The invention relates to the field of recycling water supply, namely the structural elements of the towers and other apparatus for heat and mass transfer between liquid and gaseous environments,
In evaporative cooling towers are widely distributed block sprinklers drip and film type, made of wooden slats, and flat or corrugated asbestos-cement sheet panels with thickness up to 7 mm (see, for example, the book Farforovsky B.C., Farforovsky V.B. have been circulating water Coolers thermal power plants. L.: Energy, 1972).
Sprinklers of this type has a greater intensity, high hydraulic resistance to the flow of cooling air, low specific contact surface phases and low reliability due to limited water resistance, wooden sprinklers and delamination of asbestos sprinklers when thawed. In addition, the use of asbestos is impractical from the point of view of its harmful effects on the environment
Also known sprinklers from polymeric materials, such as irrigation device made in the form of a block of plastic pipes (see, for example, the Russian Federation No. 2141616, CL F28F 25/00, 20.11.1999 and No. 2141617, CL F28F 25/08, 20,11 .1999,).
These sprinklers are more efficient and water-resistant. However, these sprinklers have a relatively high aerodynamic the mechanical resistance, and, moreover, the disadvantage of these sprinklers is the complexity of the Assembly unit in the process of its manufacture.
Closest to the invention to the technical essence and the achieved result is a block of cooling tower fill, containing bonded between a vertical corrugated sheets with cut corrugations, whereby when the fastening corrugated sheets between the corrugations formed in tubular channels, and on the surface of the faces of the corrugations facing the inside of the tubular channel, the protrusions and depressions (see US patent No. 5124087, CL 01F 3/04, 23.06,1992).
The above-described execution of the block of tower fill is allowed to increase reliability in winter by reducing the freezing ice and redistribution of cooling water from the periphery to the center. However, this has led to uneven distribution of the contacting streams of water and cooling air over the cross-section of the nozzle and, consequently, to increase aerodynamic drag and reduce the intensity of heat and mass transfer.
The objective of the invention is to simplify the design of the fill, reduce material consumption and a more uniform distribution of flow of water in the cross section of the tower.
The technical result achieved from the use of the invention is to increase the intensity of heat and mass transfer with increasing the reliability of the PR is sites of the tower.
This problem is solved and the technical result is achieved due to the fact that the power of cooling tower fill contains a bundle of vertically mounted interconnected corrugated sheet of polymeric material with parallel vertical corrugations, in the assembled package corrugated sheets to form vertical channels in the form of hexagonal prisms, and two faces of the prisms are made along the cross-section sheets of the fill, flat, and four other faces are at an angle of 45° to the planar faces and these faces are made U-shaped, sinusoidal or trapezoidal equal to the width and depth of the corrugations of the surface made smooth or dimpled, located perpendicular to the vertical corrugation of sheets block the nozzle, the width of the flat faces equal to the width of the corrugations and the adjacent corrugated sheets fill fastened together by flat faces.
Parallel vertical corrugations preferably provided with upper and lower sections of the zigzag corrugation with the formation of the last zigzag upper and lower channels are provided with vertical channels.
Flat faces preferably made with clips, convex alternately in opposite directions relative to the face plane, and clips of adjacent corrugated sheets at their Assembly in the package is ispolneny can be locked relative to each other.
Corrugated sheets can be provided on the sides of the flat edges, which are executed alternately convex in the opposite side clips, these clips side edges of adjacent corrugated sheets when assembling them in a bundle can be locked relative to each other.
