The technical FIELD

The present invention relates to the field of technology pertaining to devices for heating or cooking food, in particular for domestic use and in particular to devices for frying food in fat.

The present invention relates to a device for frying food products containing, on the one hand, a reservoir for placing food and, on the other hand, the blade is placed inside the tank, and the said reservoir and the blade is made with the possibility of relative rotational motion for mixing products in the tank.

The present invention relates to a method of frying food, which is prepared for roasting products placed in the reservoir, which is already installed mixing blade.

Roasting food by complete immersion in an oil bath is widely known.

This roast can be, for example, be carried out using a household electric fryers, containing, on the one hand, the storage tank to fill with oil or fat, and, on the other hand, resistive heating elements for heating of the tank contents.

However, known fryers are relatively expensive to use, as they require regular purchase of a large amount of oil (at least 1.5 to 2 litres of oil is usually necessary for frying 1 kg of sliced fresh potatoes). Moreover, the consumer can reuse frying bath with a broken oil that can adversely affect health. Disposal of used oil can have negative consequences for the environment.

Finally, the heating at a high temperature such amount of oil causes, on the one hand, odors and, on the other hand, the polymerization of the oil, which makes it difficult to clean the unit.

To eliminate these disadvantages would rather be limited to the simple use of food in a small amount of oil, which does not require full immersion of food. In this case, it is necessary to ensure constant mixing products and fat to make the most evenly to cover the products of fat and to ensure uniform heating with oil products to ensure that they had a Golden color and crispy crust along its entire outer surface.

Another object of the invention is a device for cooking, which provides efficient mixing of products, regardless of the number of the latter.

Another object of the invention is compact and inexpensive device for frying.

Another object of the invention is a new device for cooking, which prevents the formation of lumps of products that are not peremeshautsa ones relative to the others.

Another object of the invention is a new device for cooking, which prevents the sticking of food to the tank.

Another object of the invention is a device for frying c particularly simple kinematics.

Another object of the invention is a device for cooking, which allows the roasting without full immersion products in an oil bath.

Another object of the invention is a new way of cooking products, providing a homogeneous and uniform roasting of products due to a particularly effective mixing products.

Another object of the invention is a new way of cooking food, allowing to obtain a roast, or a close equivalent in regard to the organoleptic properties of the roast with full immersion in an oil bath without the use of such immersion, and using only a small amount of fat.

The above objects of the invention solve their problems using the device for frying products containing, on the one hand, a reservoir for food and, on the other hand, is placed in the tank depth of the blade, with the said reservoir and the blade are designed for relative rotational motion for mixing of products, wherein the blade includes a tool for turning, dedicated to superior quality products is obtained in order to ensure mutual relative rotational movement of the turn, at least part of the products in a direction that contains the in-plane rotational motion, mainly radial component.

The above objects of the invention solve their problems by using method of cooking food, according to which the products are placed inside the tank, characterized in that it contains the operation, according to which by bringing in the relative rotation of the scapula and stirred tank, at least one part of the products in a direction that contains the in-plane rotational motion predominantly radial component.

The BEST OPTION of carrying out the INVENTION

The device 1 for frying products shown on the submitted drawings, is preferably a device for home use, and its dimensions are adapted for home use. The invention, however, is not limited to home use and also applies to semi-professional and professional devices, namely, industrial plants, similar to those used in processing agricultural products.

Depicted in the drawings, the device 1 is intended for the implementation of the special frying products having the form of a solid or semi-solid pieces, almost multifaceted, such as pieces of potatoes (to ensure, for example, roasting) or such as pieces of chopped vegetables (for cooking, for example, vegetable paella).

The device 1 preferably is intended for the implementation of frying food in fat, but roasting without external fat (except that which is contained in the products themselves, i.e. in the absence of any fat) is an integral part of the invention.

Depicted in the drawings, the device 1 is mainly intended for frying pieces of potato or for prepara is possible paella pieces of chopped vegetables. Pieces of potatoes or vegetables can be cut manually by the user or may be purchased ready-made in the trade of fresh or frozen. The invention, however, is not limited to the preparation of fried potato or vegetable paella. Roasting, use, frying, or, in General, heat treatment of any type of food products (including, for example, meat, fish, crustaceans and vegetables) are also part of the invention.

