The unit is designed for servicing oil and gas wells, especially in the specific conditions of the cluster development wells. However, the design of unit not provided by the application of additional units to expand its capabilities for use of the unit when Bush exploration and production of oil and gas wells.
For pad drilling exploration and production oil and gas wells of Russian and foreign manufacturers produce special well drilling rigs, which allows multiple drilling (drilling multiple wells on one rig floor when moving complex rig special-tables-guides or special basis).

Well drilling rig includes cable hoist block, block circulation system, block mud pump, compressor unit, the unit of electrical equipment, cementing unit, which are arranged in echelon, with each unit made in the form of a module that is installed on the guide beams can travel on them. For more efficient operations well-drilling installation design allows you to install additional units. This analog is the closest to the problem at hand and therefore taken as the prototype of the claimed invention.
The disadvantage of the prototype is that when installing additional blocks well drilling set the WHC increases significantly in length (100 meters or more), that increases the length of the linking technological and electrical communications, increases the energy cost of pumping solutions and space heating, complicates the maintenance of the rig. Moreover, the arrangement of blocks echelon leads to a significant increase in the area for well drilling rig, consuming additional space for its placement and operation that increases the operating costs of the installation and makes it ineffective.
The technical objective of the claimed invention is to increase the efficiency of operation of well drilling rig in the construction of wells in remote Northern regions.
Technical result is achieved by the claimed fundamentally new simplified layout of well drilling rig, which contains blocks made in the form of modules, consisting of frames with technological equipment: block cementing, block circulating system, the pump block with drilling pumps, power equipment, compressor unit, as well as cable hoist unit and the receiving bridge with drilling pipes that are installed on the rails with the possibility of lateral movement, according to the invention the installation are arranged in two rows of four parallel rails, p. and this blocks the modules connected to the communication system and is installed with the possibility of changing their mutual provisions and receiving bridge with drilling pipes made with shelter and installed in the space between the rows, and the receiving bridge is connected with a cable hoist unit, which is installed on the inner rails with the nomination for the overall line layout formed by the blocks-modules, in addition, the receiving bridge with drilling pipes are also installed on the inner rails with the possibility of lateral movement or can be mounted on the frame units and to connect with them, in addition, the receiving bridge with drilling pipes provided with one or more racks, made in the form of units with shelter, and the racks can to be installed in any number of layout with the possibility of connecting them with the foster bridge.

SUBSTANCE: facility has frame, drill derrick and drawworks with drilling and bailing drums assembled on the frame, power-driven reduction gear, drive transmission of drilling and bailing drums connecting them with power-driven reduction gear and provided with leading and driven members. Each transmission is arranged in rigid one-piece oil-filled body. Driven member of the transmission has hollow shaft put on shaft cantilever of corresponding drawworks drum. Shafts of leading and driven member are mounted in above body by bearings. Body is provided with hinged unit arranged from leading member side and adapted to support thereof by the frame. Leading member shaft is connected to power-driven reduction gear through double cardan joint.
EFFECT: multiple decreasing of side loads applied to drawworks drum shaft cantilevers, increased life of transmission members and simplified transmission assembling and disassembling.

SUBSTANCE: facility includes transportation base with drilling derrick, draw works and draw works and rotor drive transmission. Facility also has rotor with built-in wedge grip arranged on separate mobile base and including rotary table and main gear wheel fixedly secured to rotary table. The main gear is cylindrical and arranged between two radial-thrust bearings inside body of rotary table provided with replaceable and detachable driving attachment arranged in separate body and fixedly connected with rotary table body. The attachment includes cylindrical satellite and drive gear put on drive shaft.
EFFECT: reduced size and extended range of suitable drives.
