FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: submerged electric connector consists of coaxial socket and plug. Connector consists of coaxial socket and plug. Current-carrying thin-wall cylinders of connector are made in the form of shells entering each other, into the bottom of which central pins electrically connected to bottom are mounted. Inductance coils are arranged inside shells between cylinders and central pins on ferrite rings and connected to source and receiver of signal. When in closed position, both halves of connector represent short-circuited turn through which transformer connection between inductance coils of instrument and diving parts is performed.

EFFECT: increasing efficiency coefficient of connector and providing the possibility of using the connector in multiple-channel devices of transfer of electric energy from full electric isolation between channels at their close location irrespective of the fact whether halves of connectors are open or closed.

The invention relates to a method of AC transfer from one device to another using electromagnetic coupling transformer.

Known contactless transformer electrical connectors, used for communication between the diver and swimmer with towed sonar equipment. For example, in the drive and direction-finding sonar station (GUS) MGV-3 ("Nereus") development of the Volgograd plant "Akhtuba" (Chief designer colleagues O.N., 1968) used sealed transformer connector for audio signal received from the sonar beacon, telephone diver.

Jack was a ferrite pot SB-3, consisting of two halves (pretransformation), with two electric coils inside. One half of the pot with the coil was a diver and connected to the telephone earpiece TA-56, the other half with his coil belonged station GUS MGV-3 and connected to the output of the low-frequency amplifier. When the diver is connected the half connector half mounted on a towed GUS, the magnetic circuit was closed and there was transformer connection between the coils. Thus, the signal from the gas is transferred to the telephone earpiece diver and he heard the signals sonar beacon. The two halves of the ferrite pot with coils (polute formatory) germetizirovany with epoxy compound and were placed in the duralumin case.

Known sealed contactless transformer connector, part of the GUS communications diver MEGAWATTS-6V ("Eel-In") development of the Leningrad plant "Waterspring" (Chief designer Talanov, L.P., 1972).

This connector has two communication channel: telephone and microphone. The two halves of the ferrite pots-pretransformation (SA-3 - telephone and SAT-1 - MIC) were placed in a common sealed housing, next to each other in one plane. One half of the connector with the cable was connected to the microphone-telephone headset diver, the other half was set on the remote control GUS. Telephone and microphone pretransformation were enclosed in a titanium case and from the working party closed thin plates of stainless steel (non-magnetic) steel. Because hydroacoustic communication between the divers were in the simplex mode, the coefficient of the junction between the phone and the microphone channel didn't matter.

Also known pin coaxial electrical connectors for coaxial cable (e.g. TV to the TV) or connect two coaxial cables (the type of these compounds are divided into the screw, bayonet or electric). Each coaxial connector consists of two parts (sockets and plugs), each of which shall meet the outer conductive thin-walled cylinder and the inner Central pin contact. While the outer cylinder and pin contact are isolated from each other by a Teflon or ceramics. To the outer cylinder connects the braid of the coaxial cable, the inner pin contact - lived Central cable. When the electric connection of both halves of the coaxial connector outer thin-walled cylinders consists of one another (with some effort to ensure good contact), and pin contact one of the halves is included in the socket pin the other half of the connector (also with some effort).

As the prototype presents dual transformer connector design factory "Waterspring"that are present in gas communication MEGAWATTS-6V ("Eel-In"). The disadvantage of this connector is the low coefficient of electrical isolation (30 dB voltage) between the telephone and microphone channels, if both halves of the connector are open (open magnetic circuits of pretransformation).

As noted above, pretransformation in both halves of the connector are in one plane and the magnetic lines of force from the telephone channel penetrate into the microphone channel. When the connector halves are closed (i.e. Zam the chickpeas magnetic circuits pretransformation), the factor of isolation between channels is 80 dB, which is quite acceptable. Low coefficient of junction is not allowed to use the contactless connector from the equipment MEGAWATTS-6B in-flight negotiating device (BPS-7), providing full-duplex communication between the six divers in the Transporter divers or lock the camera DPS (all six telephone channels are connected in parallel and all six microphone channels are connected in parallel). Low coefficient of junction between the phone and the microphone channels led to the excitation amplifier MCR (a gain of about 60 dB), as soon as I opened at least one of the connectors. The relationship between the other remaining divers became impossible.