The device 1 according to the invention includes a tank 2, is designed to accommodate products (not shown in the drawing). Tank 2 forms, therefore, a tool used for receiving intended for frying products. Preferably, the reservoir 2 is also used for receiving and content of the frying medium in the form of, for example, liquid or poloidal representing the fat (oil, butter or fat). For this purpose, the tank 2 is not end-to-end, i.e. it is practically closed to exclude any leakage to the outside.

As shown in the drawings, the tank 2 contains the bottom 2A having a generally discoid shape along the axis of symmetry x-X'. From the bottom 2A rises lateral wall 2B and the outer free edge 2C, upper bounding the hole for introducing product into the tank 2.

Thus, the tank 2 is preferably simme the Tory rotation axis x-X'.

The device 1 includes a main body 3, inside of which is mounted a removable reservoir 2. As shown in figures 1 and 2, the main body 3 comprises a base 3A, intended for forming the bottom of the device 1, to provide a sound installation on flat surface or table.

The base 3A forms, thus, the surface of a support, designed for installation on said flat surface or table, and the plane opposite to the reservoir 2 containing, for example, the axial projections 4 extending from the inner surface 3A on which is placed the tank 2. From the base 3A rises up the side case 3B, made for example of metal or plastic material and forming the outer shell of the device 1. The main body 3 is equipped with a lid 3C, movably installed between, on the one hand, a closed position (shown in Fig.3), in which the cover 3 forms a base 3A and a cover 3B is practically a closed tank for fry products, and, on the other hand, an open position (depicted in figure 1 and 2), providing for the introduction of products for roasting inside of the main body 3 in the tank 2. In other words, when the cover 3 is in the closed position, the main body 3 forms a closed container that is virtually airtight, provide the total frying in a closed atmosphere. Virtually airtight closing of the main body 3 may be provided, for example, by means of sealing gaskets between the surface of the outer shell 3 and the cover 3C. As shown in the drawings, the cover 3 is installed with a possibility of rotation relative to the shell 3B, for example, by a hinge 5, equipped, if necessary, the torsion spring to the open position of the cover 3C was returnable stable position. Preferably, the cover 3 has been installed on the removable hinge 5 for easy cleaning.

Heating products contained in the tank 2 may be implemented by any known internal (i.e. embedded in the device 1) or external (i.e. not dependent on device 1) means.

The device 1 contains further installed in the main body 3 and, thus, built into the unit 1 main heating means or heating means, generating a stream of hot air directed into the tank 2. Under "means for the main heating"means of the heating means, providing at least the basic heat for frying. Means for the main heating is intended to provide only thermal heating.

To facilitate the removal and installation in place of the tank 2 inside the main body 3 of the device 1 contains a handle 6 for fixed or removable connection with the tank 2. In the exemplary embodiment depicted in the drawings, the handle 6 includes, on the one hand, the clamp 7, containing two jaws 7A, 7B, designed to clamp the side wall 2B of the vessel 2 for rigid fastening of the handle 6 to the tank 2, and, on the other hand, a gripping element 6A.

The handle 6 is designed to move from the position manipulation (not shown), in which a gripping element 6A is located almost perpendicular to the side wall 2B, in the closed position in which the gripping element 6A is located along the side wall 2B (see IG).

As shown in the drawings, the device 1 also includes a blade 8 that is located inside the tank 2, i.e. in the internal volume designed to accommodate products for frying and limited bottom 2A and a side wall 2B. The tank 2 and the blade 8 are in relative rotational motion for mixing products in the tank 2.

The following elements are integral parts of the invention:

the tank 2 is fixed, while the blade 8 rotates within the tank relative to the last;

the blade 8 is stationary, while the tank 2 is rotated relative to the blades 8;

- the tank 2 and the blade 8 rotates but the speed is different.

Under the action of the rotational motion products are driven inside the tank 2, and interact this way with the blade 8, which provides the mixing inside the tank 2.

In the embodiments shown in the drawings, which correspond to the preferred variant of the invention, the reservoir 2 is still inside the main body 3, while the blade 8 is installed movably with the possibility of rotation relative to the main body 3 and the tank 2.

In other words, in this preferred implementation, the tank 2 is fixed, while the lop is TKA 8 rotates inside the tank 2. For the implementation of the relative movement of the tank 2 and the vanes 8 are provided inside the base 3A drive unit (not shown in the drawing), such as an electric motor. This drive unit causes the rotation of the shaft 10 (see figure 2). The hole 11 is made almost in the center of the bottom 2A of the tank 2 and serves for the passage of the shaft 10 through the bottom 2A. As for the blades 8, it contains installed in the tank on the shaft 10 removable hub 12, the shaft 10 causes the rotation of the shoulder 8 within the tank 2, which remains stationary. Shown in the drawings the preferred embodiment of the invention, the hub 12 is placed almost coaxially to the axis of symmetry X-X' of the tank 2 and the shaft 10 so that the axis of rotation of the blades 8 coincides with the axis of symmetry X-X' of the tank 2.

