FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to kitchenware for cooking food products. Universal dishware for cooking food products is designed for use at home and in catering facilities. Dishware contains a cast iron reservoir of semi-oval shape (of a boiler type) with handles; an additional replaceable cylindrical reservoir from stainless steel with handles and a latticed bottom, on which there are vertically fixed sharpened rods; a cover with an inbuilt electric source of heat radiation with a controller and a temperature sensor, and an indicator of temperature in working volume of a dish inbuilt into a cover's handle, at the same time the contacting flanges of reservoirs and covers are mutually matchable; an insert lattice with a handle and a flat ceramic insert-disc with a handle installed into the cast-iron reservoir depending on the method of products cooking.

EFFECT: improvement of quality of food cooking (without burning) and making it possible to prepare different meals.

The invention relates to appliances for food preparation (cooking, frying, steam processing, baking and can be used in household and catering.

Known in certain types of kitchen utensils for cooking food in boiling water, boiling fats (pots, pans, pressure cookers and the like), heat treatment (steamer), cakes (pan).

The disadvantage of this cookware is that for different ways of cooking it is necessary to use separate cookware.

The aim of the invention is simple to manufacture generic utensils, providing high quality and variety of food produced with the use of existing methods of thermal processing.

This objective is achieved in that the universal utensils for cooking and food processing contains the basic capacity semi-oval shape (like the "pot") with handles and a flat bottom, made of cast iron; additional interchangeable cylindrical container made of stainless steel with a continuous side wall, the handles on the outer surface and lattice bottom, which is vertically fixed pointed pins; cover with handle, in which is mounted an electrical source of heat radiation with a controller of the heating degree sensor is for the temperature, and handle the temperature indicator in the working volume of dishes, while the contacting flanges of the containers and lids are mutually shared; grille insert with handle and flat ceramic insert disc with a handle diameter equal to the inner diameter cast iron capacity at the level of of its height. When cooking food in boiling water or frying in hot fat they are placed in a cast iron container and close the lid and liners and additional capacity is not used. For cooking products by heat treatment without water in the main tank installing grid-liner and top, if necessary, additional capacity, the products are placed on the bottom of the cast-iron containers, pins grille insert and additional capacity, close the lid, the products are heated by steam, the source of which is the moisture released from these products as it is heated in the working volume capacities. The steam circulates inside the sealed volume of dishes between the bottom and the cover, passing through the cells of the lattice and lattice bottom additional capacity heating products and condenses to a liquid on the inner surface of the cover and the side wall of the additional capacity. Then the liquid flows down to the bottom of the cast-iron containers, where it again turns into steam. Baking products in the main tank pour a small quantity is of fat, set in her ceramic liner-ROM, smeared with grease, place to be cooking the product, installed on an electric or gas stove, cover with a lid and heated it.

The sectional drawing shows the utensils for cooking food by way of the heat treatment, which contains iron container 1 with a sealing flange 2 and two handles 3 on the outer side surface; grille insert 4 with a handle 5 and a pointed pin 6; additional capacity 7 with handles 8, lattice bottom 9 and pins 10; the cover 11 with a handle 12, a heating element 13, the heating controller 14, the temperature sensor 15 and the temperature indicator 16.

Cooking food in the container shown in the drawing, is made in the following order. Consistently shooting the cover 11 of the handle 12, the additional capacity 7 by the handles 8 and grille-insert 4 of the handle 5. Then in a cast iron container 1 is placed a small quantity of liquid component of the product to be processed, then the sharp pins 6 grille insert 4 strung pieces of the product and install it into the container 1. Similarly fill the extra capacity 7, install it over the handle 8 on the container 1 and the cover 11. Then the ware is mounted on a gas or electric stove. Heated and, after a certain time, W is DCA component food product in the main tank 1 is heated and vaporized. Next, control heating of the heating apparatus is installed, depending on the type of processed product, in the position according to the Instructions of the application to the vessels. The duration and temperature of heating are determined by the form of a product and its quantity in the working volume.

Cookware allows you to prepare high quality and variety of foods from natural products by different methods (boiling, frying, cooking, baking) and without burning through the main manufacturing capacity of cast iron, the use of lattice-liner and additional capacity with slatted bottom and pointed pins, use the ceramic insert.

A barbecue grill comprises two rectangular frames to clamp a product between them, arranged with a wire handle attached to each rectangular frame. Frames are arranged with a mesh formed by wire bars located along and across the frame. In the crossing point the longitudinal and transverse bars are rigidly connected to each other. The rectangular frame with a longer wire handle is arranged with side edges located along this handle and bent towards a rectangular frame laid over it and arranged between these side edges with a shorter wire handle. The rectangular frame with a shorter wire handle is arranged with side edges located across this handle and bent towards a rectangular frame laid over it and arranged between these side edges with a longer wire handle. A longer wire handle is arranged as collapsible and includes a shorter wire loop connected to a rectangular frame.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase reliability to fix a wide variety of products between the grills with simultaneous reduction of a longitudinal dimension of the grill in transport position.

The air grill, comprising a reservoir in the form of cup, which is installed on a support and is equipped with a cover, where a control panel is installed, and a heating element and a fan are also mounted inside. The cover is mounted on a bracket, which is hingedly joined with a stand fixed on the support with the possibility of its displacement together with the cover along vertical line. When cover is in closed and unlocked position, it is possible to arrange nozzle outside of both cover and frying container so that fire-prevention reagent is diverted through hole into free space.

On each side of the toasting chamber corresponding extension elements are mounted which are interconnected with binding elements forming part of the surface supporting food products; the binding elements are pivotally connected to the extension elements so that to perceive lateral relative motion between extension elements in case of change of the toasting chamber width. In one realisation version the joint binding elements connect two extension elements while the extension elements are pulled apart with a spring. In another realisation version chevron type binding elements are used consisting of a couple of pivotally connected binding elements.
