FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: in cooling tower sprinkler in the form of module of layers of polymer cellular tubes, the tubes are cylindrical, arranged in all layers parallel to each other and welded along edges of module to each other at contact points, and cavities of each of the tubes and inter-tube space is filled with hollow polymer balls; at that, ball diametre is by 5÷10% bigger than maximum size of cell of tubes.
EFFECT: improvement of cooling capacity of sprinkler and reduction of material consumption.
The invention relates to energy and is designed to conduct heat and mass transfer processes between gas and liquid with their direct contact, in particular in the fan and cooling towers, and allows you to increase the cooling capacity of the fill and reduce consumption.
The closest to the technical essence and the achieved effect and selected as a prototype is the tower fill up the RF patent №2141617, CL F28F 25/08, made in the form of layers of a polymeric porous pipe having a circular cross-section.
The disadvantage of this fill is the looseness of its design, resulting in a large draught during operation due to the flattening, which reduces the uniformity of the heat transfer by volume of the fill, and consequently, reduces its cooling capacity.
Technical result - increase the cooling capacity of the fill and decrease, due to this, material.
This is due to the fact that in the cooling tower fill in the form module of the layers of a polymeric porous tubes of the tube is cylindrical, placed in layers parallel to each other and are welded on the ends of the module with each other in the places of contact, and the cavity of each of the tubes and the tube space of the filled hollow polymer spheres, the diameter of the balls 5÷10% more m ximango cell size pipes.

The tower fill is made in the form of a module layer 1 of polymer honeycomb pipe 2. Pipes are oriented in all layers 1 parallel to each other and soldered on the ends of the 3 modules together in 4 places of contact. The cavity of each of the tubes and the tube space of the filled hollow polymer balls 5, and the diameter of the balls 5 to 10% greater than the maximum cell size of the pipe 2.
The implementation of the tower and thereby give the ends of the module properties of the diaphragm. This enables you to avoid drawdown of layers of fill, i.e. to provide during installation and to maintain in operation the optimal geometry of curved mesh surfaces of the pipes to create throughout the volume of the fill thin water film without dripping. This achieves the uniformity of the heat transfer and, consequently, increases the cooling capacity of the fill and reduces its consumption. Additional rigidity gives the filling pipe and the annulus hollow polymer spheres 5.
To increase the rigidity of the tubes in adjacent layers can be placed in staggered relation to each other.
Porous polymer tube 2 is produced by extrusion, cut into sections, the length of which is suitable for the em to the length of the side of the module, and placed in the conductor, respecting the necessary stacking direction, i.e. with the tube 2 in parallel to each other. After accumulation in the conductor of the required number of tubes 2 to their ends down heating elements and weld them together in 4 places of contact. Due to this, on the ends of the 3 modules of the fill aperture formed rigidity, allowing him during operation to maintain the original optimal geometry of its elements. Additional rigidity gives a more dense packing of tubes staggered in adjacent layers.
The tower fill is as follows.
Water spray nozzles, comes to fill and drains of the thin film without dripping on its elements. Thus there is a uniform heat and mass transfer throughout the volume of the fill, and therefore, increases the cooling capacity of the fill and reduced consumption.