In accordance with the invention, the blade 8 includes means 13 for inverting the intended relative rotational movement to turn at least part of the products in the direction of the D-turn, which is in the plane of the rotational motion is predominantly radial component. The plane rotational motion is a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation x-X'; variants in the implementation shown in the drawings, it corresponds to a horizontal flat the property.

In embodiments, the implementation of the submitted drawings, on which is focused the following description, the means 13 for turning is to turn under the action of relative rotational movement, at least an hour and products almost in the direction of the center of the tank 2. In the examples shown in the drawings, the center of the tank 2 is determined almost by the axis of symmetry x-X'. The means 13 for turning is intended for interaction with at least part of products under the action of relative rotational movement, to cause to turn over these products. Thus, it is clear that in accordance with the invention, the means 13 to turn forms a mixing surface, i.e. the surface which directly affects the products for their mixing.

Due to the presence of the means 13 for turning and specific location of the last inside the tank 2 products in the tank 2 will be routed to the center of the tank 2 at a meeting with means 13 for turning, which rotates with the blade 8 inside the tank is 2. Moreover, the movement of products to the center of the tank 2 is turning movement, i.e. a movement in which each product, moving to the center of the tank 2 in the direction D, feels almost simultaneously rotate and, in particular, rotation, directed at him, preferably around an axis almost parallel to the direction of movement of the blade 8 relative to the tank 2.

In other words, the means 13 for turning is intended to improve tipping or controlled lateral tilting of the products to the center of the tank 2. This is turning allows, in particular, to change the orientation of this product relative to the bottom 2A of the tank 2 during the frying cycle, which improves uniform roasting of all surfaces of the product. The means 13 for turning contributes, thus, mixing of the products. For this form means 13 to turn and the relative speed of rotation of the tank 2 and the blade 8 is selected so as to provide radial turning of the mentioned products and exclude, in particular, any fragmentation of the products or any spreading of the latter.

Thus, the means 13 for turning is both practical together moving products to the center of the tank 2 and Pereverzev the tion products around themselves, turnover, which, in particular, allows you to change the orientation of the product in the environment. The implementation of such orientation of products allows you to get a highly effective mixing of the products without their destruction.

This mixing allows, in particular, with the introduction of fat into the tank 2 together with the products to obtain an almost uniform and homogeneous coating products mentioned fat.

This solution is especially preferred when the device 1 according to the invention is a deep fryer for dry frying. Under"dry frying"here is a way of cooking food without immersing the latter in an oil bath or grease, as this immersion is, however, temporary or permanent, during the frying cycle. The expression"dry frying"means, on the contrary, frying, where products"irrigated"frying medium (e.g. oil), but without dipping or soaking in the mentioned environment.

This principle of operation of the fryer with hot dry differs significantly from the classic fryers with oil bath.

In a preferred embodiment, in which the device 1 is supposed to be used as a deep fryer with a dry frying tank 2 and the blade 8 form a single means for automatically covering products film fat mother is La, almost uniform and homogeneous mixing of the products with fat.

It was found that the angle β of 120 to 140° and preferably almost equal to 130°, allows to optimize the ability of desired products to rise.

Preferably, the top lifting surface 13B, which corresponds to the face 28 (see Fig), was placed at a height less the height of the free edge 2C of the tank, in order to exclude contamination of the cover 3 during operation of the device.

To facilitate turning of the products it is preferable to provide for a lifting surface 13B, the height H (see Fig)separating the upper and lower points, that is, the input line 27 from the output face 28, was almost from 0.25 to 0.9 of the length of the product when the latter has an elongated shape (free case). For example, the height H may range from about 25 to 75 mm

In variants of the implementation shown in the drawings, the means 13 for turning and lifting the tool 130 is placed one relative to another in such a way as to ensure that under the action of the relative rotational motion of lifting at least part of the products, then turning referred to part almost in the direction of the center of the tank 2. As shown in the drawings, the side deflector 9 and the tool lifting/turning 13, 130 separated by a common edge 14.
