SUBSTANCE: proposed wheel comprises tire with rim, hub with side disks and axle, drive ring, fasteners to joint drive ring to hub, push rod and recoil brake. Thrusts are mounted on drive ring. Brake interacts with thrusts. Drive ring is provided with perforated corner plates arranged in midplane and secured on drive ring inner surface. Said ring may change its axial position and be locked by fasteners on threaded rods arranged parallel with axle and rigidly coupled with said disk. Side disk diameter exceeds that of hub. Rods pass through drive ring corner plate perforations.

EFFECT: higher reliability.

The invention relates to agriculture and can be used in sprinkling machines.

Known rigid wheel sprinkling machines, comprising a hub with spokes, rim and stops to interact with the plunger and wheel brakes, while the stops are located in the plane of the interaction of the wheel rim with soil (see Krakovets V.M., etc.. operator Handbook "Frigate" and "the Team". M., 1976).

The shortcoming of hard wheels sprinkling machines is their inability to apply on soils with low bearing capacity (drained peat bogs, salt marshes, Preobrazhenie plots), where the wheels sink into the soil so that it leads to slipping and, ultimately, to stop the machine.

It is also known wheel propulsion, including the tire from the rim, the hub with the side discs and the axle, a driving ring mounted with its lugs, the fastening elements for connecting the drive ring to the hub, the plunger and the wheel brake, interacting with stops (ed. St. USSR № 1069721 Wheel propulsion multisupport sprinkling machines", MCL A01G 25/09, BI No. 4, 1984).

The disadvantage of this wheel is the inability to control the axial position of the drive ring relative to the tire rim when the lateral skin deformation, resulting in bending of the drive and tyre wear in processability multisupport sprinkling machines.

The aim of the invention is to ensure reliability of the movement of the pneumatic wheel rim by adjusting the axial position of the drive ring relative to the tire at its lateral deformation in the process multisupport sprinkling machines.

This goal is achieved by the fact that the wheel propulsion multisupport sprinkling machines, including the tire from the rim, the hub with the side discs and the axle, a driving ring mounted with its lugs, the fastening elements for connecting the drive ring to the hub, the plunger and the wheel brake, interacting with supports, drive ring has a solitaire with holes installed in the median plane and fixed to the inner surface of the drive ring, and installed with the possibility of changing the axial position and fixation by means of the fastening elements on the pins with threads arranged parallel to the axis and rigidly connected with a side disk having a diameter greater than than the diameter of the hub, the pins pass through the holes in the gusset plates of the drive ring.

Wheel propulsion multisupport sprinkling machines of the pneumatic tire 1 and the rim 2, the hub 3 with side disks 4 and axis 5, ipodnova ring 6 mounted on the lugs 7, the fastening elements 8 for connection of the drive ring 6 with the hub 3, the plunger 9 and the wheel brake 10, which interacts with the lugs 7. Drive ring 6 has kerchiefs 11 with holes 12, installed in the median plane and fixed to the inner surface of the drive ring 6, and is installed with the possibility of changing the axial position and fixation by means of the fastening elements 8 on the pins 13 thread 14, parallel to the axis and rigidly connected with a side disk 4, having a diameter greater than the diameter of the hub 3. When the pins 13 pass through the apertures 12 in the gusset plates 11 of the drive ring 6.

The wheel works as follows.

Through the impact of the pusher 9, the lugs 7 of the drive ring 6 is movement of the wheel. When the deformation of the tire 1 pneumatic wheels in the process multisupport sprinkling machines carry out the regulation of the axial position of the drive ring 6 relative to the tire 1 with the rim by moving the drive ring 6 with gusset plates 11 and holes 12 and pins 13. Fixation of the drive ring 6 is carried out by means of the fastening elements 8 (nuts), moving the thread 14 on both sides of the drive ring 6.

The use of the invention will increase the reliability of the propulsion sprinkling machines by regulating the axial position privode what about the ring relative to the tire rim when the deformation of the pneumatic tire of the wheel in the process multisupport sprinkling machines and will prevent the breakage of the drive ring.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device consists of anti-skid elements representing tire studs arranged in and all around the tread. Said studs are arranged scattered in extending tire pattern parts in symmetry with the wheel tire lengthwise axis. Stud part extending radially from tire has low-pitch thread consisting of several coils. Face surface of the stud extending part has spherical shape. Vulcanised part of the stud features the shape of rolled section subjected to hardening to make permanent joint with rubber mix.

EFFECT: higher traffic safety in glase ice conditions, simplified design of joint, easier assembly of proposed device.

SUBSTANCE: wheel thruster comprises air tire, wheel tread, disk, rod-type grousers, each pivoted to pins concentrically arranged with respect to disk center at distance "a" from thruster outer circumference. Grouser rod length exceeds "a". Each grouser functions as pusher and is furnished with backup shoe. It is spring loaded with respect to disk and has only one its end pivoted at an angle to wheel axial lines to turn in the wheel plane. Backup shoe represents a flat with grouser rigidly fitted thereon, perpendicular to aforesaid flat, and pivoted on grouser-pusher free end to turn in the disk plane.

The method includes application of additional supports by inserting them into the more compact layer of subsurface soil in closed state. The associated device consists of an axle fixed in the wheel crown disc. The above axle fixes position of the guiding bracket. There is a movable rack inside the above guiding bracket. The device is also provided with jaw having ellipse-shaped working surface. The jaw is installed on a fixed axle so that it can rotate. Besides, the rotation axis is shifted from ellipse symmetry axis by the value of rack advancing. There is a support with triangle-shaped working surface in the lower part of the rack. The support is hinge installed on its axis. There is a roller in the upper part of the rack. The roller can roll over the above jaw surface.

Proposed device contains detachable grouser connected with lever made for fastening on automobile hub by support bolt passed through wheel disk, lever consists of three parts. Upper part forms, together with grouser, a common-l-shaped part in form of bent plate hinge-connected with middle part consisting of two shackles enclosing the plate, free ends of shackles being hinge-connected with third lower part of lever. The latter is essentially plate support of device of arbitrary form with holes in corners of isosceles triangle in plan, in vertex of which plate is arranged and hinge-fastened between said shackles. Said support bolt is fitted in one of two other holes. Bolt is provided with thread in middle part with turned-on locking washers with cylindrical projections pointed to each other, each being fitted in hole in support for free rotation. Axis of pin is displaced relative to axis of cup with eccentricity exceeding diameter of pin.

With bushing being shifted along axle it comes into meshing with toothed rim rigidly secured on wheel rim for rotating casing by wheel.
