SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a modified binder for production of asphalt-concrete mixtures, including road oil bitumen according to GOST 22245-90, produced in processing of a pipeline mixture of high-gravity oils and an additive, the additive in the binder for production of asphalt-concrete mixtures is a natural pyrobitumen with ring-and-ball softening point (RandB) within the limits of 118-160°C and with depth of needle penetration at 25 °C, equal to 0×0.1 mm at the following ratio, wt %: road oil bitumen according to GOST 22245-90 85-99, natural pyrobitumen 15-1.
EFFECT: improved dynamic properties of asphalt concretes, expansion of resource base for production of binders, having all complexes of properties put forth to bitumens.

The invention relates to binder materials for the production of asphalt mixes different types, widely used for road construction.
Known binders used in the construction of the road coating of hot asphalt mixes in Russia and CIS countries are the bitumen road viscous (BND), produced in the processing pipeline of the mixture of light oil and meets the requirements of GOST 22245-90. Some refineries produce road bitumen pipeline from the mixture of light oil on the technical conditions, such as Bitumen road superior of the Western Siberian oil" (BDUS) TU 0256-096-00151807-97.
Data binding materials chosen as a prototype.
Oil road bitumen obtained from a mixture of light oils have low adhesion to the acidic mineral materials, so develop various additives to improve these properties and methods of modification of their bitumen.
Another disadvantage of such road bitumens are low viscosity at high and low temperatures, causing low sdvigoustojchivosti pavement.
The technical result of the claimed our invention is to improve the dynamic properties of asphalt concrete produced in the stated us wag the future, expansion of the resource base for the production of binders, possessing all the complexes properties, requirements for bitumen for II-III climatic zones, which increases the durability of asphalt concrete pavement for roads and airfields.
We have achieved technical result in a modernized binder for the production of asphalt mixes, including bitumen road from the processing pipeline of the mixture of light oil and additive, is solved in that the binder as an additive for the production of asphalt mixes contains natural asphaltic with a softening temperature (ring and ball) (Kish) within 118÷160°C and depth of needle penetration at 25°C, 0×0.1 mm in the following ratio, wt.%:

