The objective of the invention is the provision of reducing interference and induced drag, increase speed of construction and reduced cost of fuel to overcome the path.

This object is achieved in that for increasing the Oia speed of the apparatus, reduce vibration, reduce fuel consumption and increase the range you want to use the stabilizer and fin convex with a curvature, the convex part of which is converted to the incident flow, and the ending is kind of blinds and in appearance similar to the shark fin.

Using this design approach allows for high speeds to cut layers flow with the least cost. Stabilizer and fin of this design, having a convex sweep similar to shark fin, reduces power consumption to overcome space, increasing speed, elimination of vibration in the design of the device.

The keel looks like a shark fin.

Kiel convex sweep 1 directed by the incident airflow, the ending is kind of blinds 2, and therefore has the lowest resistance and the absence of vibration, increased speed and fuel economy.

Kiel is the stabilizer of an aircraft or sea vessel, consisting of a front part with a convex sweep angle which decreases with increasing length of curvature, and the end portion, the tip of which has the form of louvers.
