SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of printing industry. A sheet or roll printing machine comprises the main section, at least one movable ink carriage adapted for connection with a composite section for interaction with it in process of printing operations and shifting away from the main section during operations of maintenance. At the same the specified movable ink carriage comprises at least one ink device, a unit of control to control motion of the specified movable ink carriage in direction towards the specified main section and away from the specified main section, an access area, which at least partially surrounds the specified movable ink carriage to provide access for an operator to the specified main section and the movable ink carriage, and detection facilities to monitor the specified area of access and to detect presence of an operator in the specified access area. The control unit is connected with the specified detection facilities with the possibility of control so that the movement of the specified movable ink carriage may be stopped or prevented.

Background of invention

Such machines are known, for example, from patent US 5062359 and 5899145 and smestorage patent application WO 03/047862. To facilitate maintenance operations, some important parts of the printing machine, requiring careful maintenance, installed on a movable carriage which can be moved from the operating position to the maintenance position when the actuation of the control device. In the case of WO 03/047862, there are two such movable carriage. Other examples of printing machines with movable carriages are disclosed, for example, in European patent applications EP 0132858, EP 0132859, EP 0343104, EP 0343105, EP 0343106, EP 0343107, EP 0351366 or EP 0415881.

Japanese patent application JP 09-174820 discloses a protective device for a printing machine, equipped with a host of automatic replacement of forms designed for automatic replacement of printed forms.

Patent application US 2002/0139271 A1 discloses a protective device for scanning and display of the danger zone, which cannot be observed from the printing machine, such as the feed area of the printing machine.

European patent application EP 0444227 discloses a safety device for a printing machine, in which the first and second switches, made in the form of touch pads, placed in the path of the movable ink carriage. The first switch is made as a touch pad located under the movable carriage in position, W is this the last carriage is connected with the printing unit of the printing machine. This is the first switch in the form of a pad adapted for being in the enabled state, if the operator stands between the printing node and moving the ink carriage when the latter is retracted. A second switch, made in the form of a touch pad located under the movable ink carriage in a state in which this last carriage allocated from the printing unit. This second switch in the form of a pad adapted for being in the off state, if the operator stands behind the movable ink carriage when the latter is connected to the circuit section. Although the disclosed safety device capable of detecting the presence of an operator in the path of the movable ink carriage, the design of the safety device assumes that the operator must physically reside in the path of the movable ink carriage to actuate the safety device. Although this safety device may be effective for low speed movement of the mobile carriage (which is typically of the order of 1 m/min), because the device will have enough time to react to the presence of the operator in the path of the movable carriage, there still remains the risk that the device does not Wed giruet quickly to the appearance of the operator on the trajectory of the movable carriage, when the latter is moved at a higher speed. This is especially critical for safety devices disclosed in EP 0444227, when the operation of the device occurs only when the unlawful presence of the operator at one of the safety mats. In addition, there is a need in the car with a movable carriage which can move with a higher speed from the operating position to the maintenance position without compromising security operations workers. The invention

Thus, the present invention is to improve the safety of the worker performing maintenance operation in machines of the above type.

These objectives are achieved through the creation of a sheet or roll-fed printing machine according to the characteristics that are stated in the independent claim 1 of the claims.

Preferred options for implementation are the subject of the attached dependent claims.

Embodiments of the inventions

The machine shown in the drawings, is a multicolor sheet numbering machine. The stationary part or the main section 1 and the movable part 2 or colorful mobile carriage form a primary device for sheet printing. The stationary part 1 essentially forms the print unit numbering machine. It contains the transfer drum 21, a printing cylinder 22, two drum 23 and 24 of the numerator and the optional third cylinder 25 letterpress for printing signatures or other elements. The stationary part 1 takes the sheets fed from the feeding device, such as device 3 for the continuous feed of sheets. The movable part 2 essentially forms the inking unit number of the machine and includes a colorful device for applying the necessary colors on the printing side of the printing section. The printed sheets are transferred from section 1 in the transportation system 4 sheets, such as a conventional chain listovoi mechanism driven by a chain clamps for holding the front edge of the printed sheets. The sheets are moved through the transport system 4 the programme, served in the output device 5 after passing through a drying device 31, such as a UV dryer. The stationary section 1, the input device 3, system 4 transportation and the output device 5 is still installed on the floor 6 of the print shop. As shown in figure 1, the distance between the right end of outlet section 5 and the left end of the stationary section 1 is greater than the length of the movable part 2. The latter relies on an intermediate floor 7, passing over the trajectory of the transportation system 4 sheets. Thus, the printed sheets are routed and transferred under the intermediate floor 7 in the output section 5. In normal operating condition, the inking unit 2 is connected to the printed section 1, as shown by the solid line in figure 1 and 2. However, in order to carry out maintenance, it is often necessary to work have access to a particular active element located between colourful apparatus 2 and the printing unit 1. Therefore, the inking unit 2 is made movable. It contains the means for moving comprising rollers 8. The last guided on guide rails (not shown in figure 1, but visible in figure 4 and 5), recessed in the intermediate space 7. When managing a leading electric motor (not shown)driving the rollers 8, the carriage 2 is moved in the direction of section 5, as shown pun is Tierno lines in figure 1. As shown in figure 2, in this example, the access worker-operator to the intermediate pad 7 is permitted on both sides of the printing machine, in this work the operator is forced to pass through two access areas designated on the drawings by the reference positions 9 and 9'are shown by hatching. It is clear that access zones 9 and 9' are located outside the path of 10 colorful mobile carriage 2.

