The invention relates to a transport engineering with Centerpoint suspension chassis vehicles.

Known Centerpoint diagram chassis /see avtoreview, 2006, №2, p.56-58/consisting of two pneumocolon on the longitudinal arm-balancers, when the transmission of torque to pneumocytes is the friction of the rubber roller with serrated knurl, with the axis of swing of the lever beams and the axis of rotation of the friction roller match.

A disadvantage of the known circuit chassis is the unreliability of the friction drive for the movement of pneumatosis on slippery ground, turf, gravel and sand road; especially when unbalanced tire pressure.

To eliminate the marked disadvantage of this technical solution is proposed in balance suspension suspension vehicle consisting of two wheels on each side, mounted on the ends of the long levers-balancers, and roller actuator, the axis of rotation of which coincides with the axis of the swing levers-balancers, wheel suspension means of transportation to comply with the coaxial their wheels for the kinematic connection with the roller drive. When the roller drive and included him in the kinematic connection of the flanges may be toothed or friction performance. When this wheel suspension means before is to achieve can be pneumatic performance, or in the form of rollers with covering their tracks.

The proposed invention is a technical solution is illustrated in the drawing.

Centerpoint suspension chassis vehicles consists of two wheels with coaxial them of the flanges 1 and 2 with each of the sides of the vehicle, mounted on the ends of the long levers-beams 3 and roller 4 of the actuator, the axis of rotation of which coincides with the axis of swing of the lever beams 3. When the roller 4 and the actuator included with him in the kinematic connection of the flanges 1 and 2 can be toothed or friction performance. While the wheels of the carriage of vehicles can be pneumatic performance, or in the form of rollers with covering their tracks.

Thus, according to the applicant, the invention is new, involves an inventive step and is industrially applicable, can eliminate the shortcomings of the prototype variants vehicles (including wheelchairs for the disabled) for both wheeled and tracked.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to all-wheel-drive all-wheel-turn vehicle with body. Proposed vehicle comprises wheel frame (1), body (2) turning about said body, support rollers, turret (3) with stabiliser, engine (4) with clutch and gearbox, central reduction gear (5), transmission, control drive, two track-mechanism, wheel shock absorbers and brakes. Wheel frame (1) and body (2) are made tight. Four spare wheels (10) are mounted on the bottom of wheel frame (1). Water screw propulsor (11) is mounted at the rear of body (2) that allows transfer of engine crankshaft torque to screw propeller via clutch to drive splined shaft of reversing reduction gear. Said reversing reduction gear has two flared out and coupled bevel gears. Said bevel gear is coupled via telescoping splined shaft with screw propeller reducer bevel gear. Entire water screw propulsor is rigidly secured onto two skids that can move in slots of body (2). Said skids have two fixed positions: top position intended for floating, bottom position is intended for running. All housings wheel pair cross-axle differentials (8) accommodate wheel what-jet propellers. Front part of body (2) accommodates folding fairing (13) with its left side pivoted to body (2) and right side pivoted to the bottom. In assembly of fairing (13) in laid-out flat position, bottom is fitted into body lower part chute and bolted to RH side bottom. The handles of suppressed locks are fixed on the body (2) to prevent the chance opening them by fixatives.

Body 3 accommodates storage battery box, two reversing motors 9 and 10, central reduction gear 6 and vehicle control hardware unit 11. Transmission serves to transmit torque from first motor 9 to first gear 12 of central reduction gear 6. Toothed gear driven wheel 12 is rigidly coupled with first drive sprocket 13 of first chain gear. Torque is transmitted to every wheel pair 2 via first chain 14 with first tensioning device from first drive sprocket 13 to driven sprockets 16. Body 3 is turned relative to central vertical axis of wheel platform 1 driven by second motor 10 via second bevel gear 19 of central reduction gear 6. Driven wheel 19 is rigidly coupled with wheel platform. All wheel pairs 2 are turned in turning of body 3 relative to wheel platform 1 driven by lower shaft 20 of central reduction gear 6. Lower shaft 20 is rigidly coupled with body 3 and drive gear of helical gear 21. Drive gear 21 is rigidly coupled with driven sprocket 22 of second chain gear. Torque is transmitted to every rotary column 23 via second chain 14 from second drive sprocket 22 to driven sprockets 24. The latter are rigidly coupled with said rotary column 23 and housings of differential gears 18.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to wheeled vehicles having body and with all wheels driving, steerable, and swinging. Between wheel platform and body support rollers are installed that release additional loads from transmission and steering drive elements. In transmission and steering drives cumbersome cylindrical gearing are replaced: by conical gearing in transmission, in steering drives - by chain gearing. For four-wheel vehicles a two-gear design is developed securing ability to move along two tracks: two wheel pair steering drive switch-off and limitation of turning angle of body and other wheel pairs by 180°. Main brake and parking brake designs are developed.

