The invention relates to the oil industry, in particular to a device for downhole processing of oil by dosed feed it liquid chemical reagents, and can be used in the operation of wells in the oil industry to prevent equipment corrosion, scale, paraffin and salt, the formation of stable emulsions reduce the viscosity of the production wells.

A device of the deep injection of the chemicals into the well driven pumping unit (patent for useful model RU 45455 U1, IPC EV 43/00, date of publ. 10.05.2005), containing the container for the reagent, placed under the pump, and associated metering device consisting of a hollow cylinder, is placed in the frame associated with the container, the plunger and piston rod limiting elements to limit the stroke of reciprocation of the system. The cylinder is fixed in the borehole by means of an elastic packer. The housing has a cavity bounded by two walls, the top wall is a through hole for passing the plunger, and the bottom provided with channels for the passage of the well fluid and gas and an axial channel for passing the rod. The plunger has a lateral surface, at least one metering groove, the number and size of which can be adjusted times the th volume dispensing reagent depending on its density and viscosity.

The disadvantages of the known devices are low maintenance features, great complexity when servicing the device, for example when replacing the reagent and the volume of reagent supply associated with the need to stop operation of the equipment, it is removed from the wells, dismantling the device, its configuration and the subsequent descent of the equipment in the well, which is also associated with large financial costs.

Known small-mouth dispenser of liquid chemical reagents driven pumping unit ("Small-mouth dispenser with liquid chemicals", THE 3666-001-97967252-2007. The neftekhimservice, gontarski, Bashkortostan), taken as a prototype, containing a piston pump, comprising a cylinder which has a piston rod that interacts with the spring and the regulator is the dosage of reagent, which is installed on the wellhead flange of the casing. The stem of the dispenser is mounted for engagement with a lever fixed on the cable suspension (traverse). When lowering the cable suspension lever presses on the stem of the dispenser, powering the piston in the cylinder of the dispenser, resulting in the flow of chemical into the well. Under the action of the spring, the piston returns to its original position, sucking a chemical reagent of the capacity is in the working cavity of the cylinder.

The disadvantages of the known devices is the difficulty of mounting the lever on the cable suspension (traverse) and install piston pump of the dispenser relative to the lever due to the presence of axial rotation of the stuffing box rod sucker rod pump with reciprocating movement of the rod; the complexity of the configuration number filing a chemical reagent associated with the change of the stroke of the piston by moving the lever relative to its fastening to the cable suspension (traverse). Fixed fastening device wellhead flange of the casing does not allow maintenance and repair items wellhead seal casing without removing the device from the wellhead flange. The disadvantage is the necessity of installing the tank with a chemical reagent above the level of the piston pump dispenser to prevent pressure drop in the working cylinder cavity below atmospheric and the penetration of air into the cylinder through the piston seal when the absorption of chemical from the container.

The objective of the invention is to create a compact, mobile, easy to use device dispensing the reagent into the well driven pumping unit with high reliability, accuracy and a simplified regulatory process dosage of injection into the well.

Technical is the second result, the resulting solution of the task is to improve the reliability of the device, setting accuracy dispensing reagent, maintainability, ease of operation and maintenance of the device.

The technical result is achieved that the device dispensing the reagent into the well driven pumping unit containing a pump-dispenser, made in the form of a hydraulic cylinder placed in it a piston limiter reciprocating movement of the piston and a return spring mounted on the piston, the metering device is connected to the working cylinder chamber, the regulator dosage of reagent, the mechanism for transmitting movement of the drive pumping unit to the pump-dispenser attachment device to osteoma the flange of the casing according to the invention the mechanism for transmitting movement of the actuator from the pumping unit to the pump-dispenser made in the form of a lever mounted on the stuffing box rod pumping unit perpendicular to the axis of the rod with the opportunity to interact with the piston of the hydraulic cylinder, while the dosing device is designed as a suction and discharge valves located on an axis perpendicular to the axis of the piston pump, and control the dosage of a reagent in the form of mechanism for changing the magnitude of the stroke of the piston by moving the cylinder Rel the relative lever, mounted on the stuffing box stock, with the attachment device to osteoma flange casing made movable.

