SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry, in particular - to production of specialised products based on natural raw materials that may be used for alimentation of sportsmen as well as persons leading an active lifestyle. The antioxidant complex contains dihydroquercetin, L-carnozine, zinc citrate, selenopyran and vitamins A, C, E at a certain ratio. The invention enables reliable protection against multiple effects of oxidation and free radical impact.

EFFECT: maximally efficient dosage of the active components and absolutely accurately selected proportion of antioxidants in the formulated complex composition enable manifold intensification of the organism protective function and a significant cascade antioxidant action.

The invention relates to food industry, namely the production of specialized products based on raw materials of natural origin, which can be used for power athletes and people with active lifestyles.

Known biologically active additive "Vitalix Cardio", containing on bioflavonoidnogo complex (dihydroquercetin, dihydrokaempferol, naringenin), vitamin B6, kobamamid, folic acid, ascorbic acid, and a filler, aimed at the prevention of cardiovascular and inflammatory diseases [1].

However, the presence of antioxidants in the composition of this dietary Supplement is of secondary importance. The main focus of the product is angioprotective and antidromically effect, not an antioxidant.

Additive "Extralib", containing the extract of grape seeds, flour, amaranth, lycopene, beta-carotene, vitamin D, selenium and organic gum Arabic, aimed at prevention and elimination of inflammatory, proliferative and hyperplastic processes in the cells of the prostate gland, restoring functional and structural characteristics of this body to normal [2].

The disadvantage of this dietary Supplement is a relatively narrow scope, as well as unreasonable prisutstvie the e in the product composition of dietary fiber gum Arabic, which may have an inhibitory effect on the absorption of the additive components.

Closest to the technical essence and the achieved result is a biologically active food Supplement containing grape seed extract, carnosine, quercetin, coenzyme Q10, selenium and organic gum Arabic [3].

Research conducted during the development of this biologically active additives is limited to the study of the synergism of carnosine and quercetin. In this case the claimed composition contains many other substances that have no experimental justification for use. The presence of other components can have a prooxidant effect, and the presence of gum Arabic may adversely affect the absorption of the additive components.

The technical objective of the claimed invention to provide an effective antioxidant complex-based antioxidants of natural origin, taking into account synergies and mechanisms of action of components.

The technical result is achieved due to the product, including vitamin a, vitamin C, vitamin E and selenium source, wherein the source of selenium contains selenopyran, and additionally includes dihydroquercetin, L-carnosine, zinc citrate in the following ratio, wt.%:

Product composition is selected in such a way that it can to a greater extent to meet the needs of athletes in accelerating the processes of adaptation to difficult conditions and loads, the normalization of the functional state of organs and systems, and improve emotional stability and physical health.

The invention allows for the antioxidant activity of natural bioflavonoid dihydroquercetin, multiplied by the synergistic effect of the mutual strengthening of activity of each of the components, to slow down the processes of lipid peroxidation of cell membranes, to provide a reliable protection against many of the effects of oxidation and free radicals. And the most effective dosage of active ingredients and exactly beneath the screen ratio of antioxidants in the composition of the developed software allows to achieve significant cascading antioxidant effects and support protective systems of an organism.

The claimed technical result is not based on a simple selection of well-known components with known properties, and in a strictly evidence-based together with proven positive research complex synergistic effect of selected components of the product taken in the proposed value.

Also in the selection of components was taken into account different mechanisms of action of antioxidants. The main working hypothesis was the possibility of increasing the efficiency of the antioxidant complex due to the use of antioxidants of different mechanism of action and chemical structure.

All the antioxidant mechanism of action can be divided into antioxidants direct and indirect actions. Antioxidants direct action are divided into five main categories:

Received antioxidant complex is characterized by the fact that as the source of dihydroquercetin is used dihydroquercetin with the content of the basic substance is 92-94%, as the source of selenium is used selenopyran with the content of the basic substance is 20-25%, as the source of zinc is zinc citrate content of the basic substance is 30-35%.

Along with the foregoing, during clinical studies have provided data on the effect of product performance special performance of elite athletes, have high physical load.

The method involves initial raw material selection, extraction, solid fraction separation, target product decontamination and drying. SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to food industry, in particular to production of food biologically active supplements (in tabletted form) containing organically bound iodine and intended for group or individual iodine hunger prophylaxis. The biologically active food supplement production method envisages mixing pectin and iodine solution prepared be way of crystal iodine dissolution in water solution of potassium iodide. Mixing pectin and iodine solution is performed by way of pectin moistening with the solution in a ratio of 1:0.8. One mixes iodine containing pectin at room temperature during an hour in a closed reactor with an anchor stirrer at 25 rpm. Calcium phosphate is added in a ratio of 1:3 to iodine containing pectin, extrusion is performed. The produced extrudate is subjected to granulation by spheronisation; formed granules are dried in a drying box with artificial ventilation at a temperature of 50°C till residual humidity is no more than 5%. Magnesium stearate is introduced in an amount of 1% to the granules weight; tabletting is performed. The biologically active food supplement contains crystal potassium iodide, pectin, calcium phosphate and magnesium stearate in a specific components proportion.

EFFECT: invention usage provides for production of a iodine containing organo-mineral complex in tabletted form with elementary iodine content in every tablet - 75 mcg, ingredients thereof promote optimisation of iodine metabolism and iodine fixation effectiveness due to enterosorption of strumogens.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and refers to production of a dietary supplement intended for using in food products, primarily - for enrichment with magnesium. The method includes interaction of a 22.2-33.3% of water solution of lactic acid with magnesium oxide in the process of mixing at a temperature of 70°C until pH is 6.5-7.2 and magnesium lactate crystal formation occurs. The mass ratio of the water solution of lactic acid to magnesium oxide is 1:(0.05-0.08). Magnesium lactate crystals extraction is performed in two stages. At first produced magnesium lactate crystals are separated from the mother solution, washed and dried at a temperature of 75-90°C. Then the mother solution is evaporated till dry solids weight ratio is 30-33% and the produced crystals are separated. After washing and drying the crystals are mixed with those produced during initial crystallisation.

EFFECT: invention allows to produce a magnesium lactate dietary supplement with improved quality and a high product output.
