SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry, particularly, to automotive wheels. Proposed wheel comprises sealed gas-filled metal cylindrical structure and air valves and air tires. Wheel rim is made up of separate detachable structure in the form of hollow cylinder with tires fitted thereon and secured on carcass structure outer surface.

EFFECT: higher safety, ease of maintenance.

The invention relates to a vehicle, in particular to the car wheels.

Known automotive wheel containing two or more bearing plates, combined in a cylindrical frame design with a few tight sections, on the outer side of which are mounted pneumatic tires of different design desired destination, and the shape of the working surface of the wheel as a whole and each of the pneumatic tires individually regulated air pressure stored in an airtight sections of the wheel (see RF Patent №230155, IPC WV 11/06, 15/18, 17/02. Automotive wheel. / Whistleblow, Svitavou, Unilateral, Dtechnicians (RF). No. 2005133567; claimed 31.10.2005; publ. 20.06.2007, - bull. No. 17.), taken as a prototype.

The disadvantage of this wheel is that it is heavy and inconvenient service due to the presence of rigidly interconnected sealed sections on the outer side of which are mounted pneumatic tires and, if necessary, replacement of at least one bus requires removing the whole wheel.

The invention consists in the following.

The goal is to improve the design of the car wheels.

The technical result - increasing the safety of vehicle and facilities maintenance for Assembly and disassembly of the wheel and reduce the giving of the weight of the wheel as a whole by improving the design of the wheel.

This technical result in the implementation of the invention is achieved by the fact that in contrast to the known automobile wheel, which has several small height of the pneumatic tires of different design depending on the functional purpose, mounted on the rim, resting on a metal frame cylindrical structure, when the shape of the wheel as a whole and each of the pneumatic tires separately regulated by the pressure contained in the tires and support the air cylinder, a wheel rim made in the form of a separate detachable design in the form of a hollow cylinder with installed tires mounted on the outer surface of the frame structure, and between the tyres are ribs in the form of metal rings.

The performance of the wheel rim in the form of a hollow cylinder instead of a separate sealed interconnected sections in the known wheel reduces the weight of the structure and facilitates disassembly of the wheel when tire replacement is needed in case of damage, and the use of ribs in the form of metal rings increases the carrying capacity of the wheel, and also prevents slipping of the wheels on icy or wet roads, which increases the safety of the car.

Information, podtverjdayushiy the possibility of realization of the invention to provide the above technical result are the following.

Automotive wheel frame contains a sealed gas-filled pressure metal cylindrical structure 1, installed on the removable hollow cylindrical rim 2, which is fixed to small pneumatic tires 3 different designs and destination, and the pressure in each individual tire is controlled by air valves 4, installed in the rim and connected with the frame structure, thereby changing the overall profile of the working surface of the wheel and, accordingly, the nature of the interaction of tyres with the road.

For better traction wheels with the road in icy conditions, snow drifts, when driving on sand, liquid mud and the like, in the outer, smaller-diameter thick-walled elastic tire, mounted spikes 5 so that when driving they come into contact with the road, and, due to the increased elasticity of the tire, the spikes do not have a destructive impact on the road surface of asphalt.

To increase the carrying capacity of the wheel between the tire are ribs 6 in the form of metal rings, which also help prevent sliding of the wheels on icy or wet roads and resistance to shocks tires on a low obstacle (a metal rod, bolt, nut), which increases the security of DWI the value of the car. The higher the obstacle (brick, pipe, excavation on the road) is overcome due to the spring suspension of the wheel.

The frame structure 1 is constantly working part of the wheel. It is made of metal by welding, brazing and machining with high precision geometry to eliminate imbalances and increasing the efficiency of the vehicle and its comfort. The frame structure is mounted on the hub with the shaft 7 and the flange 8. The axis is attached to the nipple 9 for supplying gas under pressure to the frame structure through the holes 10 in the axis.

Automotive wheel is operated in the usual manner. After installation of the removable rim with the tire on the frame design it is gas under pressure, which contributes to its expansion and, therefore, more dense planting rim. When Dismounting the wheel gas from the frame structure is removed, allowing quick and easy removal of the rim.

Automotive wheel will be used in vehicles that require high cross broad functional capabilities, including for military purposes.

Currently, all known materials, tools and techniques provide the possibility of carrying out the invention.

The use of the invention by improving the structure leads to the assertio functionality of the wheel, to improve serviceability of the vehicle during Assembly and disassembly of the wheel and ensure the safety of movement.

Automobile wheel, comprising as support disc frame sealed gas-filled pressure metal cylindrical structure with pneumatic valves and pneumatic tire, characterized in that the wheel rim is made as a separate detachable design in the form of a hollow cylinder with installed tires mounted on the outer surface of the frame structure.

2. Wheel according to claim 1, characterized in that between the tyres are ribs in the form of metal rings.

Tires for heavy trucks have 7-8 such flats, tires for medium trucks have 9-10 flats, for light trucks - 11-12 flats and for passenger cars - 13-14 flats. Tire can be furnished with studs turned together with bolts with washers into cylinders (tubes) with inner taper thread fitted in holes specially made in tire. Flats of wheel tire are provided with rounded off parts from bottom over entire length.
