SUBSTANCE: moulding composition relates to agriculture, particularly to processing flax production wastes and compositions for producing finishing slabs. The moulding composition contains pile of flax, urea-formaldehyde resin KF-NU, polyvinylacetate dispersion, hardener - ammonium chloride, with given ratio of components, wherein the pile of flax contains a crushed flax in ratio of (1-3):(9-7).
EFFECT: use of the composition enables to obtain low-toxicity finishing slabs with high water resistance.

The invention relates to agriculture, in particular the recycling of flax production, and relates to compositions for obtaining decorative plates. Great value for the industry is the problem of recycling of secondary material resources. For the flax is characterized by its multi-purpose. Processing libovolneho raw materials accompanied by a large amount of waste fiber in the stalk lobularity stem of the plant is about 15% by weight, the rest are waste in the form of short nepadomaja fiber 20-30% and fires 50-60%consisting of cellulose 40-50%), hemicellulose 15-20%, lignin 29-25%. Flax is used as fuel in the form of briquettes, which add peat or burned in furnaces of boiler mills. Currently flax shive in large quantities are used in thermal insulation, decorative plates.
Known for eco-friendly decorative plate formed from mixtures containing the original fire and the fire, which previously subjected to grinding, mixed with water to obtain a suspension.

The famous press composition for the production of plates containing flax, processed gidrolizuut agent is sulfuric or phosphoric acid and a modifying agent, select the tion from the group: iron salt, salt, zinc salt of copper.

A disadvantage of the known compositions are unsatisfactory performance properties of the obtained plates, which have a low resistance.
Famous raw mix for the production of building boards containing flax shive, water glass, sodium carbonate, epoxy Dianova resin.

However, plate, formed from known raw mix, emit harmful volatile substances, and therefore must be subjected to additional finishing.
The closest analogue declared the press-composition for the formation of the finishing plates is press-mass containing flax, urea-formaldehyde resin and hardener.

The lack of press-weight is the low resistance of the finished plates, and these plates are toxic due to the negative influence of the resin on the environment.
The development objective is to increase the efficiency of processing bonfires with getting plates with high operational and environmental parameters.
The technical result from the use of the invention to provide non-lethal finishing of slabs with high resistance, which is determined by the index of swelling in thickness at 24.
This technical result is achieved due to the proposed press-composition for forming decorative plates containing flax, urea-formaldehyde resin KF-WELL polyvinyl acetate dispersion and curing agent is ammonium chloride, in the following ratio, wt.% on the dry matter:

this press composition in which the mass ratio of fire flax: crushed fire flax=(9-7):(1-3).
Obtaining non-lethal finishing plates of the proposed press of the composition is achieved by introducing the ingredients polyvinyl acetate dispersions and hardener ammonium chloride, which bind free formaldehyde. Formed plates have a low formaldehyde content and belong to the E1 class formaldehyde emission, which is consistent with the requirements of international standard.
In combination with the fires of flax these ingredients at the same time increase the resistance of the finishing square is t, which determine the swelling index plate for 24 hours.
Flax shive in the composition used without additional treatment or in combination with crushed flax bun to an average size of 5-10 mm when the mass ratio fires flax and ground fires (9-7):(1-3).
The invention is illustrated by the following examples. In the mixer download flax shive, through a nozzle under pressure serves pre-prepared mixture in a predetermined amount, containing curing agent is ammonium chloride, urea-formaldehyde resin KF-WELL (TU RB 00204547.075-96) and 20-50 wt.% polyvinyl acetate aqueous dispersion. Press the composition is stirred for 15-20 minutes until uniform distribution of fires flax, is poured into the mold, to form a certain thickness of the layer and pressed in two cycles. The duration of the first cycle 25-30 minutes at a pressure of 250 to 300 atmospheres and a temperature of 115-120°C, the second - 10-15 minutes at the same pressure and a temperature of 140-150°C.

Flax shive use crushed KOs is Roy flax to 5-10 mm when the mass ratio (9-7):(1-3), the structure of the plate surface becomes flat and smooth.
Specific examples are presented in tables. In table 1 are given the specific formulations press the compositions of examples. Table 2 shows the physico-mechanical characteristics of finishing plates.
The change of the quantitative proportions of the ingredients of the press of the composition in the direction of increase or decrease does not reach the technical result.
As can be seen from table 2, the plates of the proposed press-composition compared with the closest analogue of swelling in thickness for 24 hours decreased in 2 times and was ~11%. The formaldehyde content (mg per 100 g of absolutely dry plate), these finishing plates is less than 8.0 including that corresponds to the class formaldehyde emission E1 to 8.0 including, but plate in comparative example correspond to the class formaldehyde emission E2 - over 8,0 30 including.
Thus finishing plate formed of a proposed press the compositions have high resistance and are non-lethal, which makes them widely used and no extra lining in the furniture and construction industries.