The performance of the regulatory element of the mechanism of changes in the magnitude of the stroke of the piston in the form of a threaded nut allows smooth accurate settings for the amount of feed chemical.

The technical result is achieved that the device supporting element is designed as a cylindrical part with a through groove for fixing it restricts the movement of the rod element, made for example in the form of a transversely installed rod bolt connection which prevents rotation of the rod with the screw nut in the smooth setting the amount of the filing of the chemical, which increases the accuracy of the adjustment.

The technical result is achieved in that the device is provided with a mechanical adjustable the m seal piston made in the form of a ring of elastic material, such as Teflon, which prevents leakage of reactant from the working cylinder cavity.

The technical result is achieved that the device mechanism of regulation of the mechanical seal of the piston is made in the form of a nut which also serves to lock the spring and limits the movement of the piston during the injection of the reagent into the well so as to optimize (reduce) the dimensions of the dosing pump.

The technical result is achieved in that the device is equipped with a hydraulic seal piston made in the form of liquid containers, such as glass, the bottom of which is made an opening for passage of the piston, which prevents the ingress of air into the working cylinder chamber and thus allows you to place the container with the product in any place regardless of the location of metering pump.

The technical result is achieved that the device limiter reciprocating movement of the piston is made in the form of a pipe, one end of which is rigidly fixed to the rod, and the second has a lid with a hole for passage of a piston rod interacting with a restrictive washer mounted on the piston rod, which allows to simplify the design of the dispenser, to provide access to the hydraulic seal and the nut m is charisma regulation of the mechanical seal and protect hydraulic seal, the nut and the recoil from mechanical damage.

The execution of the lever fixed on packing stock, in the form of a plate having the shape of a sector, for example the semi-circle, improves the accuracy of engagement of the lever with the rod of the piston regardless of the axial rotation of the stuffing box stem when the reciprocating movement of the pump rod, which increases the reliability of the device.

The technical result is achieved that the device node of the device mounts to osteoma the flange of the casing is made in the form of a swivel, which allows to reject the dosing pump from the wellhead seal at a certain angle and thus increase the mobility and ease of operation.

The presence of these features allows to draw a conclusion about the novelty of technical solutions.

When comparing the claimed solution with other technical solutions in this field of engineering not identified a set of features distinguishing the claimed solution to the prototype that allows to make a conclusion about the technical solutions according to the criterion of "inventive step".

Thus, the claimed solution is new, involves an inventive step and is industrially applicable.

Figure 1 shows a General view of the device of the dispensing reagent into the well driven pumping unit, on ih - top view of the device depicting the shape of the lever, figure 3 - side view of the device with the option of reclining device at an angle α from the wellhead seal.

Device for dispensing reagent into the well driven pumping unit includes a pump-dispenser, made in the form of a hydraulic cylinder 1 with a piston 2 (Fig 1), which is vertically installed in a housing made in the form, for example, the threaded rod 3, which is installed metering device made in the form of suction and discharge valves 4 and 5, respectively, on the axis perpendicular to the axis of the piston 2 of the cylinder 1. In the rod 3 provided with channels 6 and 7, connecting the working chamber 8 of the cylinder 1 with the release valve 4 and the inlet valve 5, respectively. The rod 3 has a stroke limiter piston 2, is made in the form of a pipe 9, mounted on it with a cover 10, which interacts with the limiting disk 11 mounted on the rod 12 of the piston 2 and pressed against the cover 10 return spring 13. The spring 13 is placed on the rod 12 of the piston 2 between restrictive washer 11 and the bottom of the tank 14 containing a barrier fluid 15 that is used as a hydraulic piston seal 2, which prevents the infiltration of air into the working cavity of the cylinder 1. As the locking fluid 15 can be used with any non-corrosive liquid (e.g., motor oil), having a viscosity greater than the viscosity of the chemical dispensed into the well.

