The above-described execution of the block of tower fill is allowed to increase reliability in winter by reducing the freezing ice and redistribution of cooling water from the periphery to the center. However, this has led to uneven distribution of the contacting streams of water and cooling air over the cross-section of the nozzle and, consequently, to increase aerodynamic drag and reduce the intensity of heat and mass transfer.

The objective of the invention is to simplify the design of the fill, reduce material consumption and a more uniform distribution of flow of water in the cross section of the tower.

The technical result achieved from the use of the invention is to increase the intensity of heat and mass transfer with increasing the reliability of the PR is sites of the tower.

SUBSTANCE: the essence of the invention is that the block of the cooling tower's sprinkler has three-dimensional elements which are made of cellular thermoplastic polymeric material. The block of the cooling tower's sprinkler is a hollow cylinder with an exterior diameter of 500 mm, length of 500-1000 mm made by way of fastening the exterior net with cell's diameter of 8x8 mm and the interior net with cell's diameter of 15x15 mm with frame rings between the nets. The block is installed with its side surface to the flows of water and air. In the next layers the block is turned round to 90% relatively to the block installed in the predecessor layer. For fastening the block 5 frame rings made out of polymeric tubes with diameter of 15 mm are used. At that the nets and the rings are fastened with a synthetic cord or polymeric fasteners.

EFFECT: the invention provides simplicity in manufacturing, convenience in mounting, allows to increase effectiveness of heat-mass exchange, to move off sediments without preceding dismantling of the sprinkler's block.

The availability of bendings between the fixing components of the inner frameworks and the closed surface contours of stiffness forms bulky, flexible complexes in the units uniformly redistributing the arising external mechanical loads between themselves. The bulky components with the lattice shell are fully unloaded and not subjected to deformation and shrinkage, and reflect and crush the water splashes in operation as a sprinkler, effectively catch the water drops carrier away by the air flow in operation as a water catcher.

SUBSTANCE: proposed packing for heat- and mass-exchange apparatus includes vertical screened sheets made from intersecting fibers forming meshes in between them. Proposed packing is made by hot casting in form of corrugated lattice-type structure in form of parallelogram in plan whose longer sides have length of 300-1800 mm and shorter sides have length of 150-1500 mm. Section of fibers of packing has form of polygonal geometric figure, circle or tear-shaped figure at area of 0.5-50 mm2; intersection of fibers forms meshes in form of parallelogram at area of 25-2500 mm2. Corrugation pitch is equal to 20-100 mm and angle of inclination of corrugations relative to longer sides of packing is equal to 20-90°. Besides that, section of corrugations has form of acute-angled zigzag figure or zigzag trapezoidal figure at corrugation height of 20-90 mm. Shorter sides made in form of stiffeners have three holes each, 5-20 mm in diameter made along central vertical axis symmetrically relative to horizontal central axis of packing.

EFFECT: reduction of aerodynamic drag of packing; enhanced efficiency of heat- and mass-exchange.

SUBSTANCE: the invention may be used as the constituent heat-mass-exchange equipment at the direct contact between the gas and the liquid, in particular, in the industrial water cooling towers for cooling the circulating water. The water-cooling tower sprinkling device is made in the form of the module out of the layers of the polymeric mesh shells made cylindrical and arranged in all the horizontal layers in parallel to each other and welded on the ends of the module among themselves in the places of their touch. At that each mesh shell additionally contains in its volume the vane swirlers representing the polymeric cylinders, on the internal side of which there are vanes. Besides the vane swirlers may be rigidly fixed in the volume of the mesh shell by the welding or fixers. The invention solves the problem to increase effectiveness of the heat-mass exchange process.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased effectiveness of the heat-mass exchange process.