SUBSTANCE: cooling tower packing unit includes tubular elements from thermoplastic material with meshed wall, which are laid in layers parallel to each other; at that, along edges the tubular elements are welded to each other. Tubular elements have triangular cross section and between each layer of tubular elements across tubular elements and along each of their edges there is strip from thermoplastic material, which is welded with tubular elements in places of their contact to the strip. At that, during welding process end sections of tubular elements and strips laid between them are fused, and solid end walls of the unit are formed during fusion process; cavities of each of tubular elements and inter-tube space is filled with hollow polymer balls; at that, ball diametre is by 5-10% bigger than maximum size of cell of meshed wall of tubular elements.
EFFECT: uniformity of heat-mass-exchange and enhancement of cooling capacity of sprinkler.
FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: plate of sprinkler of herring-bone structure, which is made from polymer material, for example PVC, includes ruffles in the form of continuous wave; at that, each ruffle is made in the form of zigzag-shaped sequence of short channels similar as to length and section and oriented towards each other at equal angle of not less than 90° and not more than 180°, and ratio of height of ruffle to length of rib of short channel along zigzag-shaped guide is at least 2.5. On the plate base of sprinkler of herring-bone structure there assembled are various versions of sprinkler unit of cooling tower. As per the first and the second version of design the sprinkler unit includes many vertically installed and alternating plates of herring-bone structure and flat plates with formation of zigzag-shaped channels identical as to height of sprinkler unit. As per the second version of design, in sprinkler unit the even corrugated plates of sprinkler of herring-bone structure are turned about horizontal axis through 180° relative to even corrugated plates of sprinkler of herring-bone structure. As per the third version, sprinkler unit includes only plates of herring-bone structure, which are turned relative to each other through 180° and installed so that they have point contact between each other at point of convergence of zigzag-shaped ribs and along each zigzag-shaped rib, and at that, they form through cross zigzag-shaped channels in vertical and horizontal directions, and connecting tubes are installed in places of point contact along zigzag-shaped ribs of corrugated plates of sprinkler of herring-bone structure.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing water cooling efficiency in sprinkler of cooling tower by enlarging inter-phase surface.

FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: mechanical-draft tower consists of case, of sprinkling device, of liquid-collecting tank and of fan. The case is composed of two parts - of an upper one including a sprinkler and a knock-out drum with whole torch sprayers and of a lower part wherein there is arranged the cooled water collecting tank with a fan mounted on it. Also, the fan is made out of sheet stainless steel. A diffuser is installed into the collecting tank. The diffuser corresponds to a part of the case connected with the fan. The fan is equipped with a plastic working wheel and a multi-speed electric engine. Depending on weather conditions during operation the engine changes output of the tower due to change of air consumption. The sprinkler consists of stacked in layers parallel tubular elements out of thermo-plastic material with a lattice wall. On ends the tubular elements are connected by welding. They have triangle crosswise section. Between each layer of the tubular elements across the tubular elements along each of their ends there is laid a strip out of thermo-plastic material. The strip is welded with tubular elements in points of their contact with the strip. During welding the end sections of the tubular elements and of the strips laid between them are fused thus forming solid end walls of a unit. Cavities of each tubular element and tube space are filled with hollow polymer balls. Diametre of the balls is at 5-10 % bigger, than maximal dimension of a mesh of the lattice wall of the tubular elements.
EFFECT: raised efficiency of mechanical-draft tower operation.
FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be implemented for cooling return water in cooling towers of power and other industrial plants, for example, in heat power plants (HPP) and nuclear plants (NP). Here is disclosed the sprinkler of the cooling towers for heat- and mass -exchange processes made as units, inside of which there are arranged contacting surfaces out of synthetic woven cloth made corrugations-like with radius of curvature 19-31.4 of corrugation length. Vertexes of corrugations are located on vertical partitions of end sides of the unit. The units are arranged in rows one beneath another and contacting with their end sides at off set along vertical for width of a band. In whole they form tiers. An additional tier is perpendicular at a distance of 0.5-1 of unit height. The unit consists of two contact surfaces in form of bands, each with width from 0.2 to 0.5 of width of a vertical partition, the bands are secured along their width on upper and lower ribs of opposite vertical sides of the unit, forming corrugations. Vertexes of corrugations are bent at 90° and are attached to vertical partitions of opposite vertical sides. The corrugations are set off vertically at 0.5 of length of a contacting surface.
EFFECT: reduced hydraulic resistance of cooling tower sprinkler by increase of specific surface of interacting phases, by creating additional channels for gas flowing and by equalising field of gas velocity through all section of unit.
FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: polymer drop-film sprinkler of cooling towers in the form of module from layers of polymer meshy shells arranged as cylindrical in all vertical layers parallel to each other, besides, each meshy shell additionally comprises a similar meshy shell of smaller diametre in its volume, fixed at both ends with the help of blade swirler representing two polymer hollow cylinders arranged "one into another", between which blades are arranged.
EFFECT: increase of heat exchange process efficiency.