Currently, to improve the safety of maintenance operations and provide increased speed paint apparatus 2 installed detection means for control zones 9, 9' access to the intermediate space 7 and detecting the presence of working-operator in these areas 9, 9'. Preferably, if the data detection means contain in the description of nom embodiment, the optical detection means, containing a pair of light sources and photodetectors 11, located at the two ends of each access zone 9, 9' for optical scanning zone along a horizontal plane parallel to the intermediate space 7 and is near the level of the intermediate pad 7, as illustrated in Fig.6. Means 11 detect connected with the control with the control device (not shown)that control the movement of the carriage 2 in such a way as to prevent its movement in case of detection of the presence of working-operator in one of the zones 9, 9', i.e. in which there is an interruption of the scanning beams 11 by means of detection. Thus, the presence of working-operator is detected before a work statement really gets to the path of the 10 colorful mobile carriage 2, which provides increased safety is snasti, as will be thereby prevented any movement of the work-operator towards the Central part of the printing machine.

In one embodiment, the detection means comprise reacting pressing means capable of detecting unauthorized penetration of the working operator access areas 9, 9' (and optionally in zone 10), or any other suitable device capable of responding to the presence of the working operator or access areas 9, 9' (and optionally in the zone 10).

The above-described preferred system actuation and enable particularly effective because it ensures highly reliable operation of the movable colorful carriage 2. The safety device in accordance with the present invention, as described below, primarily, allows to increase the speed of movement of the movable colorful carriage 2 in 10 times without compromising the safety of people-operators. For example, with the present invention, can be achieved a velocity of about 10 m/min in comparison with the known machines that do not have the functions of access control, in which the rate of movement of the movable carriage is usually limited to 1 m/min for security reasons. This higher movement speed is also an advantage in comparison with a variant of the device described in EP 0444227, in which the moving speed of the movable carriage must be limited to avoid injury.

Higher speeds can be particularly advantageous with regard to numbering machines illustrated in the drawings as intervention work insuch machines more often. In fact, when working numbering machines, in particular, one worker often must have access to drums numerator of (23 and 24 in figure 1), for carrying out maintenance operations on numerical units located in these drums enumerator. High speed movement of the mobile carriage 2 can reduce the downtime of the machine when performing maintenance operations.

Such safety devices as described above can be installed in any machine containing at least one movable colorful carriage. Moreover, such safety devices can also be used in cases when the movable slide or carriage is suspended under reference guides arranged above the carriage or carriages, as, for example, in the machine described in US 5899145 or WO 03/047862.

As a possible improvement of the above safety devices you can install additional detection means for rolling the ink carriage 2 to detect any interference or resistance caused by the obstacle remaining on the trajectory colorful mobile carriage 2 (such as tools and others). Such additional detection means may, for example, to enable the touch pad (or any other suitable means which detect), located on the outer and on the inner side of the movable carriage 2 along its path of movement.

1. Sheet or roll-fed printing machine, comprising:
the main section (1),

2. Printing machine according to claim 1, in which the mentioned detection means include optical means (11) detection for optical scanning of the specified access zones (9, 9').

Printing machine according to claim 2, in which said funds (11) detection are located on the platform (7) of the printing machine so as to perform optical scanning of the horizontal plane that is parallel to the specified access area (9, 9'), and to detect unauthorized penetration of the working-operator in the specified access area (9, 9').

Printing machine according to claim 1, in which said funds (11) detection contain reactive pressing means located on the site (7) of the printing machine in the specified access zones (9, 9') for the detection of unauthorized penetration of the working-operator in the specified access area (9, 9').

Printing machine according to any one of the preceding paragraphs, in which the basic unit (1) and the specified mobile inking carriage (2) is available on both sides of the printing machine and in which a specified access area (9, 9') contains the first AOR is from (9), passing along the first side of the printing machine in parallel trajectory (10) movable colorful carriage (2), and the second area (9')along the second side of the printing machine in parallel trajectory (10) movable colorful carriage (2), with each area (9, 9') fitted with appropriate means (11) detection.

11. Printing machine according to claim 1, in which colorful mobile carriage (2) is arranged to move along the support rails located above the movable colorful carriage (2).

12. Printing machine according to claim 1, in which the movable colorful carriage (2) is provided with an additional means of detection to detect the presence of obstacles on the path (10) of the movable colorful carriage (2).

