SUBSTANCE: decorative cover element is created as containing an outer layer formed with chippings and a polyester resin in a mixture with a hardener. Above a dome-like frame is formed from glass-fibre plastic made of a glass mat impregnated with the polyester resin in the mixture with the hardener. The frame is formed with three layers. The first layer is made as a reinforcing layer from the glass mat impregnated with the polyester resin in the mixture with the hardener, and hydraulic insulation of the covered object is applied directly onto the decorated section with a specific segment of relief. The second layer of the covering element is formed from river sand in the mixture with the polyester resin and hardener, and is used as the base, where pebbles or chippings are introduced in fractions with size up to 100 mm. The third upper layer is made from a mixture of pebbles, chippings and resin with the hardener and is formed before the second layer hardens, and a protective varnish coating is applied above the third layer.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to decorate and protect hydraulic insulation of artificial streams and reservoirs, to form artificial rocks and waterfalls of arbitrary size, to decorate unsightly landscape elements.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing, which presents a decorative covering element in the section. As the polyester resin may be used unsaturated polyester resin with low emission of styrene, prepared on the basis of orthophthalic acid AROPOL M 105 TV, which, when hardened, provides n the necessary strength properties.
The third layer (4) decorative and consists of a mixture of stone pebbles, stone chips of different breeds and fractions, Shelly gravel and resin with hardener.
The principle of connection of the two upper layers (3, 4) is as follows. In the not yet cured second layer (3) is shrinked pebbles of the third layer (4). After curing all three layers (2, 3, 4) behave as a single unit, providing protective functions of waterproofing. Using different types of stones or pebbles for the third coating layer, we achieve a high degree of decoration and naturalness.
After completion of the solidification process of the product (unlike the prototype) are covered with a transparent polyurethane varnish (5) stone, avoiding atmospheric clenched resin. The varnish can be added dry pigments to create art accents.
The segments produced by this technology can also be used for the formation of artificial rocks and stones of all sizes.
The product is in industrial manufacture, is reliable and durable in operation.

When making sculptures from birch bark, using methods of intricate treatment of item parts, filigree sculptures are produced. Sculpture making starts from making an item sketch on paper, then birch bark parts are stocked, using an intricate method of jewellery filigree, a frame is assembled on a pig, being modelled from clay in volume of the future sculpture, and after the frame on the pig dries out, it is released from clay. After the clay is taken out from the frame, it is restored, and the ornament is assembled on it using previously prepared parts, then the item is polished, varnished, and its art image is finalised. The item frame may be whole or laced, and the item itself may be decorated with any available material, for instance, stones, metal, leather, etc.
EFFECT: simplified manufacturing of the sculpture, reduced material intensity, and also increased accuracy of sculpture parts making.

Method to develop art panel with image of fresco type consists in the fact that glue is applied into cloth, then wet plaster or mastic on acryl base is applied onto a layer of dried glue with a thin layer. Then cloth with applied layers of glue and wet plaster or mastic on acrylic base are maintained at room temperature until completely dry to form cracks on plaster or acrylic-based mastic. After full drying, an additional layer of specified glue is applied over wet plaster or acrylic-based mastic, and then the image is applied with water or pigment paints. Then image is coated with a layer of dissolved polymer glue or varnish and is dried at room temperature, cloth is represented by non-woven material, such as Vlieseline, or glass fibre, or PVC film. Image is applied with the help of plotter.
EFFECT: improved durability and integrity of cloth and image on it with preservation of flexibility.
FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of decorative articles, particularly, to furniture production, namely, to production of 3D faces of case furniture. It my be used in fabricating interior doors, safe doors, decorative wall panels, etc., with metal or enamel spraying. In compliance with the first version, preset volume of liquid expanded polyurethane is poured into prefabricated female mould with preset relief and separation substance is applied on the surface of said female mould. Then, female mould is closed from above by panel (facade). In 5-20 minutes, semi-finished product is withdrawn from female mould with finished 3D image for its defects to be removed from its surface, and kept to complete drying. Then, semi-finished product is rendered finished by gluing together with the help of PVC film at membrane-vacuum press, or applying primer, paint or spraying metal after degreasing, or jacketing by fabric or jointing by fabric.

SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture filigree items may be used in the area of jewellery engineering and in the field of applied decorative art to make refined delicate items - sculptures using method of jewellery birch bark. When making filigree sculptures from birch bark, a filigree method is used - method to produce volume filigree. First the sketch of the item is made on paper, birch bark is stocked and previously treated with a thermal method until it becomes flexible, then this material is used to cut strips in the form of tapes with different width, and using method of volume filigree making, elements of future item ornament are made. The item is sculpted from clay to form a frame, the frame is dried, after drying the clay is removed from frame, then the sketched item is assembled on the frame from previously stocked elements. The assembled item is polished, coated with varnish, and its art image is finalised.
EFFECT: simplification (cheapening) of making filigree sculpture items from birch bark with preservation of their high quality and art value, while production remains non-hazardous and safe.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for both commercial and individual production. Proposed method comprises producing the mould using detachable lengthwise and cross wise sides and differs from know designs in that mould bottom plate accommodates detachable lengthwise and crosswise sides made up of metal plate and square frame with thick walls. Note here that pattern of interior facing article is placed on said metal plate so that pattern is located at the center above top edge of metal frame. Mould is filled with rubber, and heated to rubber plasticity temperature. Top plate is lowered to its complete fit to the frame top edge, tightened by bolts and cured for 30-50 min at rubber vulcanization temperature. Now, heating is terminated and mould is cooled down.

