The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in drives of large mechanisms, such as motor drives rotation of excavators, cranes, actuators rotation mills, crushers, rotary kilns, etc.

Known gear mechanism swing excavator A.S. USSR №1164372, the design of which is to reduce the complexity of the replacement includes several interchangeable sections that are installed on the supporting base. To the upper plane of the support base is welded to the brackets, the number of which corresponds to the number of sections, each section is mounted in the bracket in two places. Well-known design provides psegment interchangeability and allows you to replace the entire crown or defective segment without removing the base from under the excavator. However, each of the sections in the known construction is one-piece molded unit made from a single billet. Material for preparation of such section is selected based on the requirements to the strength and hardness of the teeth. Given the fact that for the production of sections used alloyed steels and model equipment complex shape, and the sections are consumable replacement part subject to frequent replacement during operation of the equipment, the cost of the construction as a whole substantially uvelichenie the Xia, in particular, under the condition that the greatest wear is exposed to the actual teeth sections, i.e. directly working part of the crown.

The problem solved by the creation of the proposed design is further improvement of the existing structures of gear rims, allowing more efficient use of materials to reduce the cost of repairs of crowns, as well as requirements for the General layout of the construction. The technical result that can be obtained with the implementation of the tasks is to significantly increase the life of the product, to reduce the overall weight design, improve the quality of the finished product, the possibility of manufacturing of gear rims with a diameter of more than 2000 mm without the use of castings, as well as eliminating the need to replace large parts during repair work.

For the achievement of the proposed precast gear, consisting of a Central, one-piece or as multiple sectors whose number is a multiple of two, each of which is made in the form of a box-welded housing made of metal and at least two elastic gear cassettes, each of which includes an elastic plate of sheet metal or forging with cut teeth and the fastening system on the center.

The use of metal or forging allows to reduce the thickness of the metal layer under the tooth to values not exceeding 1.5 height of the tooth, thereby significantly reducing the overall weight and cost of manufacture of the product, giving at the same time the cassette elasticity necessary to ensure its fit to the center. Application for manufacturing cartridges billet of rectangular cross-section, allows to provide full control products for the presence of latent defects by non-destructive methods of control, which is impossible when using as a billet tide is to complex geometric shapes, contributing to substantial improvements in the quality of cassettes, and the product as a whole.

The economic advantages of the claimed design is also evident, as it enables to reduce the cost of the product, due to a significantly lesser weight parts of high-alloy steels, as well as the cost of repair is work by replacing only cassettes, having significantly less than the entire crown of the weight and the cost.
