SUBSTANCE: road marking paint contains acrylic film-forming agent in form of a copolymer of n-butylmethacrylate with glycidylmethacrylate, calcite as filler, chloroparaffin CP-470 as plasticiser, toluene and ethyl acetate as an organic solvent, titanium dioxide as a pigment, an organic montmorillonite derivative Bentone SD-2 as a thickener, a dispersant in form of a mixture of natural phospholipids Soya lecithin, an anti-sedimentation agent in form of 20% solution of an organic compound in xylene M-P-A - 2000X, with the given ratio of components.

EFFECT: paint has high wear resistance of the film while retaining the rest of the characteristics.

The invention relates to coatings industry, and in particular to compositions for road marking, and can be used when marking of the carriageway of roads and airfields with asphalt, concrete or asphalt surface.

Known composition for road markings, comprising a copolymer of n-butyl methacrylate, methyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid with a ratio of monomers 37:2:1, titanium dioxide, calcite, Aerosil, dibutyl phthalate, hexamethyltriethylenetetramine, white spirit, xylene, acetone, butyl acetate [U.S. Pat. EN 2109781].

The disadvantage is lack of durability in operation.

The closest technical solution according to the essential features and the result achieved by the invention is a paint road marking on the patent of the Russian Federation 2353637, IPC C 133/04, containing, in parts by weight:

The problem is solved due to the fact that the paint road marking, including acrylic film former, calcite filler, plasticizer - chloroparaffin CP-470, an organic solvent is toluene and ethyl acetate, the pigment is titanium dioxide, organic thickener derived montmorillonite "Benton SD-2", the dispersant is a mixture of natural phospholipids "Soy lecithin "Nalec 10-F, protivoradiolokatsionnoy means 20%solution of organic compounds in xylene M-P-2000S, as the acrylic film-forming agent contains a copolymer of n-butyl methacrylate and glycidylmethacrylate, and as a hardener of Triethylenetetramine in the following ratio of components, parts by weight:

The invention consists in that in the above composition for road markings as an acrylic film-forming agent is used, the copolymer of n-butyl methacrylate with glycidylmethacrylate containing in the structure a lateral epoxy groups, which interact with Triethylenetetramine, in the process of curing the coating to form cross-links between molecules in the copolymer, thereby contribute to the formation of the film-forming spatial structure, which gives high wear resistance coating, road marking, printed on asphalt or cement concrete surface.

As the hardener used by Triethylenetetramine on THE 6-09-2307-76. Paint road marking prepared according to the following technology. In the dissolver without heating load an organic solvent, plasticizer, thickener, dispersant, acrylic foaming agent, pigment, filler, protivoradiolokatsionnoy tool and stirred for 1.5-2.0 hours. The resulting composition was dispersed in a bead mill.

Ready paint after the introduction of the calculated quantity of hardener is applied to machines for road marking or paint sprayer, roller or brush. The viability of the finished paint is 6-8 hours.

Table 1 shows examples of the component composition of the paint road marking.

Testing properties of paints and coatings based on it are carried out by standard methods according to GOST R 52576-2006.

The results of testing the proposed paint and coatings in comparison with the prototype are shown in table 2.

From table 2 it is seen that the coating based paint road marking according to the invention has a film strength to abrasion of 4.0-4.5 kg/μm while maintaining the values of the other operating parameters.

Using the adhesive composition makes it possible to considerably increase the depth of porous material impregnation and to improve evenness of composition hardening in concrete. The adhesive composition may be used as a protective anticorrosion coating, in repair of various concrete structures from filling small cracks to puttying large defects, and also as a filling polymer composition for porous materials.