After removal of damaged fragment, its base is processed, then strengthening metal rods are installed in base, and new fragment is formed instead of removed one in the following manner: powder containing plastic metals and/or their alloys is accelerated with heated compressed air till speed that exceeds minimum speed of sputtered material particles adhesive interaction, afterwards this flow is sent between rods onto surface of removed fragment, and initial layer is formed on it, which complies with base of removed fragment by configuration. By regulation of speed and angle of flow, and also distance from area of sputtering, on specified initial layer the whole volume of removed fragment is formed in layers between rods, afterwards object is maintained until final cooldown, correcting treatment of formed fragment is carried out, the whole piece is coated with protective layer from plastic metals and/or their alloys with application of gas dynamic sputtering.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create simpler and cheaper method of restoration, which reduction of time required for restoration of art work.
SUBSTANCE: method includes arrangement of generating square or rectangle, area of which is equal to tile area, on its sides tile side facets are arranged with the help of arcs that create protrusions and cavities that correspond to them in shape. The method involves sketch drawing, material fragment preparation, fragment cutting and attaching to the base, and final fixation of article. Sketch is transferred to a flat base by division into squares, fragments of various geometrical forms are made of glossy paper, paper width depending on the base material, which is whatman and/or canvas and/or cardboard and/or glass and/or sticker film and/or metal and/or fabric and/or wood. Paper is processed with glue in several stages to achieve effect of manageable noncurling paper, fragments are attached to the base by sequential overlapping and/or butted fastening, leaving no clearance of the base, proceeding from lighter to darker tones to achieve spatial effect. Final fixation is implemented by glass and/or sticky tape pieces matching the form of individual fragments.

SUBSTANCE: method consists in the multiple overlaying on the plane-stabilised stencil padding in the same place and then overlaying the printing material with creating the multilayer image on the padding; the intermediate layer drying between their overlaying; the finishing of the upper image layer with the alkyd based material. As a stencil, the computer image copy received from the ink-jet colour high-resolution printer is used. As a padding, the fabric is used which is preliminary two-sided tinted using the water emulsion acrylic lacquer with filling agent as a priming; dried at the room temperature; cut by seizes 3 cm less than the length and 1 cm less than the width of the album paper of the ink-jet printer, laid over the paper format until the upper and right margins coincide; and stuck to the said format with a tape, on the paper's left side. As the printing material, the priming based on the water emulsion acrylic lacquer with filling agent and the printing material of the ink-jet colour printer and overlaid not less than twice one by one, are used. The padding is orientated in space by receiving the first copy on it, with the marks for overlapping all subsequent copies at album localised sheet, avoiding shifting the copies relatively each other. For finishing the upper layer, the several layers of zapon lacquer is used with the intermediate drying.
EFFECT: allows producing articles which imitate artists' paintings made by brush and oil.
FIELD: fine art, in particular, monumental and decorative painting, decorative and applied arts.
SUBSTANCE: article with colored relief pattern has set of interconnected paint layers joined with substrate, said layers bearing hardened paint with members of color sand having 0.1-3.0 mm sized particles. Cristobalite of M 72-grade makes at least 20% of color sand. At least one paint layer comprises contoured member having width constituting 1.0-15.0 the thickness of this layer. Paint used is aqueous-emulsion and/or acrylic and/or alkyd and/or polyurethane and/or arts paints or mixtures thereof.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to use of terpolymers of propylene/butylene/ethylene with a nucleating agent to form sterilising films obtained via extrusion blowing. A film is obtained from a polymer composition containing (i) and (ii) 0.001-1.0 wt % of one or more phosphorus-containing and/or polymeric α-nucleating agents. The terpolymer of propylene, ethylene and butylene consists of 86.0-98.0 wt % propylene, 2.0-12.0 wt % butylene and 0.1 to less than 1.0 wt % ethylene. The obtained films have a) turbidity according to ASTM D 1003-92 for a 50 mcm film less than 8% before and after steam sterilisation at 121°C for 30 minutes and b) lustre at 20° according to DIN 67530 for a 50 mcm film of at least 55% before steam sterilisation at 121°C for 30 minutes and at least 60% after steam sterilisation at 121°C for 30 minutes. The films are sterilisable and have excellent optical and mechanical properties.