SUBSTANCE: cooling tower sprinkler is made in the form of module from layers of polymer meshy shells arranged as cylindrical arranged in all vertical layers parallel to each other, besides, between meshy shells at both ends there are turbulising elements of complex shape, as shown in dwg. 2, 3.
EFFECT: increase of heat exchange process efficiency.
FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: unit of cooling stack sprinkler consists of vertical layers of parallel net pipes made out of thermo-plastic material and welded between them on ends of unit at points of contact. Also, pipes are made as prisms with cross section in form of equilateral octahedron with rounded angles. A shell of the prism is latticed as a net of rhombic form with acute angle 30-45° to horizontal surface.
EFFECT: simplified design and increased strength, raised output, and improved efficiency of cooling re-circulated water in cooling stack.

SUBSTANCE: sprayer of water cooling towers consists of horizontal plates on lower and upper surfaces of which there are arranged hollow projections in staggered order. Also projections are made in form of a shell of semi-spherical shape out of wire mesh with a diamond cell; in the base of the projections there is made a fringe and sprayers of the water cooling tower mounted on horizontal grates.
EFFECT: simplicity of design and reliability of operation, increased strength and rigidity of structure, high spraining characteristic and high efficiency of manufacture.
SUBSTANCE: head piece for heat and mass exchanger consists of long modular hollow elements with a framed web and cross section in the form of regular petal shape, at that, tops of petals and cavities between them are rounded, at that, the above elements are made in cross section in the form of five-petal shape the external outline of cross section of which is formed by a circle with five cavities obtained by having crimped a cylindrical workpiece formed by cross fibres from thermoplastic, at that, maximum width of cavities in cross section of each element is less than maximum width of petals; external outline of petals is formed by external arcs of a circle, the ends of which are mated by means of arcs of a circle and a straight line with arcs of circle forming cavities between external arcs, and inner diametre of the element, which is formed by arcs of circle comprising cavities, is 0.25 to 0.4 of outer element diametre formed by external arcs of circle.
EFFECT: simplifying assembly procedure of head piece units and increasing efficiency of water spray in a cooling tower.

Water-cooling tower sprinkler filter unit contains implemented of polymer material, located parallel to each other and attached to each other pipes and sleeves, herewith sleeves are located at the same side of each of pipes butt section and attached to pipes by means of alloyage of sleeves butts and pipes aflush, herewith pipes and sleeves are located vertically or atilt to the vertical line, and sprinkler filter cross-sectional relative to each other pipes and sleeves are located alternate, cross-sectional pipes and sleeves allows a form of rectangle or square, and pipes edges are implemented with transversal convex V-shaped flutes, located perpendicularly or angularly to the vertical line, distance between flutes is from 0.15 up to 0.20 of edge width of square cross-sectional pipe or width of less edge of cross-sectional rectangular pipe, flutes width is from 0.50 up to 0.60 of distance between flutes, and flutes height is from 0.40 up to 0.70 of the distance between flutes, herewith edges of adjacent pipes and sleeves are implemented as conjugated to each other.

SUBSTANCE: sprinkler member has a concave plate along its longitudinal axis and stiffening ribs. The stiffening ribs are C-shaped in cross-section, with convexity facing concavity of the plate. The ratio of the plate width S to the concavity V ranges within 12≤S/V≤50. The ratio of concavity radius R to the radius of the C-shaped profile of the stiffening rib ranges within 25≤S/V≤60. The plate is made of plastic or metal.

SUBSTANCE: sprinkler comprises long polymeric grid pipes which are placed in parallel layers. The axes of the grid pipes in each layer are parallel and intersect at the right angle with the axes of the grid pipes in each layer. One or both of the outer layers are defined by individual segments grid pipes . The space between the segments in the layer is equal to the sum of the diameters of the grid pipes. The pipe segments are arranged above the spaces between adjacent layers with parallel oriented axes of the grid pipes. The pipe segments are fixed with fastening members mounted at the ends of each grid pipe of the segment vertically throughout the heating of the sprinkler and made of corrosion-resisting material.

