The present invention generally relates to portable electronic devices and, more specifically, to the provision of representing information device for portable electronic devices, and portable electronic device that includes such a device presenting information.

The invention has the following advantages. If the first and second structure information presentation are the same, it is possible to display characters that are also present in conditions of bright ambient light, when the light with the presence of a specific wavelength, which makes it easier to use the device outdoors. DETAILED DESCRIPTION of embodiments of the INVENTION

Portable electronic device according to the present invention will now be described in relation to the cellular phone, which is the preferred type of such device.
