The invention relates to medicine, in particular to pharmacology, can be used to stabilize the processes of lipid peroxidation in biomembranes and improving the antioxidant status of warm-blooded organism in conditions of exposure to ultraviolet rays and to find application in experimental medicine and clinical practice.

Known methods for enhancing the antioxidant status of warm-blooded organism in the conditions of influence of prooxidant factors the introduction of synthetic drugs with antioxidant action - dibunola, tocopherol acetate, Mexidol [1], emoxipin [2] and the drug group of immunomodulators of plant origin Eleutherococcus [3].

The disadvantages of these methods are the need of the use of pharmacological drugs of synthetic origin, with a number of adverse and toxic effects and relatively high cost.

A method of stabilizing processes peroxidation and increasing antioxidant status of warm-blooded organism in the conditions of UV exposure, which is a powerful Pro-oxidant factor, the introduction of infusion based herbal leaf, nettle, birch, plantain. Plants included in the collection, grow on the territory of our region (the Amur region) and are widely distributed on the territory of the Russia, contain a wide range of biologically active substances. Raw material used for manufacturing is available, the technology for cost-effective, wide range of applications. Infusion-based herbal no side or toxic effects, exerts a stabilizing influence on the processes of lipid peroxidation of membranes, increases the activity of the antioxidant system of the organism, providing, thus, the multidimensional positive influence on the organism of animals and humans in conditions of UV exposure and exposure to other prooxidant factors.

The technical result of the invention to provide infusion based herbal plants (nettle leaves, birch, plantain), growing on the territory of our region (the Amur region) and its application to stabilization processes peroxidation and increasing antioxidant status of warm-blooded organism in conditions of ultraviolet radiation.

The method consists in the fact that the experimental animals (rats or mice)under standard vivarium conditions for 20 minutes before irradiation in a UV chamber (Patent RF №2348079 from 27.02.2009 g) administered daily oral infusion of nettle leaves, birch, plantain at a rate of 5 ml/kg of body weight for 28 days.

The infusion based on the collection of nettle leaves, Erez, plantain. Nettle leaves (harvested during flowering), birch (harvested in may), plantain (harvested in June - July) were crushed, mixed at the rate of 1:1:1, poured boiling water at a rate of 8 g per 200 ml of water, insisted 60 minutes, filtered, the precipitate was removed, the flask was cooled.

On the 29th day of the experiment the animals were killed by decapitate.

The results were taken into account by the ratio of LPO products (lipid hydroperoxides, diene conjugates, malonic dialdehyde) and the major components of AOC (ceruloplasmin, vitamin E) in the blood and internal organs compared to control animals, treated by statistical methods using the criterion of Wilcoxon signed-Mann-Whitney.

The method allows for the increase of antioxidant activity and reducing the degree of accumulation of the products of radical and lipid peroxides in the body irradiated RIP mice and rats without the use of pharmacological drugs of synthetic origin, with a number of adverse and toxic effects and relatively high cost.

Investigated the content of products of lipid peroxidation (lipid hydroperoxides, diene conjugates, malonic dialdehyde) and the major components of AOC (ceruloplasmin, vitamin E) in plasma and liver tissue of the control and the experimental groups (table. 1, 2, 3, 4).
