The invention relates to the oil and gas industry, in particular to methods isolation of water in the well.

Known method of preparing the cement slurry, which is used to limit water production (U.S. Pat. RF 2270328, E21B 33/138, publ. 20.02.2006, bull. No. 5). Cement slurry contains sodium silicate (liquid glass) with silicate modulus of 3.5 to 5.0, and as organic hardener formamid in the following ratio of components, parts by weight:

modified liquid glass100
water10-25
formamid10-25

or use the ethyl acetate in the presence of neonols AF 9-12 in the following ratio of components, parts by weight:

modified liquid glass100
water100
the ethyl acetate5-10
neonol AF 9-121

The lack of structure in the known method is the exposure of the formed cement mass to syneresis when and what to use as amendment ethyl acetate, moreover, the latter is a highly flammable liquid and it should be fire safety measures.

The closest analogue is the composition for insulation of water in the well, comprising an aqueous solution of sodium silicate, sodium silicofluoride, triacetin and wood flour (U.S. Pat. RF 2244819, E21B 43/32, publ. 20.01.2005, bull. No. 2). According to the invention in the pump reservoir composition, prepared at the free surface in the following ratio, wt.%:

An aqueous solution of sodium silicate density of 1.36 g/cm3and
silicate module M=3,090,0-95,0
Silicofluoride sodium3,0-8,0
Wood flour1,0-4,0
Triacetin1,0-4,0

The disadvantage of this structure is that when the injection composition is deposited, nerastvorimaya part silicofluoride sodium pump cementing unit due to the low solubility of this reagent to 7.62 g/l (collegiate dictionary. Chemistry, Izd-vo "Big Russian encyclo edia", M, 2000, s), and therefore the need for technology and precise dosing of the components. Stopping the injection of the composition for cleaning blockages pump can lead to an emergency situation - curing composition in the tubing.

The technical objective of the proposals is to improve the processability and the efficiency of repair and insulation works by using in the method of isolation of homogeneous composition with a higher insulating ability and non emergency - curing composition in the tubing.

The problem is solved by means of isolating the water in the well, comprising pumping in the desired amount of insulation silicate and sodium silicofluoride salt.

What's new is that the sodium silicate and water 5-15%solution silicofluoride salt is injected sequentially in equal amounts through the buffer of fresh water, and as silicofluoride salt use ammonium silicofluoride.

The reagents used in the inventive composition are presented in table 1.

The essence of the proposed technical solution is blocking isolated interval in the process of repair and insulation works plugging mass formed by sequential injection and mixing of the components of the waterproofing composition. The amount of waterproofing composition may be 3-10 m3depending on the geological and technical conditions in the well. When implementing the method in the isolated interval through lowered into the well tubing sequentially inject sodium silicate and a solution of ammonium silicofluoride, separated by a buffer of fresh water. The use of soluble silicofluoride ammonium - 187.5 g/l (collegiate dictionary. Chemistry, publishing house of the "Great Russian encyclopedia", M, 2000, p.42) in the proposed clause allows you to obtain a homogeneous composition, a component which does not precipitate when injected in wells is. Serial injection of the components allows the use of solutions of ammonium silicofluoride high concentrations, up to a busy, allowing you to get after structuring with sodium silicate cement stone.

The structure in the laboratory is prepared as follows. In a glass beaker dissolve 20 g of ammonium silicofluoride in 180 g of water. 100 ml of the obtained solution is added to a glass beaker with 100 ml of sodium silicate, mixed and the composition is cured for 30 min with the formation of a homogeneous plugging mass in the entire volume. Other compounds are prepared similarly, and they are presented in table 2.

Test water isolating ability of the proposed method and the prototype carried out on models of the formation length of 30 cm and an inner diameter of 2.7 cm, filled with quartz sand fraction 0.2-0.3 mm, which allow to simulate the injection of reagents into the reservoir. Model of the reservoir was filled the reservoir with water, then pump according to the invention the sodium silicate, the buffer of fresh water, a solution of ammonium silicofluoride according to the formulations of table 2 and leave a response. The amount injected was equal to the pore volume of the reservoir model. After 24 h, water was pumped and determined the pressure of the water breakthrough. The averaged results of model COI the tests are presented in table 2.

When using the solution concentration ammonium silicofluoride less than 5% of the curing composition does not occur, and the use of more than 15% solution is impractical because there is formed a saturated solution and starts the deposition of nerastvorimogo ammonium silicofluoride. The results of model tests indicate that the pressure of the breakthrough model for the proposed method are on average 20% more than for the model with composition as the closest analogue, indicating that it has better insulating ability.

The practical application.

The proposed composition is used for isolation of Obvodnogo interlayer in bobrikovsky the horizon, in the well Romashkinskoye field with the current slaughter 1230 m and perforation interval uncovered productive horizon in the interval 1180-1200 m From the well raise underground equipment, to a depth of 1180 m lowered into the well tubing with a diameter of 73 mm

To the surface in the pump cementing unit to prepare 10%solution of ammonium silicofluoride, which dissolve 200 kg ammonium silicofluoride in 1,95 m3water and the resulting solution was stirred for 15 minutes In the tubing consistently pumped 2 m3sodium silicate, 0.2 m3fresh water, 2 m3cooked in the pump cementing unit silicofluoride solution of ammonia and water in the amount of 3.6 m3for jacking composition in isolated interlayer. Next, tubing lift 200 m to avoid them sticking hardened composition and leave the well to respond within 24 hours during this time, the composition hardens and blocks watered interlayer. Next, the well is completed, the lower underground equipment and put the well into operation.

Thus, through the use of the method of isolation zones of water in the well and waterproofing composition, which represents a homogeneous system is formed of cement weight with high insulating ability and achieved the increase in technology and the efficiency of repair and insulation work is, the reduction of the volume of produced water at 25-30%, respectively, and the reduction of material costs for water production.

The way to isolate water production in a well, comprising pumping in the desired amount of insulation silicate and sodium silicofluoride salts, characterized in that the silicate of sodium and water 5-15%solution silicofluoride salt is injected sequentially in equal amounts through the buffer of fresh water, and as silicofluoride salt use ammonium silicofluoride.