In the cylinder 1 set sealing piston 2 ring 16 made of elastic material, such as Teflon, and adjustable by a nut 17, which has the capacity performed, for example, in the form of Cup 14 with locking fluid 15. In the bottom of the glass 14 is an opening for passage of the piston 2.

The mechanism for transmitting movement of the drive pumping unit to the pump-dispenser is made in the form of a lever 18 mounted on the stuffing box stem 19 of the pumping unit using the clip 20 perpendicular to the axis of the rod 19 with the opportunity to interact with the piston rod 12 of the piston 2. The lever 18 is made in the form of a plate having the form of, for example, of a semicircle (figure 2). Gland rod 19 is connected with the head plate 21 of the suspension of pumping unit (not shown).

The rod 3 mounted on a support 22, made in the form of a hollow cylindrical part by means of an adjusting nut 23 with internal and external thread and secured in end-to-end longitudinal groove 24 of support 22 with bolt connection 25 with the possibility of vertical movement and fixation in different positions. The bolt 25 prevents rotation and limits the vertical movement of the rod 3 relative to the support 22. Bearing 22 is installed with the hinge connection 26 on the base 27, which is ill is to fix, for example, using a bolted connection 28 on the flange 29 (3) of the casing 30, which includes wellhead seal 31.

The device operates as follows.

The device is mounted on the flange 29 of the casing 30. Filing a chemical reagent is carried out by moving the piston 2 in the cylinder 1, through the impact on the rod 12 of the piston 2 of the lever 18 fixed to the stuffing box stem 19. When lowering the head plate 21 of the suspension rod at some distance to the extreme lower position of the lever 18 abuts against the rod 19, which is thus set in motion together with the piston 2, resulting in the working cavity 8 of the cylinder 1 rises, the pressure and the chemical reagent is supplied through the discharge valve 5 into an oil well until yoke 21 of the suspension will drop to the bottom dead point. When the yoke 21 of the suspension rod begins to rise up from the bottom dead point, the piston rod 12 together with the piston 2 under the action of the spring 13 also rises up to the moment when the washer 11 abuts the cover 10 of the stopper 9, the result is the absorption of a chemical reagent into the working chamber 8 of the cylinder 1 through the intake valve 4. The process is periodically repeated, depending on the rate of operation of the pumping unit.

The amount of feed chemical reagent is a single click of the lever 18 on the shaft 12 depends on the size (length) of the stroke of the piston 2. Setting the magnitude of the stroke of the piston 2 is produced by movement of the hydraulic cylinder 1 relative to the lower extreme position of the lever 18. To do this, turn the adjusting nut 23 carry out the lifting and lowering of the threaded rod 3 is rigidly connected with the cylinder 1 relative to the flange 29 of the casing 30, and therefore, relative to the lower extreme position of the lever 18, and the rotation of the threaded rod 3 together with the nut 23 prevents the bolt 25, the blocking axial rotation of the threaded rod 3 relative to the fixed bearing 22, but allows you to move the rod 3 up and down within value through longitudinal groove 24.

The pivot joint 26 allows to reject the device from the wellhead seal 31 at the angle α, which eliminates the need to remove the (demeterova) devices to ensure unimpeded access to osteoma the seal 31 in the implementation, for example, repair work wellhead sucker rod pump.

Use the device, dosing of chemicals driven by a pumping unit of the proposed design allows to increase reliability, to increase the accuracy of the dosage of reagent, portability and maintainability.

In the cavity of the proportioning unit, there is an adjusted excess pressure generated by connecting thereto an output of the deep-well pump or a pipeline connected thereto behind the output of the deep-well pump. The connection is ensured through a tube or a channel in the pipe or an aperture in the device with a reduction valve, and the chemical is separated from the medium from the outside of the pump output with the piston. The chemical is injected by squeezing with the piston under excess pressure and substitution of the chemical with the well medium from the pump output supplied to the proportioning unit by the connective tube, channel or aperture in the device.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of proportioning and longer operation life of the well, lower consumption of the chemical.