FIELD: heat exchange apparatus.
SUBSTANCE: plate comprises flat section at the top edge of the plate provided with longitudinal stiffening rib and sinusoidal corrugation arranged over the height of the plate and made of two or more sections with opposite inclination of corrugations. The sides of the corrugations are provided with projections. The bottom section of the corrugations of the sprinkler ends either in closed or semi-closed rhomboid or corrugated slot with parallel walls. The plate of the sprinkler is provided with three layers of corrugation. The sinusoidal corrugations of adjacent parts are either inclined in opposite directions or in the same vertical direction keeping the height and horizontal width of the sinusoidal corrugations to be constant. The smaller inclination angles to the horizon is greater of the smaller angle of inclination of the subsequent section, and projections made of wave-like corrugation on the surface of each section is perpendicular to the sinusoidal corrugations to provided 90° between the direction of the sinusoidal corrugations with respect to the wave-like corrugations arranged on them. The surface of the sprinkler plate is provided with grain corrugation whose height is 0.01-0.5 of the height of the wave-like corrugations made of horizontal strips of height within 0.01-1.0 of the height of corresponding section of the sprinkler plate. The flat section with stiffening ribs can be arranged on any side of the four-side sprinkler plate.

SUBSTANCE: proposed cooling tower sprinkler unit contains sieve members made of polymeric material installed in rows at different angles relative to members in adjacent rows. Said members in rows are installed at angle of 70°-120° to horizon, end faces of members being connected by welding along four side surfaces of unit which is made of height within 300 and 1500 nm and width within 500 and 2000 mm. Members in rows are installed at distance of 0.5-2.0 of member height. Members are made with different cross section and are arranged in definite compositions, for instance, round and triangular sections, or triangular and rhombic sections. Fire-proofing compound and/or biological protection additions and/or additions to decrease water repellency are introduced into material of members.
EFFECT: provision of high efficiency of heat-mass exchanger at different operating conditions of cooling tower and operation reliability.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises sprinkler members formed of thermoplastic material, movable plates provided with heating members and arranged between ends of the sprinkler member. Device is formed as two sections with plates having thickness of 10-50 mm, wherein the central plate arranged between sections is movable and provided with heating member. Device also has pullout containers located in the sections and adapted for receiving sprinkler members, screens of release heat-resistant material connected to plate surfaces facing ends of the sprinkler members.
EFFECT: increased productivity, prevention of adhesion between sprinkler member ends and plates, provision of pipe welding operations under control.
FIELD: the invention may be used in systems of recycling water supply of plant facilities for cooling of technologically heated water with atmospheric air in counter-flow cooling towers and may be also used in chemical, metallurgical and other sectors of industry.
SUBSTANCE: the essence of the invention is that the block of the cooling tower's sprinkler has three-dimensional elements which are made of cellular thermoplastic polymeric material. The block of the cooling tower's sprinkler is a hollow cylinder with an exterior diameter of 500 mm, length of 500-1000 mm made by way of fastening the exterior net with cell's diameter of 8x8 mm and the interior net with cell's diameter of 15x15 mm with frame rings between the nets. The block is installed with its side surface to the flows of water and air. In the next layers the block is turned round to 90% relatively to the block installed in the predecessor layer. For fastening the block 5 frame rings made out of polymeric tubes with diameter of 15 mm are used. At that the nets and the rings are fastened with a synthetic cord or polymeric fasteners.
EFFECT: the invention provides simplicity in manufacturing, convenience in mounting, allows to increase effectiveness of heat-mass exchange, to move off sediments without preceding dismantling of the sprinkler's block.

