SUBSTANCE: slewing device of mine excavator includes movable carrier ring, fixed support ring, toothed rim with lower attachment flange to housing of excavator undercarriage and taper rollers installed between carrier and support rings on axes of separators with possibility of free rolling between carrier and support rings along conic annular tracks made on rings. At that, axes of separator are fixed in separator housing and inclined relative to rotation axis of movable carrier ring. Toothed rim is equipped with inner projection, and carrier ring is equipped with outer projection with annular tracks. Projection of toothed rim is located above projection of carrier ring, and between projections in the appropriate separator there installed are rolling bodies with possibility of free rolling along annular tracks of projections.

EFFECT: higher reliability of slewing device, without applying any special requirements to properties, quality and technology of materials.

The invention relates to mining machines used in mining quarrying, namely the support-rotating devices excavators can also be used in lifts and excavation and loading machines, designed to move goods, development and loading of the vehicle or the blade of minerals.

Known rotation device containing the rotary roller bearing. The lower stationary part fixed on the frame of the self-propelled chassis, and fitted on the inner circumference of the ring gear, and the upper movable part is rigidly mounted a turntable on which is mounted the arm, and the rotation mechanism of the platform. The mechanism of rotation of the platform is equipped with a manipulator in the horizontal plane relative to the frame of the self-propelled chassis, including the engine and gearbox on the output shaft which is rigidly mounted a leading gear that is in mesh with a ring gear fixed part, and a device for eliminating consoles shaft pinion (patent SU # 2206492, CL VS 23/84, Publ. 20.06 2003).

A disadvantage of this device is that it has a relatively complex structure, especially technologically complicated mounting of the rotating bodies at the bottom of the fixed part.

However, in the known full ring bearings there is one major drawback. He is that by analogy with the bearings in these bearings, the ratio of the diameter of the rolling bodies to the diameter of the circular raceways shall not exceed the value of 0.025. High contact stresses for this reason, the contact surfaces of structural members, require the production of the ring supports the use of high-strength steels, high hardness and precision machining surfaces of the rolling elements.

As a prototype of the selected rotation device of mining excavator R&N HR (Manual P&H Mining Equipment, A Hamischfeger Industries Company, Box 310, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 503201 USA). Rotation device prototype is made for the partial ring support, it retains the Central axle. Concentric with the Central axle are bearing ring with the upper roller and the support ring with the lower roller, rigidly United respectively with the turntable and the chassis of the excavator. Moreover, the axis of the tapered rollers is fixed in the separator perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the rolling bearing ring, and the ratio of the diameter of the conical rollers to the diameter of annular raceways exceeds the value of 0.04. Due to the specified ratio of the diameters of the conical rollers and raceways (table) low pin voltage enable partial annular bearings of a lower quality than that used in the full ring supports, structural materials and less complex technology, which is a great advantage to the design of the prototype.

At the same time, the presence in the prototype of the Central axle, perceiving the moment of the external forces on the shoulder, equal to the radius of annular raceways, leads to the opposite effect. Namely, the maximum load per support rollers, the turntable and the chassis the chassis of the excavator with incomplete annular support, almost 2 times higher than that of the excavator with full ring bearing, which inevitably leads to an increase in the mass of metal and is a disadvantage of the prototype.

The technical object of the present invention is to provide a reliable turntable career excavator in the form of a complete ring support using materials, properties, quality and processing technologies which are not special requirements.

The problem is solved in that career excavator contains vignae bearing ring and the stationary bearing ring, rims with lower shelf-mounting flange to the housing chassis of the excavator, and the tapered rollers. Rotation device 1 connects the support chassis of the excavator 2 with the rotary part of the excavator 3 (figure 1). It contains (2) support ring 4, the stationary support ring 5, gear 6 with the bottom shelf flange 7. Gear 6 is rigidly connected to the roller h is STU 2 by means of the flange 7. Support ring 4 is rigidly connected with the rotary part of the excavator 3. Between the bearing ring 4 and the support ring 5 is placed a conical rollers 8 on the axis 9 of the separator 10. Moreover, the ratio of the diameters of the tapered rollers 8 to the diameter of the raceway 12 is not less than 0.4 (as in the prototype). Crown gear 6 has an internal ledge 13 flat ring raceway 14. Support ring 4 provided with an outer ledge 15 flat annular raceway 16, opposite the raceway 14. Between the projections 13 and 15 are rolling elements 17, for example, in the form of a cylinder, with the possibility of prokachivanija along the paths 14 and 16. Body of rotation 17 is placed in the separator 18. Crown gear 6 and the lower support ring 5 can be made in one piece with a ring gear 19, figure 3.

Rotation device operates as follows.

Gear 6 is part of the gear mechanism of rotation and in mesh with them are drive gear rotation (not shown). SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in devices designed for turning in a horizontal or vertical plane. The turn drive contains a tooth rim meshing with two identical main gears; the said rim is assembled on a turning portion of the object, this turning portion is installed with a support component on the base whereon an electric motor, a brake mechanism and a reducer are arranged. The electric motor via a coupling is connected to an input shaft of the reducer which includes a frictional mechanism to limit a maximum torque at the input shaft of the reducer, self braking worm gear and two differential mechanisms. Each of the differential mechanisms is made as a planetary drive equipped with an epicyclic gear, a sun gear, a carrier and satellites. One of the main gears is secured to the shaft made as one whole with the carrier of the first planetary gear, the axis of which is geometrically coupled with the central axis of the latter. The other main gear is fixed on the shaft installed in the case of the reducer; whereon the gear is attached meshing with the gear made as one whole with the epicyclic gear of the first planetary gear mechanism. The sun gear of the second planetary gear mechanism is connected to the shaft of the motor; epicyclic gear of the planetary gear mechanism by means of tooth meshing is kinematically tied to the above said friction mechanism. The sun gear of the first planetary gear mechanism is secured on the shaft which is kinematically tied with the carrier of the second planetary gear mechanism via the said self braking worm gear.

EFFECT: elimination of misalignment in drive gear and toothed crown teeth meshing to thereby enhance reliability and prolong service life of apparatus.

Proposed loose material stower-gripper has boom of gripper and boom of stower of lift-lower type turnable in horizontal plane by slewing circle installed on base and drives to turn booms of gripper and stower. Slewing circle is made in form of fixed rings rigidly secured to each other and to frame of base, two coaxially arranged movable rings with gear rims resting of fixed rings through solids of revolution. Movable rings are non-connected mechanically, one movable ring being furnished with external teeth rim coupled with gripper boom turning drive, and the other is provided with internal teeth rim coupled with stower boom turning drive. Each toothed rim has independent self-contained system to regulate geometrical parameters of mating of solids of revolution with movable and fixed rings. Base be made in form of self-propelled chassis or stationary portal. Gripper boom has gripping member of rotary or scraper type.

EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions of stower-gripper, facilitated maintenance.
