The technical result of the invention is to develop a non-invasive method for the treatment of glossalgia, reducing the time for a procedure to 1-2 minutes, allowing to achieve the disappearance of the phenomenon of dysarthria, a significant reduction in xerostomia, eliminate fear of cancer, elimination of concomitant neurological symptoms, such as sleep disorders, tearfulness, irritability, uncertainty about the success of the treatment, increase the length of remission, no toxic effects of drugs, improving the quality of life of patients.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that on acupuncture points on the ears AT 4 (Cheremin KU, Malakhov V.V. and other Auricular dynamic electroneurostimulation and the basis of its practical application. Ekaterinburg, 2007), appropriate language, affect external electrode apparatus "DiaDENS" in the "Therapy" with a frequency of 77 Hz within 2 minutes through the day. 30 patients with disease duration more than 15 years have passed in somatoneurological the center of the second course of treatment, as in 1.5 years after the previous treatment of glossalgia according to the method described in U.S. Pat. No. 2297233 from 27.04.2007, they appeared again the burning sensation of the tongue, but of much lower intensity. All patients noted a significant advantage of the new method cured the I: aesthetics, reducing the time of exposure, the absence of toxic effects of medications.
Example 1. Patient C-VA, 49 years old, came in somatoneurological center with complaints of burning sensation of tongue, disappearing during the meal, dry mouth, insomnia, constant anxiety, which in the language of a malignant tumor. The proposed method for the treatment of glossalgia reduces the time for a single session up to 5-6 minutes, not invasive, not traumatic for the patient, has no toxic side effects, aesthetic, available in the outpatient setting, does not require expensive, specially made equipment. Using this method of treatment glossalgia improves the quality of life of patients, improving the quality of treatment of this pathology, as significantly reduced or completely disappear not only the symptoms of glossalgia - burning, pain, xerostomia, dysarthria, cancerophobia, but the accompanying neurological symptoms, as reflected in the table.

Dealing with the diagnosis and treatment of glossalgia since 1986, we have studied the quality of life of patients with physical and mental components of health, depending on the different methods of treatment. Having interviewed by special questionnaires and statistical processing of the obtained results, found that offer us the manual treatment of glossalgia significantly improves the quality of life of patients.
Thus, indicators of role functioning increase by 40% (from 60%to 100%), viability by 20% (from 70 to 90%), social activity by 15% (from 75%to 90%), mental functioning by 23% (from 55%to 78%) in comparison with the group of patients treated according to our developed methodology previously - Pat. No. 2297233 from 27.04.2007.

SUBSTANCE: laser hyperthermia therapy of tumours is ensured by the intravenous introduction of a solution of nanoparticles penetrating to the deep tissues and exhibiting plasmon resonance properties. The wave length of plasmon resonance of the nanoparticles and a related maximum extinction shall match with the wave length of probe radiation of optical coherence tomography (OCT). In 30 minutes after the introduction of the solution, the tumour nanoparticle storage is investigated by the OCT method. The OCT-signal intensity is measured every 30 minutes. EFFECT: method makes it possible to carry out photothermolysis of volumetric tumours on surface and in the depth of biotissues with minimal damage to normal cells.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to otolaryngology, and can be used for treatment of sensorineural deafness of various etiology. For this purpose impact by pulse laser radiation through curved endoprobe is performed. Preliminarily carried out is anesthesis os lower and medial nasal ways and nasopharynx of irradiated side with 10% solution of lidocain by method of dispersion in direction from front to back through vestibule of nose. After that in lower nasal way introduced is polymer catheter, which fills common nasal way to the level of medial nasal turbinate. After that by channel, composed by medial nasal turbinate on one side and polymer catheter on the other side, introduced is endoprobe to the depth of contact with posterior wall, placing point of endoprobe irradiation at angle 25-45 degrees in horizontal plane 1.0-1.5 cm higher than pharyngeal orifice of auditory tube. It is added with the daily introduction of antioxidants by the following regimen: in the morning intravenous infusions of 0.5 % vinpocetine 6.0ml in physiologic saline 20ml or 40ml, in the afternoon intramuscular injections of 2.5 % thiotriazoline 4.0ml, in the evening intravenous infusions of 4 % glutargine 10.0ml in physiologic saline 150ml. SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and medical equipment, namely to methods for conducting interstitial laser hyperthermia and photodynamic therapy of malignant neoplasms located under skin or in soft tissues, and apparatuses to implement said method. The apparatus comprises a laser emitter, an attached light guide, a cooling assembly for contact cooling of a tissue surface, a coolant supply means and a temperature recording device. The latter comprises an infrared chamber connected to a data displaying and processing unit connected with the laser emitter and the coolant supply means. The cooling assembly represents a seal unit with two sapphire windows. They are separated with a hollow for coolant supply. The light guide is fastened on a seal box by a bushing via a threaded connection. The data displaying and processing unit calculates a temperature value at the preset depth directly under the cooling assembly and regulates the power of the laser emitter and the rate of coolant supply by the means. The given apparatus is used in the laser hyperthermia and PDT method. The temperature is recorded on the tissue surface along the perimetre of the cooling assembly and/or at the certain distance therefrom. The input and output coolant temperature is recorded. The measured temperature values are used to derive the temperature directly under the cooling assembly at the preset depth. The temperature under the cooling assembly at the set depth is changed to the required value by regulating the laser emission power and/or coolant supply rate.
EFFECT: use of the group of inventions will allow higher effectiveness of laser hyperthermia and PDT of the malignant neoplasms located under skin or in soft tissues due to nonuniform tissue heating, enabled emission regulation of a temperature gradient position in the depth of the tissue, more effective radiation delivery, minimised skin injuries.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, in particular to methods and devices for watching electrode-catheters, introduced inside patient's body, and can be used in process of treating arrhythmias by method of catheter ablation. Device contains generator of probing frequencies with bi-phase buffers for generation of electric current in patient's body, commutator, multi-channel unit of amplifiers, digitisation unit, unit of galvanic insulation from patient, computing device and monitor. In patient's body electric field is generated on three orthogonal directions. Generated in patient's body field potentials are registered by electrodes, amplified, digitised and coordinates of electrode positions are registered. Determination of coordinates and visualisation of results are carried out by means of computing device. Using memorised coordinates of electrode positions three-dimensional surfaces of objects are formed and parameters of electric activity of myocardium are visualised on them.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase accuracy and reliability of determining coordinates of electrode-catheters in multi-channel devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely - to neurology, vertebrology and restorative medicine. The method involves drug-induced analgetic blockade. The blockage is combined with interstitial carpain electrophoresis of an anaesthetic injection place. Current intensity for electrophoresis is 4-7 mA. Duration of a procedure is 10-12 minutes. The procedures are daily; the therapeutic course is 12-15 procedures.

In case of dissociated form of tobacco addiction impact is performed on adrenergic, dopaminergic and glucocorticoid biologically active systems homolaterally from the left side, and on estrogenic, histaminergic and alimentary systems - bilaterally from both sides. In case of psychosomatic form of tobacco addiction impact is performed on androgenic, adrenergic and dopaminergic biologically active systems homolaterally from the left side, and on histaminergic and alimentary systems - bilaterally from both sides.