The authors do not know the same or similar technical solution that provides the possibility of obtaining modified binder based on the mass of road bitumen produced from food processing pipeline of a mixture of light oil and natural asphaltite, allowing to obtain a binder, the quality is not inferior, and a number of indicators and surpasses similar bitumen produced from heavy malapropistic naphthenic oils.
Analysis of the proposed solutions and prototype allows to make a conclusion on compliance of the proposed solution the criterion of "novelty".
The authors have no known solutions containing signs, similar to the distinctive features of the proposed solution, with the achievement of the technical result. All of the above features of the proposed solution according to the criterion of "inventive step".
We stated the invention has successfully passed laboratory tests and therefore meets the criterion of "industrial applicability".
Improving the rheological performance to the level required by the standards, while maintaining all other performance and achieve more in the high thermal stability and adhesion with acidic mineral materials, can be achieved by compounding oil road bitumen from the processing pipeline mixtures of light oils with natural asphaltica fields in the South Timan Komi softening temperature (ring and ball) (Kish) 118-160°C and depth of needle penetration at 25°C, 0×0,1 mm On the southern Timan is Izhma Deposit asphaltite and several promising manifestations: Nevelskoi, Oil beam is located at a slight distance from it. Because deposits are concentrated in a small area and the formation of them occurred in one geological period, then later as an example will be considered asphaltic Izhma field (the natural asphaltic).
The advantages of the invention in comparison with the prototype are:
- use as a basis mass of road bitumen produced from food processing pipeline of a mixture of light oils;
- the use of natural asphaltite having a low softening temperature that will allow it to be applied for the preparation of the modified product in a container with a stirrer, and introduced directly into the asphalt installation;
- ability to manage physical and mechanical properties of asphalt mixtures is it due to the variation of the components of the binder;
- the possibility of introducing asphaltite both in pure form and in the form of fine mineral powder, enriched with asphaltica, either in the form of crushed stone obtained by crushing of bituminous limestone, which is the rock containing asphaltic.
Example 1. Receiving a modified natural asphaltica road bitumen
In a metal container equipped with a stirrer and a thermometer, load-weighted number (970) bitumen grade BDUS 70/100, include heating and after heating of the bitumen to a liquid state include the stirrer. After heating bitumen to a temperature of 170-180°C through the charging port serves a certain amount (30 g) natural asphaltite. The temperature of the mixture support about 175°C for 1 hour with constant stirring. The mixture is then filtered.
Examples 2-3 carried out analogously to example 1 using bitumen grade BDUS 70/100 and natural asphaltite for different ratios of components.
Example 4. In a metal container equipped with a stirrer and a thermometer, load-weighted number (850 g) bitumen road grade BND 200/300 received by the processing pipeline of a mixture of light oils include heating and after heating of the bitumen to a liquid state include the stirrer. After heating bitumen to a temperature of 170-180°C through C the loaders hatch serves a certain amount (150 g) natural asphaltite. The temperature of the mixture support about 175°C for 1 hour with constant stirring. The mixture is then filtered.
Physico-chemical properties of the modified natural asphaltica road bitumen are given in table 1.
Analysis of modified bitumen obtained in examples 1-4, was carried out according to the following criteria:
1. The depth of needle penetration at 25°C 0.1 mm - GOST 11501-78;
2. Softening point (Kish, °C GOST 11506-73;
3. Low temperature brittleness, °C GOST 11507-78;
4. The elongation at 25°C, cm - GOST 11505-75;
5. Kinematic viscosity at 135°C, mm2/C by the ASTM D 2170-01;
6. Dynamic viscosity at 60°C PA × C by the ASTM D 2171-01;
7. Solubility in toluene, wt.% - GOST 20739-75;
8. The temperature in a thin film, 5 hours 163°C by the ASTM D 1754-97.
The analysis of the table shows that the optimal performance of bitumen modified natural asphaltica, is the ratio of wt.%: bitumen road from 85÷99 and supplements natural asphaltite 15÷1. In these intervals the ratio of wt.% obtains an optimal result. Above and below these intervals optimality quality indicators of the claimed invention is deteriorating.
We stated the invention in comparison with the prototype allows to improve the dynamic properties of asphalt concrete produced with the use of an additive nature is about asphaltite, as well as significantly expanding the resource base for the production of binding materials, possessing all the complexes of the properties applicable to the bitumen, which increases the durability of asphalt concrete pavement for roads and airfields.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an asphalt-concrete mix for use as road surface. The invention relates to an asphalt-concrete mix for preparing a road surface layer, which is a mixture of the following components: aggregate material and bitumen binding material, wherein said asphalt-concrete mix contains air bubbles in amount of more than 5% and is vapour-permeable, wherein the vapour permeability is measured by testing for air permeability which is equal to at least approximately 8 cm2, wherein the said asphalt-concrete mix has fatigue strength which is such that when testing for flexural fatigue at load alternating frequency of 10 Hz, temperature 20°C, deformation of the asphalt-concrete mix reaches 2000 mcm/m after at least approximately 5000 cycles. The invention also relates to a method of preparing the asphalt-concrete mix, a method of selecting the asphalt-concrete mix and fatigue-resistant and vapour-permeable road surface layer.
EFFECT: obtaining an asphalt-concrete mix capable of slowing down reflexive crack formation and having high vapour-permeability for preventing swelling of the road surface due to accumulated latent vapour.

SUBSTANCE: method includes introduction of non-modified bitumen into a reservoir, equipped with a mixing device, and bitumen heating up to the temperature from 120 to 300°C. Then a blowing additive is added into a reservoir, and the mixture is mixed. Besides, the specified blowing additive has a common formula Ar1-R-Ar2. Invention also relates to a bitumen base of blown type produced by this method. The bitumen base is used to make a bituminous binder, and together with a road filler is used for road surface, asphalt mixtures, a gravel emulsion and a wear layer. The bitumen base is also used to make a sealing membrane, a membrane or impregnation layer. Method makes it possible to produce the bitumen base of required quality without necessity of pre-modification of the initial bitumen. The produced bitumen is more resistant as regards ageing, less brittle, has proper adhesiveness and hot viscosity compared to ordinary blown bitumen. Its workability in hot condition is comparable to workability of the initial bitumen in hot condition.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road construction and can be used in road pavement in all climatic regions. The invention relates to a rubber stone-mastic asphalt mix for road construction which contains road bitumen, crushed stone, sand from grinding screenings, mineral powder and a stabilising additive. The mineral powder used is rubber crumbs with size of up to 1 mm and the stabilising additive used is low-density secondary linear polyethylene, with the following ratio of components in wt %: crushed stone 60-84; road bitumen 5.5-7.5; rubber crumbs 1.0-1.8; low-density secondary linear polyethylene 0.2-0.8; sand from grinding screenings - the rest.

EFFECT: disclosed binder is resistant to fuel and shear abrasion and the surface can withstand heavy loads.

SUBSTANCE: process comprises compounding commercial bitumen (92.5-97.5%) with petroleum processing product (2.5-7.5%), in particular bitumen converter, which is preliminarily obtained in the form of straight-run petroleum fraction from heavy low-paraffin naphthenic-base petroleum with kinematic viscosity 65-85 cSt at 50°C.