SUBSTANCE: all-wheel drive vehicle power train incorporates the main and auxiliary transfer boxes with the auxiliary transfer box output shafts being linked, via drive lines, with the third and rear driving axle differential gears and the said box input shaft being connected with the main transfer box output shaft of the front driving axle differential gear drive. The main transfer box is arranged between the front and the third driving axles attached to the side member in the area of the medium traverse, while the auxiliary transfer box is located between the third and rear driving axles attached, at an angle to the side member, to the auxiliary transverse lower surface jointed to the side members, the said lower surface axis passing at an angle to the side members other than a right angle. All axles feature identical design and overall sizes. The rear driving axle differential gear is shifted towards one side member relative to differential gears of the other axles shifted towards the other side member. SUBSTANCE: proposed driving axle of cross-country wheeled vehicle has housing rigidly connected to frame and including final drive with differential to drive axle-shafts passed through holes in frame sidemembers and coupled with axle-drive units mounted for angular displacement in vertical direction with wheels whose hub units are coupled with frame through levers and independent suspension. Housing is attached to lower surfaces of frame cross-members, and its ends are brought out through holes in sidemembers. Corrugated cup fitted on each end of housing is connected by other end on sidemember from inner side. Suspension is made in form of semispring arranged square to sidemember, one end of spring being secured on sidemember or cross-member of frame, and other end, on hub unit of wheel. Semispring consists of leavers of different length placed one onto the other in stack, with high elastic material linings being placed between spring leaves and rigidly connected with said leaves. Spring leaves are made of composite material of reinforced plastic type. Bracket with ball support for connection with wheel hub unit is secured on end of semispring by glue or bolted joint.

Drive wheels are driven by engine via two double-flow transmission and double-flow drive axle by hydraulic clamping couplings. Portal axle with turning wheels interconnected by transverse tie rods are provided with turning wheel axle pins in inclined journals. Said journals are fitted in portal axle tubular beam to be extended as required. Every journal moves about tubular beam axle to vary its inclination and lock said position. Axle pin is articulated with centering hydraulic cylinder so that said cylinder has minimum length while its axial line runs along turning wheel axle. Cavities of centering hydraulic cylinder are communicated via hydraulic lock with cavities of hydraulic cylinder built in trapezoid cross beam and with tractor hydraulic control valve. Rod end of centering hydraulic cylinder communicates with hydraulic throw-in/out control valve and brake throw-in hydraulic cylinder.

According to second design versions, vertical links are made in form of posts 5, each provided with two telescopic members. According to third design version, transport suspension contains additional horizontally-tilted links. According to fourth version, vertical links of transport suspension are made in form of posts containing telescopic members made in from of cylinder with piston and provided with spring and nuts in contact with spring. Upper ends of tie-rods are connected with upper parts of posts and are provided with rollers installed for movement along two similar chutes secured on support member of vehicle. According to fifth design version, vertical links of transport suspension are made in form of posts containing telescopic members in form of cylinder with piston and spring and nuts in contact with spring. According to sixth designed version, transport suspension contains additionally pair of side and pair of central shock absorbers coupling support member consisting of upper and lower parts. According to seventh design version, device is furnished additionally with vertical link whose lower end is connected through triple joint with lower horizontally tilted link, and upper end is provided with telescopic member in form of cylinder with piston, spring and nuts in contact with spring. Platform with load can be used as support member. Driving axle of vehicle or equalizer of two axles and axle or fully-articulated suspension of vehicle can be used as lower horizontally tilted link.

EFFECT: improved performance characteristics of vehicle suspension owing to improved stability and steerability of vehicle, simplified design.