In the course of the research work of sprinklers collected from vertical corrugated sheets, it was found that the design of the fill can be simplified by performing fill out the same type of corrugated sheets, which allows to significantly simplify the technological cycle of production, storage and Assembly of block fill. Block fill easily and quickly assembled at the installation site of the tower, which, moreover, is due to the fact that the flat faces are preferably made with clips, convex alternately in opposite directions relative to the face plane, and clips of adjacent corrugated sheets when assembling them in a bundle can be locked relative to each other that allows you to easily and securely connect corrugated sheets between the blocks of the desired size depending on the dimensions of the tower. Execution of the fill with the same type of vertical channels or vertical channels, is provided in addition zigzag upper and lower channels communicated with VERTIC is Linyi channels, having in cross section the shape of a hexagon, allows, on the one hand, to reduce aerodynamic drag and to create from thin sheets of rigid construction of the fill, while providing high efficiency of heat exchange, and, on the other hand, to ensure efficient heat transfer. It also directed the execution of four faces are made in the form of prisms of the channels at an angle of 45° to the planar faces of the channels, and execute on those faces of the U-shaped, sinusoidal or trapezoidal equal to the width and depth of the corrugations, the surface made smooth or with notches perpendicular to the vertical corrugation of sheets block the nozzle, the width of the flat faces equal to the width of the corrugations Lapping the bottom of the cooling air flow flows around made the tabs that enhances the turbulization flows through the channels of the media, first of all air flow, and falling water drops falling into this air flow, discarded on the walls of the channels and drain them mainly in the form of a film, which allows to achieve high efficiency of heat exchange.

Figure 2 presents a top view of the assembled corrugated sheets unit of cooling tower fill, figure 3 presents the axonometric image of corrugated sheet is accordance with claim 1 of the formula of the invention (P-shaped corrugations conventionally not shown), figure 4 - cross-section B-B of corrugated sheet in figure 1, figure 5 - section a-a figure 4.
Block tower fill contains a bundle of vertically mounted interconnected corrugated sheets 1 of polymer material with parallel vertical corrugations 2. In the assembled package of the corrugations of the sheet 1 to form vertical channels in the form of hexagonal prisms, and two faces 3 prisms made along the cross-section sheet 1 fill, flat, and four other faces 4 are at an angle of 45° to the flat faces 3 and these faces are made U-shaped, sinusoidal or trapezoidal equal to the width and depth of the corrugations 5, which surface is made smooth or with notches located perpendicular to the vertical corrugation of sheets 1 block fill.
The width of the flat faces 3 equal to the width of a U-shaped corrugation 5 and the adjacent corrugated sheets 1 fill fastened together by flat faces 3.
Parallel vertical corrugations provided with upper 6 and lower 7 plots zigzag corrugation with the formation of the last zigzag upper and lower channels are provided with vertical channels 2.
Flat face 3 is made with clips 8, convex alternately in opposite directions relative to the face plane 3, and the clip 8 adjacent corrugated sheets 1 when assembling them in a package done the us can be locked relative to each other. In the cross section of the clip 8 may be round, rectangular, square or oval.
Corrugated sheets 1 fitted on the sides of the flat edges 9, which is made alternately convex in the opposite side of the clip 10, and these clips 10 of the side edges 9 of adjacent corrugated sheets 1 when assembling them in a bundle can be locked relative to each other.
Block cooling tower fill is as follows.
The cooling air flows from the lower part of the tower due to the natural draught cooling towers and forced movement in a forced-draft cooling towers. Cooled water from the top of the fill evenly sprinkle on the area formed by blocks of corrugated sheet 1 fill. In the fill of heat and mass transfer between moving in a counter drops of water and air occurs on the surface of the formed corrugations 2, 7, and 8 channels after contact of water droplets with walls formed corrugations 2 channels on the undulating surface of the film of water formed by flowing water droplets around the projections and depressions of the corrugations 5 of the sheet 1, and as a result of interaction with the bumps and hollows air flow turbulized. The main air mass moves in the Central part of the TV tower, and the liquid, as a result of interaction with the air flow and the walls of Caen is s, deposited on the walls of the channel and moves along the walls of the channels mainly in the form of a film.
The invention solves the task of creating a unit of cooling tower fill, convenient for installation and transportation while simplifying and reducing the cost of installation and repair work in the towers, and can be used in devices for cooling water in the water circulation systems of industrial enterprises in direct contact cooling water and cooling her air.