The present invention is the creation of a transformer of the electrical connector with a permanently closed magnetic circuit that provides a full (100%) decoupling inductors of this connector on the magnetic flux from the same type of connectors that are in close proximity (near). The number of communication channels can be unlimited. (Last checked by the author on the three-way connector).

The problem is solved by placing coils of the transformer, performed on a ferrite rings and filled with sealant, in each of the halves of the coaxial connector (ro is etce and fork), and the transfer of energy (signal) from one half of the connector to another is done using a closed loop having a low electrical resistance. Closed loop is formed by connecting both halves of the connector, each of which is a coaxial pair (socket and plug)containing thin-walled outer conductive cylinder and the inner Central pin contact. At the same time (in contrast to the known coaxial connectors) the outer cylinder is made in the form of a thin-walled metal Cup, the bottom of which is fixed a Central pin contact, electrically connected with the cylinder.

The resistance of the closed loop is thousandths Ohm, the current in the closed loop is from a few amperes to tens of amperes (depends on transmitted power)and voltage - hundredths of a volt.

In the multi-channel version of the connector yokes all channels locked inside of each connector and the magnetic lines of force do not influence each other, and the currents in each half of the connector are shorted inside the thin-walled cylinder through the water and flow from the Central pin to the cylinder and back. It turns out that the outer cylindrical shell of the connector is completely shields the inner Central pin, providing a 100% electrical isolation between the AC is Alami.

Open condition each half of the connector (socket and plug) is closed through the sea water, the resistance of which is about 2 Ohms at salinity 35‰ (in fresh water resistance is thousands of ohms). This resistance does not affect the parameters of the output stage of the source signal (no load). Weak current (milliamperes) is inside the glass from the cylindrical shell to the Central pin and back, without going outside of the connector and without affecting neighboring channels.

In the closed state, the two halves of the connector are short-circuited coil, the current in which is several amps and through transformer connection between the coils of the instrument and diving parts. The efficiency of the connector reaches 98% in good electrical contact between the socket and plug. To ensure good contact both thin-walled cylinder and both pins must be made of metal with good electrical conductivity (brass, bronze, beryllium bronze and gilded.

The connector can be used for duplex communication between divers, located in the Transporter divers, and for removing the telemetry information from multiple medical sensors mounted on the body of the diver. The connector can also be used for power transmission in VI is e AC from source to consumer, attached to the source under water.

An integrated seal assembly and a coaxial cable system component include a seal assembly (60) with a connector for connecting to a connector with a male thread. The seal assembly includes a bellows type seal having an elastically deformable tubular casing and several pressure sealing surfaces, as well as a non-detachable connection section (65) lying between an outer end and a rear end (59), which enables axial deformation of the seal under a force directed on the axis. One of the pressure sealing surfaces is meant for griping the corresponding surface of a nut (40) with a female thread or casing. The component can be joined to the connector with a male thread using the connector with the female thread. Stand-alone performance on land surface with closed lubricator is sustained due to inductance link to inductance coil wound on radiotransparent adapter under lubricator, and to inductance coil on charge and telemetry module with case of radiotransparent material. To achieve more efficient power transfer between coils a core is used. Well equipment with independent memory, suspended on wire, is brought down by hoist. Steel wire passes through sealed gaskets in upper lubricator part and through glass-fibre plastic adapter mounted between lubricator and wellhead assembly. When measurement cycle is finished, well equipment with stored data are brought up by hoist through wellhead assembly.

SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, liquid or gas sensor is made of SM sensor module and SMK sensor module head with possible interconnection by insertion into one another. In assembled state the modules ensure exchange of data and power through galvanic-decoupled transmitting route. Replaceable ST2 module is provided, different from SM module due to absence of sensitive element MD and presence of digital-analog converter DA. Given module is made with possible connection to SMK head of sensor module and is used to simulate the measured value.

EFFECT: possible simulation of measured values, which is necessary for testing the whole informational chain between the SMK head and the central station.

EFFECT: in sealing device according to invention efficient electromagnetic system of electric power transmission is used, which is not sensitive to air clearance between stationary transmitting part and movable accepting part, which allows to ensure required reliability of said system.
