FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of metal case in form of cylinder with internal cylinder groove restricted with internal circular lug, and also having cylinder lug on external surface. Two stepped cylinder of dielectric material and a sealing padding are set between the pipe and the groove of the case. A metal ring, a C-shaped ring made of material harder, than material of the pipe and a movable bush are arranged between the pipe and the cylinder of dielectric material. Uniform around circumference transfer of the end cover, of the stepped cylinder positioned before it and the pipe, and of the movable bush occurs in axial direction at tightening bolts which enter orifices in the cylinder lug of the case and the end cover. With its internal conic surface the movable bush weighs upon external surface of the C-like ring, compresses it, forces pointed radial lugs of the C-like ring into a body of the pipe and fixes the pipe in the insulating device for pipe assembly. It also compresses the insulating padding.

EFFECT: insulating padding, three cylinders and insertion of dielectric material form reliable electro-insulating circuit.

The invention relates to the field of engineering and is intended for use in the construction of pipelines from smooth tubes, damaged during welding, and for cathodic protection of pipelines, oil pipelines and water and heat supply from corrosion by electrical partitioning.

At Saratov state technical University (SSTU) developed a Device for the connection of plastic pipes with metal and fittings", which allows you to connect a smooth pipe, damaged during welding, for example a steel tube with an inner coating or reinforced plastic pipes. This device is a metal flange with the annular ledge covering the pipe outside, inside the mechanism of attachment of the pipe and the gasket to seal the joint. Sealant for sealing of the joint is made in the form of a strip placed on the end of the pipe, and is compressed by an external force. The clamping mechanism consists of a cylindrical part in the form of a sleeve with slots forming a deformable petals, which are under the influence of the screws embedded in the pipe body (patent RF №2303189).

It is known that for cathodic protection of pipelines against corrosion available in the flanges associated with the pipeline by means of non-separable connections, to accommodate the mounting screws HV the three electrically insulating bushings or use of the dielectric insert. For example, in the isolated pipe connection, developed by JSC "Engels experimental design Bureau "Signal" to them. Aiguaviva", contractible each other segments of the pipelines equipped with tabs on the ends, electrically separated electrically insulating cylindrical elements and the elastic sealing joint. Sections of pipelines are equipped with lugs having a D-shaped longitudinal section, inside and outside which is installed with end gaps two electrically insulating cylindrical sleeve. The elastomeric seal is located between the ends of the tips and the surfaces of the cylindrical insulating bushing. Screws, tightening the ends of the pipes, spaced evenly around the circumference and are screwed into the housing. Metal cover and body rigid connection with the pipeline does not have (patent for invention №2350823).

A significant drawback of these compounds is that they are either unable to carry out electrochemical protection of pipelines or may not be installed in any location in the pipe, as necessary flanges, connected by pipes with the help of non-separable connections.

As a prototype for a device for mounting pipe insulation is useful to consider developed at Saratov state technical University "Device for mounting tubes" containing the metal housing, made in the form of a cylinder with an internal cylindrical groove, limited internal annular ledge, reaching the outer surface of the pipe, which also has a cylindrical protrusion located on the outer surface of the housing, a sealing gasket mounted in the inner cylindrical groove of the housing, the fastening elements in the form of bolts, C-ring located in the interior of the cylindrical groove of the housing, made of a harder material than the material of the pipe, and having on the outer surface of the spherical protruding portion and on the inner surface is tapered radial protrusions. When fixing the pipes located inside the metal housing of the C-ring is pressed the side surface to the inner annular projection, and the outer convex surface of a C-shaped ring affects its internal conical surface of the movable sleeve which compresses the C-shaped ring, and pointed radial protrusions present on the inner surface of a C-shaped rings are pressed into the pipe body. Compression sealing gasket between the movable sleeve, end cap, the outer surface of the pipe and the inner cylindrical surface of the groove is carried out by moving the end cover with the bolts included in the tertia, located in the cylindrical protrusion of the housing and end cover in the axial direction uniformly around the circumference. Device for mounting pipes can be used to create a coupling for joining pipes of equal or different diameters, flange to pipe joints or their accession to the valve and in other similar cases (patent RF №2352849).

The disadvantages of the prototype are determined by the absence of electrically insulating circuit and coupling options, protect the internal elements of the device from the transported medium.