FIELD: heat power engineering, metallurgy, oil refining, petroleum chemistry and other branches of industry using circulating water supply, applicable for enhancing the efficiency of water cooling in operation as a sprinkler and for reduction of its irrevocable loss in operation as a water catcher in cooling towers.
SUBSTANCE: the packing for a heat-exchange apparatus has units with long-sized bulky components with a lattice shell enveloped by closed surface contours and fastened in the units by inner frameworks formed by fixing components passing through the bulky components. The mentioned fixing components of the inner frameworks are made in the form of a single flexible core or pipe, or belt repeatedly alternating the through penetration of the unit with bending through its closed surface of the stiffness profile, the ratio of the radius of bending to the largest dimension of the profile of the bulky component equals 0.1-10, and the beginning and end of the fixing component are fastened on the closed surface contour of the unit stiffness. At such a structure of the units their assembly is considerably simplified due to the use of a single flexible fixing component, a strong coupling between the bulky components with the lattice shell, fixing components of the inner frameworks and closed surface contours of stiffness is provided. The availability of bendings between the fixing components of the inner frameworks and the closed surface contours of stiffness forms bulky, flexible complexes in the units uniformly redistributing the arising external mechanical loads between themselves. The bulky components with the lattice shell are fully unloaded and not subjected to deformation and shrinkage, and reflect and crush the water splashes in operation as a sprinkler, effectively catch the water drops carrier away by the air flow in operation as a water catcher.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of packing operation by 15-20%.
FIELD: thermal engineering; return-water coolers such as cooling towers, air conditioners, sewage purification works.
SUBSTANCE: proposed bulk-members block has bulk members and system for integrating the latter into single block; this system characterized in simple design is made in the form of set of spacer grids with subchannels to receive bulk members; spacer-grid straps are made so that cross-sectional area of each of them is 1 to 100 mm2. Proposed block can be prefabricated and allows for organizing sprinkler with vertical or inclined ducts within cooling tower, affording uniform air distribution throughout entire sectional area of sprinkler unit, enhancing its cooling capacity, and for its easy installation in cooling tower.
EFFECT: facilitated in-service maintenance of cooling tower.

FIELD: power engineering; heat- and mass-exchange apparatus in chimney-type cooling towers and mechanical-draft cooling towers of evaporation type; packing for biological cleaning filters.
SUBSTANCE: proposed packing for heat- and mass-exchange apparatus includes vertical screened sheets made from intersecting fibers forming meshes in between them. Proposed packing is made by hot casting in form of corrugated lattice-type structure in form of parallelogram in plan whose longer sides have length of 300-1800 mm and shorter sides have length of 150-1500 mm. Section of fibers of packing has form of polygonal geometric figure, circle or tear-shaped figure at area of 0.5-50 mm2; intersection of fibers forms meshes in form of parallelogram at area of 25-2500 mm2. Corrugation pitch is equal to 20-100 mm and angle of inclination of corrugations relative to longer sides of packing is equal to 20-90°. Besides that, section of corrugations has form of acute-angled zigzag figure or zigzag trapezoidal figure at corrugation height of 20-90 mm. Shorter sides made in form of stiffeners have three holes each, 5-20 mm in diameter made along central vertical axis symmetrically relative to horizontal central axis of packing.
EFFECT: reduction of aerodynamic drag of packing; enhanced efficiency of heat- and mass-exchange.

SUBSTANCE: the invention may be used as the constituent heat-mass-exchange equipment at the direct contact between the gas and the liquid, in particular, in the industrial water cooling towers for cooling the circulating water. The water-cooling tower sprinkling device is made in the form of the module out of the layers of the polymeric mesh shells made cylindrical and arranged in all the horizontal layers in parallel to each other and welded on the ends of the module among themselves in the places of their touch. At that each mesh shell additionally contains in its volume the vane swirlers representing the polymeric cylinders, on the internal side of which there are vanes. Besides the vane swirlers may be rigidly fixed in the volume of the mesh shell by the welding or fixers. The invention solves the problem to increase effectiveness of the heat-mass exchange process.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased effectiveness of the heat-mass exchange process.
