surfaces when applied once. Initially, the single-colour coating composition contains a first dye, a thickener, a surfactant or a mixture of surfactants with hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) less than 9 or greater than 11 and binder. All components are dispersed or dissolved in an organic solvent and water. After deposition of the said composition in form of a film onto a substrate surface which is a wall or ceiling panel, the first dye becomes incompatible with the said composition, as a result of which a portion of the first dye migrates towards the outer face of the panel while the coating composition is still in liquid state. Additional decorative effects are achieved by sliding the surface using a putty spittle or some other instrument while the coating composition is still in liquid or quasi-liquid state. The set for applying the decorative coating onto the surface contains the said composition and a label.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions for protective coating of surfaces of concrete structures, relating to building materials. The composition includes a film-forming base and additionally contains graphite with weight ratio of latex to graphite equal to 1:(0.05-0.14). The film-forming base used is synthetic latex selected from a group comprising latex based on copolymers of butadiene and styrene, based on vinyl acetate, based on styrene and acrylic esters. Alternatively, the film-forming base used in the composition can be an aqueous solution of a sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose with concentration of 2-5 wt % and Brookfield viscosity of 7-15 MPa·s.
