The invention relates to the pulp and paper industry and is intended for use in the manufacture of printed papers aerodynamic method of molding with the aim of increasing index paper strength, increase retention of the filler in the sheet of paper and improve the optical properties of paper.

A method of obtaining the paper, including the introduction of a suspension of cellulose fiber filler (kaolin), treated with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) at a mass ratio of kaolin and PVA 100:(3,5-5,0), ebb folder, drying and separation of the fibers in the air stream with the formation of aerospace. Closest to the claimed invention is the aerodynamic method of manufacturing paper for gravure printing (patent RU 2100508, D21H 27/00, 27/10, D21F 11/00, D21B 1/00, publ. 08.12.94, example 4 - prototype), comprising moistening a sheet of cellulose to a moisture content of 50% wt. solution of polyacrylamide concentration of 0.1% wt., the dispersion of the pulp before formation of fibrous aerospace, a mixture of aerospace of cellulose fibers with aerowaves filler treated rosin glue in the amount of 0.5 wt.%, the forming of the paper web, its hydration water, pressing and drying.

The known method has a number of disadvantages. The filler does not possess the ability to bind to cellulose fibers, the retention of the filler in the fibrous layer is not more than 80%. The strength characteristics of the molded paper low.

The purpose of the invention is the increase of the index of the strength of the boom the guy, made aerodynamic method, and increase retention of the filler in the sheet of paper.

This objective is achieved in that the moistening a sheet of cellulose to a moisture content of 50% before Rosvodokanal is in the process of applying to the surface of cellulose folder paste consisting of a solution of carboxymethyl cellulose and filler and molded paper cloth moistened with a solution of starch.

To increase the degree of retention in the paper of fine particles of chalk modify it with a solution of sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose (NaKM,). In the aerodynamic shaping of the paper from the water saturated natural fibers and cellulose filler prefabricated in the form of air-dry pulp sheets moistened to a moisture content of 48-50% paste of modified filler. The paste is applied with a scraper based 0.5 g of chalk on 1 g of dry fiber. For making paper with an ash content of 10, 20, 30% of the required number of processed pasta intermediate product is introduced into the disperser together with pulp folder humidity of 50%. For example, to get the paper with a filler content of 10% takes 20 parts processed pasta semi-finished product, which consists of 10 g of chalk and 20 g of fiber, and 70 parts of the original bulk.

Formed on the grid paper cloth moistened with a solution of starch concentration of 0.7 to 1.3%, pressed and dried.

The proposed method is as follows.

Example 1. The filler is treated with a solution of sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose with careful stirring until a smooth paste. On 100 wt. parts of filler take 230 wt. parts of water and 0.5 (control experiment); 1.0; 2.0; 2.5 (control experiment) wt. parts N.

On the surface of the sheet of air-dried softwood pulp scraper put a layer of the modified chalk paste. The humidity of the sheet C is llulose increases up to 48-50%. Example 2. The method is carried out as in example 1, but the product of the interaction of precipitated chalk with a solution of sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose is being dried and pulverized. The number of modified chalk, served in a dispersant in the form of a powder, is 10-30% by weight of air-dry cellulose fibers. The fibrous layer is formed from a mixture of softwood and hardwood pulp in the ratio of 30:70. The content of filler in the paper is 10-15%.

Example 4. The paper produced by the method prototype.

Comparative test samples of paper, obtained by the proposed method and the method prototype (example 4), are given in the table.

From the table it is seen that the proposed method compared with the method of the prototype allows to increase the index of the strength of the paper 13-20% by reducing the weight per square meter of the sheet and to increase the retention of filler particles in the paper from 80 to 98% when using a filler in the form of modified pastes. For all prototypes of the basic parameters characterizing the optical properties of paper: whiteness and opacity ISO 2469-77 and ISO 2471-77. The degree of whiteness was 86-88%, opacity 84-88%. The degree of sizing the paper samples is within 1.0-2.0 mm