13. Printing machine according to item 12, in which said additional detection means are mounted on the ink carrier (2).

FIELD: polygraphic industry, possible use for controlling technological parameters of paper flat of input roll on printing factories, which is formed in advance at paper factory.

SUBSTANCE: in the method, length of flat part of input roll, which includes control marks, is selected as controlled parameter. One block is mounted at the point of insertion of a flat into technological zone of roll printing machine, second one - at exit point of same. Each block has commutated connection to its own electronic computing device. In front of each block, flat speed sensor is mounted, in commutated connection with corresponding electronic computing device. Software of one of the blocks is created with possible creation of database of input roll flat, and of another block - of output roll flat, and with possible storage of that information in memory blocks and its output to information carriers, which functionally act as "roll reports".

EFFECT: possible control of technological parameters of flat at input and output of roll printing machine, resulting in increased precision of control.

Another variant of method for applying multiple paint layers onto a substrate is differentiated by applied layer of energy-hardened paint having to be of increased viscosity compared to following layer of energy-hardened liquid paint with viscosity less than approximately 4000 centipoises, and containing reaction-incapable paint thinner, where viscosity of following layer is less than increased viscosity of energy-hardened paint layer applied beforehand. Also a method is suggested for printing multiple paint layers on a substrate, which includes stage of selection of first and second energy-hardened liquid flexography paint, where each paint contains viscosity controlling reaction-incapable paint thinner, consisting of water in amount of from 5% to 50% of thinner weight, where each paint has viscosity approximately ranging from 30 to 70 centipoises, and stage of serial application of first and second energy-hardened liquid flexography paint onto a substrate to create first and second paint layers, having overlapping parts, where second paint is applied only after at least a part of paint thinner is evaporated in first paint layer. Device for serial application of multiple overlapping paint layers onto a substrate contains substrate route and substrate drive for moving the substrate along a route, where paint application sections are adapted for applying paint onto substrate, which paint includes reaction-incapable paint thinner and has viscosity less than 4000 centipoises, and also management system, which manages transportation of substrate along a route. Viscosity of first layer of liquid paint, applied onto a substrate in one of paint sections, is increased due to evaporation of at least a part of paint thinner from first paint layer to higher viscosity compared to viscosity of second paint, applied on top of first paint layer in next paint section, located at a certain distance from first paint section, up to viscosity, sufficient for "crude" application of second liquid paint layer during transportation of substrate between paint sections.

EFFECT: in suggested methods, relief printing is achieved without insignificant modifications of printing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: method for printing of protected documents, in which the latters are printed on sheets, each containing a great number of protected documents. Each sheet has a unique type-readable identifier. In the process of production the lots are processed with the aid of several printing presses. On each printing press the identifiers are read off with the aid of a local computer separated for the given printing press. The results are transmitted by inquiry in the form of poles of data to the central data base. Each pile contains information on several sheets, which eliminates the necessity of transmission of the respective data in the conditions of real time through the network. To enhance the safety of reduction of dependence from operation, each local computer has a means of automatic checkup of the state of the lot processing.

FIELD: polygraphic industry, possible use for controlling technological parameters of paper flat of input roll on printing factories, which is formed in advance at paper factory.

SUBSTANCE: in the method, length of flat part of input roll, which includes control marks, is selected as controlled parameter. Marks are positioned with constant value step, which is selected depending on technologically acceptable error relatively to length of roll flat, regulated by its tensioning during technological cycle of creation of this roll at paper factory. Detection, recognition and registration of informative signs of controlled parameter is performed twice. Namely: during insertion of a roll into technological zone of roll printing machine and during removal from it. Recording of read and transformed information in memory block of electronic computing device is performed with ensured storage of that information and its possible output to information carriers, which are functionally a "roll report" with given database, based on "roll passport" information. Particularities of the system are as follows. It is provided with second block of optic-electronic devices, functionally and structurally identical to first block. One block is mounted at the point of insertion of a flat into technological zone of roll printing machine, second one - at exit point of same. Each block has commutated connection to its own electronic computing device. In front of each block, flat speed sensor is mounted, in commutated connection with corresponding electronic computing device. Software of one of the blocks is created with possible creation of database of input roll flat, and of another block - of output roll flat, and with possible storage of that information in memory blocks and its output to information carriers, which functionally act as "roll reports".

EFFECT: possible control of technological parameters of flat at input and output of roll printing machine, resulting in increased precision of control.

In phase of printing machine run printing the second measuring accessory (23), which varies from the first measuring accessory (22) is used to identify several second actual values related to imprint applied onto material for printing (21) and to deliver to the adjustment device (26) that adjusts inking apparatus (16). One of second actual values detected by the second measuring accessory (23) is used in adjustment device (26) as a specified value, at the same time adjustment device (26) detects deviation of other second actual values identified in phase of printing machine run printing from applied specified value, and this deviation is minimised by new adjustment of inking apparatus that applies ink onto material for printing (21).