SUBSTANCE: cross-linkable composition contains formaldehyde resin and a polythiol compound. The formaldehyde resin is cross-linked through reaction of a polythiol cross-linking agent with the formaldehyde resin. The cross-linked resin is obtained from phenol-formaldehyde, melamine-formaldehyde and urea-formaldehyde resin during reaction with a polythiol compound. The latter contains at least three thiol groups, where polythiol groups make up at least 1 wt % of the cross-linked resin. Compared to the same resin without polythiol, the cross-linked resin meets at least one criterion selected from high transparency, high storage modulus, high loss modulus and low ratio of loss and storage moduli tanδ.
EFFECT: obtaining abrasive articles with longer service life and improved mechanical properties, which ensure reduced cracking and accidental scratches, high cutting force.

The carbamide foam plastic composition contains carbamidoformaldehyde resin, foaming agent, curing agent (orthophosphoric acid) and water. Aldehyde pitch is cross-bonded by polythiol composition. Method of cross bonding aldehyde pitch comprises interaction of cross-bonding agent with aldehyde pitch.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of plate materials based on cellulose-containing particles impregnated with glue base on carbamide-formaldehyde resin to be used woodworking industry. Cellulose-containing particles are mixed with glue based on carbamide-formaldehyde resin and acid solidifier. Said cellulose-containing particles represent flax boon. Note here that said glue comprises additionally modifier butanol-1 in amount of 1.4…1.6% of carbamide-formaldehyde resin weight.

SUBSTANCE: aqueous solution of the product of reacting a composition used for products made from recycled wood material, essentially consisting of an acid source with pKa in water ranging from 2 to 8, a base source with pKb in water ranging from 2 to 6 and urea, in which the composition contains from 0.1 to 70 wt % acid, from 0.1 to 50 wt % base and from 1 to 55 wt % urea, where the rest is water, is effective for enhancing polymerisation of urea-formaldehyde resin. The composition which is capable of hardening urea-formaldehyde resin can contain urea-formaldehyde resin which is capable of hardening and the above described composition and can be obtained by mixing the resin with the said composition. A panel made from recycled wood material can be made by mixing crushed lignocellulosic material and the said urea-formaldehyde resin which is capable of hardening and hardening the resin. The concentrate for preparing the polymerisation enhancing composition used for products made from recycled wood material contains an acid source with pKa in water ranging from 2 to 8, a base source with pKb in water ranging from 2 to 6 and urea.
EFFECT: increased resistance to breaking up of the plates during hot piling and further hot pressing.

SUBSTANCE: solid resin based on vinylacetate copolymers are obtained through copolymerisation of vinylacetate and one or more ethylene unsaturated monobasic carboxylic acids from a group comprising acrylic, methacrylic and crotonic acid. Copolymerisation is carried out in the presence of one or more mercaptoalkylcarboxylic acids with 2-6-hydrogen atoms. The obtained solid resin based on vinylacetate along with functional carboxyl links also contains terminal carboxyl groups. The solid resin based on vinylacetate copolymers as an additive reduces shrinkage of the polyester resin during solidification, removes internal stress in the resin, minimises formation of microcracks and makes easier adherence to production tolerance.

FIELD: polymer-based composites.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing press material for further manufacture therefrom of structural and electrical-destination articles using direct pressing or transfer molding. Process involves preparing binding material by mixing phenol-formaldehyde resin and polyvinylacetate emulsion followed by mixing binding material with reinforcing material such as glass thread segments 4-6 cm long. When preparing binding material polyvinylacetate emulsion is used in amount 5-20% with 50-80% formaldehyde resin and 3-9% calcium stearate. Mixing of binder with reinforcing material is effected at 1:1 ratio (calculated for solids) by gravity method in a tube, which is turned around its longitudinal axis and which is provided with three rigidly attached to its inside walls internal flat blades oriented along radii of circles formed by cross-sections of tube perpendicular to its longitudinal axis. Resulting mixture is dried for 24-30 h at temperature from 20 to 100°C.
EFFECT: improved physico-mechanical properties of press material.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wax emulsions used in coating pain composition designed for finishing genuine leathers and provides a wax emulsion component, which represents polyvinylacetate dispersion containing non-plasticized polyvinylacetate in amount at least 45 wt %, content of polyvinylacetate dispersion in wax emulsion ranging from 40 to 80%. Proposed component when used in wax emulsion allows leather coatings to be obtained manifesting good organoleptic properties, high temperature resistance, low tackiness, and agreeable leather to the touch at moderate cost of wax emulsion.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer dispersion useful in production of adhesive and coating agent. Claimed dispersion contains water, at least one polymer, obtained by emulsion polymerization, at least one anticoagulant, at least one water soluble metal acid salt and at least one cross-linking resin based on hydroxymethyl-substituted imidazolidinones such as 1,3-dimethylol-4,5-dihydroxyimidazolidinone (4,5-dihydroxy-N,N'-dimethylolethylenecarbamide), hydroxymethyl-substituted pyrimidinones or hydroxymethyl-substituted triazinones, or products of self-condensation thereof, or mixed condensates of two or more abovementioned compounds, or mixture of two or more abovementioned compounds.
