In another aspect the present invention provides a method of administration of the probiotic animal, containing the introduction of animal feed compositions containing one or more suitable to use animal ingredients and biologically active additives of the present invention.

In another aspect the present invention provides a method for the production of probiotic feed composition comprising mixing one or more suitable to use animal ingredients and dietary supplements of the present invention, or causes biologically active additives of the present invention on the feed composition. In the following aspect the present invention provides a feed composition produced using this method.

In another aspect the present invention provides a method of stimulating the health or wellbeing of the animal, containing the introduction animal biologically active additives of the present invention in amounts to provide ivalsa promoting health or well-being. In one embodiment the biologically active additive is introduced in connection with remedy against diarrhea.

In another aspect the present invention provides a method of stimulating healthy gastrointestinal tract of an animal, containing the introduction animal biologically active additives of the present invention in amounts sufficient to promote healthy gastrointestinal tract. In these methods, the additive may be introduced using any suitable method, but preferably it is introduced by mixing the additive or coating additives on feed composition, preferably a fully nutritious balanced feed composition.

The devices contain a document, digital storage media, optical storage media, the representation of the sound means or visual display containing the information or instructions. In some embodiments, the transmission of information involves the displayed web site, interactive terminal with visual display, brochure, trade label, leaflet in the packaging, advertising message, leaflet, public announcement, tape recording, videotape, DVD, CD-ROM, computer readable chip, a computer readable card, a computer readable disk, storage device, computer, or a combination containing TA is th information or instructions. Useful information includes one or more (1) methods and techniques for mixing and administration of biologically active additives and/or other components and (2) contact information for animals or their carers to make it available in case questions arise about the invention and its application. Useful instructions include information about used when mixing quantities, and the quantities and frequency of administration. Example 1. The method of mixing powdered probiotic

Were prepared powder formulations of probiotic for dogs and cats with the use of standard equipment for dry mixing, including a ribbon-type mixer, a V-mixer or paddle mixer dual mixing. Depending on the type of stirrer duration of mixing would be the rather different. The maximum duration of mixing was 10 minutes. Example 2. Packaging powdered probiotic

Approximately 1,15±0.1 g of mixed powder of probiotic packaged in individual containers of one-time use with the help of specialized packaging equipment manufactured Cloud Packaging Solutions, Des Plains, II. Example 3. The stability of the probiotic in powder is shaped composition

Biologically active additives include powdered probiotic composition using Enterococcus faecium (SF68) as representing the probiotic microorganism, microencapsulating in the biopolymer matrix. The encapsulated compositions were stored at five different temperatures for up to 96 hours. Temperature was 25°C, 33°C, 45°C, 55°C and 65°C. From each song to be saved at different points in time relative to the time 0 samples were selected and analyzed the viability of Enterococcus faecium, as shown in Table 4. The results of the viability test are summarized in Table 4.

It was also evaluated the viability of probiotic organisms in encapsulated compositions under conditions of prolonged exposure to high temperatures. Microencapsulation probiotic composition using E. faecium SF68, packaged in containers as described in Example 2 and stored for 11 days at 45°C, 50°C, 55°C and 60°C. the Experiments were performed in mode four repetitions of each experimental point. The results defined in the form of logarithmic values of colony forming units, are presented in Table 5. The retention period for seven days at temperatures of 50°C or below any significant loss of viability was observed.

Example 4. Welcome powdered probiotic compositions dogs and cats

Were developed compositions powdered probiotic compositions, intended specially for dogs and for cats. The composition was administered by local spray 1.0 g of the composition on a dry extruded pet food or homogeneous mixing 1.0 gram of the composition with a dry extruded food.

We investigated three groups of twenty dogs in consecutive days. Within each group during feeding cats were given a choice of two possible types of food, each of which contained approximately 100 g diet without additives (control). Method for the production of probiotic feed composition, comprising mixing one or more suitable to use animal ingredients and dietary supplements according to any one of claims 1 to 11 or the application of biologically active additives according to any one of claims 1 to 11 to feed the Yu composition.

19. The way to promote health or wellbeing of the animal, including the introduction of animal biologically active additives according to any one of claims 1 to 11 in quantities that foster healthy or good health.