Object of the present invention is to provide a versatile and reliable device for assembling insulating pipes, in particular for connecting smooth tube of the same and of different diameters between themselves anywhere in the pipeline for connecting pipes with fittings, and pipes can be made of materials damaged during welding, which should ensure its mass application.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the device for installation of pipe insulation containing a metal housing made in the form of a cylinder with an internal cylindrical groove, limited internal annular ledge having also a cylindrical protrusion located on the outer surface of the housing, sealing gasket, fasteners in view of the bolt, C-ring located in the interior of the cylindrical groove of the housing, made of a harder material than the material of the pipe, and having on the outer surface of the spherical protruding portion and on the inner surface is tapered radial projections, a movable sleeve with an internal conical surface, end cap further comprises a metal ring, one cylinder of dielectric material, limited internal annular ledge with one hand, and two cylinders of dielectric material, limited outer annular projections on one side. The cylinder of a dielectric material, limited internal annular ledge with one hand, inserted without clearance in the inner cylindrical groove metal housing, one cylinder of dielectric material, a limited outer annular protrusion is located between the inner annular protrusion of the metal housing and the outer surface of the pipe, and the other cylinder of a dielectric material, a limited outer annular protrusion is located between the end cap and the outer surface of the pipe. Device for installation of pipe insulation installed on the pipe 1 (see figure 1), contains a metal casing 2, made in the form of a cylinder with an internal cylindrical groove 3, which is limited by the inner annular projection 4 and the outer cylindrical protrusion 5. In the internal cylindrical groove 3 of the metal housing 2 is inserted without clearance cylinder 6 of a dielectric material, limited internal annular ledge 7. The cylinder 8 of a dielectric material, a limited outer annular ledge 9, is located between the inner annular protrusion 4 of the metal housing 2 and the outer surface of the pipe 1. A sealing gasket 10 is limited to flat surfaces of the annular projection 7 of the cylinder 6 of a dielectric material and an annular ledge 9 of the cylinder 8 of a dielectric material, and the cylindrical surfaces of the inner cylindrical groove 3 of the metal housing 2 and the outer surface of the pipe 1. End cap 11 is equipped with cylindricus the m ledge 12, between which and the outer surface of the pipe 1 is of the second cylinder 13 of a dielectric material, a limited outer annular ledge 14. Between the outer surface of the pipe 1 and the cylinder 6 of a dielectric material, there is a metal ring 15 adjacent to the inner annular projection 7 of the cylinder 6 of a dielectric material, and the C-ring 16, which is in contact on one side with a metal ring 15, and its spherical surface in contact with the inner conical surface of the movable sleeve 17. A cylindrical protrusion 12 end cover 11 and the outer annular ledge 14 of the cylinder 13 of a dielectric material are firmly fitted into the cylinder 6 of a dielectric material. A force that compresses the sealing gasket 10 and C-ring 16, is carried out by moving the end cover 11 when tightening fasteners as bolts 18 and nuts 19, members of openings in the cylindrical flange 5 and the end cover 11 in the axial direction uniformly around the circumference. To the end of the tube 1 adjacent the insert 20 of a dielectric material, located inside the cylinder 8 of a dielectric material.

Device for assembling insulating pipes is mounted as follows.

On the place of permanent operation put it in with the strong membranous form (see 1). The bolts 18 are inserted into holes of the fastening elements placed in a cylindrical flange 5 and the end cover 11, and nativley on the nuts 19. Pull the device for installation of pipe insulation on the pipe. Begin to tighten the bolts 18, which leads to the displacement of the end cover 11 in the axial direction. The torque compresses the sealing gasket 10 in the closed volume, which makes it virtually incompressible, and then is transmitted to the sliding sleeve 17, which is its internal conical surface acts on the outer spherical convex surface With a retaining ring 16, compresses the C-ring 16, and pointed radial protrusions present on the inner surface of a C-shaped ring 16, are pressed into the pipe body 1, securely fixing device for mounting pipe insulation.

The practical application of the device for installation of pipe insulation may find when using flanges for pipe connections, or their accession to the valve (see figure 2). Metal flange 21 is attached to the housing of the device for assembling insulating pipes by welding or manufactured as a single whole with him.

The advantages of the proposed technical solutions are as follows:

- placing device for mounting pipe insulation anywhere in the pipeline, because FL is nzy not connected with the pipe by using a non-separable connection;

- fairly reliable electrical insulation protection;

- ease of installation-related operations by tightening the bolts according to the recommendations of the mounting flange connections.

Electrical insulating flange joint comprises dielectric gasket fixed between end flanges of pipelines by means of bolt pairs with electrical insulating elements installed on them. Electrical insulating elements are formed by means of multi-layer winding of porous polytetrafluoroethylene tape on bolts, which are located in openings of flange joint flanges. Winding of porous polytetrafluoroethylene tape on bolts of flange joint is realised with tension and with an overlap diagonally by cross method, at that thickness of porous polytetrafluoroethylene tape in bolts winding is not more than 0.25 mm, and porosity makes around 50-60%. SUBSTANCE: coupling comprises the flange connection with holes for standard fastening elements; fastening elements: bolts, nuts and ring plates; a dielectric spacer between the flanges; dielectric inserts in the form of dielectric bushings and plates isolating the fastening elements from the flanges, of a dielectric pipe inside the flange connection to extend the dielectric clearance.
