Method of evaluating nanodispersed copper action on tumour growth in experiment
SUBSTANCE: to evaluate the nanodispersed copper action on tumour growth in experiment, a suspension of copper nanoparticles in the concentration 1 mg/ml in physiologic saline is introduced in eight doses of 1.25 mg/kg each, at total dose of 10 mg/kg to male rats grouped in three suffering transplantable sarcoma 45. In the first group, the introduction is local, in a tumour, in the second group - intraperitoneal, while in the third reference group, physiologic saline is introduced in the amount 0.3 ml in a rat. The introduction is carried out on 9th, 10th, 12th, 13th, 19th, 20th, 22nd and 23rd post- transplantation days; the animals are killed on the 29 post- transplantation day. The nanodispersed copper action on tumour growth is described by the following criteria - tumour weight, tumour volume, efficiency index, tumour growth inhibition percentage, morphological changes in tumour tissue.
EFFECT: method allows evaluating the nanodispersed copper action on transplantable sarcoma-45 growth.

However, data on the study of the influence of pure nanosized copper on the growth of tumors in vivo in the literature are missing.
The aim of the invention is the determination of antitumor activity of nanosized copper on the model of transplantable solid tumors rat sarcoma 45.

Intratumoral introduction LF copper rats with C-45 leads to complete in 50% of cases or partial in 25% of cases, regression of the tumor, intraperitoneal injection of LF copper animals with C-45 results in complete tumor regression in 50% of cases and in 50% of cases, is in the appearance of the morphological features of partial regression in the control group, the tumor growth was observed in all animals.

SUBSTANCE: in order to prevent toxic action of molybdenum in experimental animals in case of chronic poisoning, nanocomposite carbon modified sorbent is introduced to animals through probe into stomach every second day in form of 6% solution in amount of 2.5% of body weight. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in periodontology, surgical dentistry and maxillofacial surgery. In order to predict reparative regeneration and treatment of periodontal tissues condition of phagocytic system and tissue structure formation are detected. In scrape from gum surface and in content of periodontal recesses carried out is account of transformed neutrophilic granulocytes (TNG): increased in size with defragmentation of nuclei and decondensation of chromatin with preserved cell membrane, with envelope rupture and release of cell content into intercellular space, isolated nuclei without cytoplasm with septa between fragments and without them - naked-nuclei elements, small segmentated cells with intensive basophilia - "compact forms". If there are up to 20% of TNG in cytogram, transplantation of autologous vascular-stromal cell fractions is prescribed to patient. If content of TNG in cytoplasm is 20%-50%, complex treatment in accordance with conventional scheme with further rehabilitation of dentoalveolar apparatus under dynamic control of periodontum state is performed. If content of TNG is above 50% favourable outcome with one-stage traditional treatment is predicted.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase efficiency of treatment of inflammatory, inflammatory-destructive and pyoinflammatory diseases.

SUBSTANCE: separated films are placed for 6 hours into 30% water solution of alcohol in amount, equal to preparation volume. After that, they are washed in flowing water for 10 minutes in order to remove let down mesothelial cells, fixed in formalin, washed and placed into 96% alcohol for 30 minutes to degrease the surface, after that, sensitised in 10% solution of silver nitrate for 10 minutes. Then silver is impregnated by keeping preparation for 30 minutes in ammonium solution of silver nitrate, washed for 2 minutes in 5 parts of distilled water to remove impregnated silver from basal membrane, remaining impregnated silver is reduced into metal state with 1% formalin during 30 seconds to give preparation blackish colour. Microscopy is carried out on unfolded wet free film preparations by means of microscopes with flat field of incident light, provided with objectives for work without cover glasses, at unilateral oblique incident illumination, carrying out for said purpose edge blocking half of light flow of standard-issue episystem of microscope illumination in mode of dark field with non-transparent shutter.

Through them forced is fixing-restoring solution of the following composition: formalin 10% - 700 ml, ethanol - 200 ml, hydrogen peroxide 30% - 20 ml, glycerine - 50 ml, sodium chloride - 20 g, eosin - 0.2 g. Simultaneously face skin is massaged with application of vaseline.

SUBSTANCE: system for sampling and delivering filtrate has filter submerged into tested medium and connected with collecting tank and vacuum pressure source which is connected with top hole of collecting tank by means of pneumatic pipe. System has sample receiving tank connected with collecting tank and control unit which has first output to be connected with vacuum pressure source. Collecting tank has two separated chambers - washing chamber and dispatching chamber. Lower hole of washing chamber has to be lower hole of collecting tank and side hole of dispatching chamber has to be side hole of collecting tank. Floating valve is installed inside washing chamber to shut off lower and top holes. Filter is connected with lower hole of collecting tank through sampling pipe.
