Device and method of determining liquid cargo weight
SUBSTANCE: method of determining liquid cargo weight in railway tanks consists in measuring liquid cargo level by thermovision image of tank lateral surface and calculating cargo volume and weight. It differs from known methods in that, natural sheet or shipping documents for the tank are used to determine tank type, declared cargo type and weight. Tank lateral surface part thermovision fragment corresponding to filled tank section is used to determine filled cargo temperature, and liquid cargo weight is calculated with due allowance for declared type and specific weight at measured temperature and tank type. Tank is weighed to subtract empty tank weight from measured weight to determine actual weight of liquid cargo. Now, said weight is compared with declared weight to conclude on commercial safety of cargo.
EFFECT: higher validity of cargo commercial safety control.

The present invention relates to methods and means of control of commercial cargo by railway transport. More specifically, the claimed technical solution is intended for remote control of the occupancy of the tank liquid bulk cargo and determining the weight of the specified load on the movable rail transport.
There is a method for remote monitoring of cargo on the railway , which consists of a visual examination of rolling stock and characterized in that during its implementation at the entrance to the Park arriving rolling stock moving in the field of view of the cameras and produce a continuous image recording composition, recognize deviations of the observed image composition from the initial state by comparison with a reference sample obtained in the Park of departure in the video rolling in identical conditions and transferred to the Park prior to your arrival of controlled composition.
The disadvantage of this method is that its implementation compares the external surfaces of the rolling stock, do not carry information about the level of occupancy load. In particular, this method does not allow to determine the filling level of the tank liquid bulk cargo, based on the level specified is the weight of the specified load, and to compare chislennogo weight with its stated in the accompanying documents of value.
Information about the level of loading of the cargo in the tank can be obtained on a moving train on a thermal image-side surface of the tank, obtained using thermal observation devices .
There is a method of determining the mass of the cargo contained in the vessel , namely, that receive thermal image-side surface of the tank, identify the specified image by comparing the contour image of the tank, with its vast database image, thermal image detect the fill level of the tank, compare it with the desired, and then judge available commercial marriage, with each image frame highlight the part of the image of one frame, covering the object vertically, summarize the levels of brightness of dark and light elements (pixels) each row in the raster of thermal image belonging to the image of the object, represent the amount of brightness in the form of a graph whose vertical coordinate is the vertical edge of the frame, and the horizontal total brightness, lay a large scale is the maximum brightness for each horizontal row corresponding to the image of the examined object on the above graph, connecting the extreme points, build hodograph, mark the point PE is agiba and consider it as the boundary of the level of bulk cargo.
The discussed method has several disadvantages, which include:
- inability to determine fill level when the tank is nearly full or nearly completely empty, as in this case, the interface becomes indistinct;
- following from the above drawback, the complexity of identifying the tank as empty (or almost empty) or as a full (or almost full);
- the possibility of error when determining commercial cargo even when matching the desired and actual levels of loading, as when committing theft of the tank can be refilled with other, cheaper and has a different specific gravity bulk liquids (for example, instead of a relatively expensive and light gasoline may be filled to the same level of cheaper and more heavy fuel oil).
Object of the present invention is to eliminate the discussed disadvantages, namely improving the reliability of operation of the control of commercial preservation of bulk cargo.
The problem is solved as follows.
To determine the mass of liquid cargo in tanks of railway rolling stock for imaging the image of the tank is proposed a method consisting in measuring the level of liquid cargo for imaging the image side on top of the barb tank, calculating the volume of bulk cargo and its mass, according to results of field sheet or according to the accompanying documents on the tank, determine the type of tank, the declared type and weight of bulk cargo, the fragment imaging portion of the side surface of the tank relative to its filled with liquid bulk cargo part, determine the temperature of the liquid cargo, calculate the mass of liquid cargo in view of its declared type, specific gravity measured at a given temperature and type of tank, weigh the tank, subtract from the received weight empty weight of the tank, given its type, define thus the actual mass of bulk cargo, after which the specified the weight is compared with the declared weight of bulk cargo and by comparing the results conclude commercial cargo.
In addition, the applicant proposed a device for the implementation of this method, containing thermal imaging surveillance device, which is moved tanks rolling stock, and monitor with the possibility of monitoring thermal image on the screen, characterized in that it further comprises an electronic scale to measure the weight of the tank, a device for determining the fill level of the cargo in the tank, the unit determining the temperature of liquid cargo on thermal imaging is the images of tanks, unit type tank associated with the device calculate the volume of bulk cargo, unit cargo associated with the device calculate the mass of bulk cargo, the comparator and the display device information on the status of cargo, while the output of thermal imaging surveillance device connected to the input unit determining the temperature of liquid cargo, the output of the device determine the level of loading of the cargo in the tank through the serial connected device calculate the volume of bulk cargo, the device calculate mass loading of cargo associated with the access unit determining the temperature of liquid cargo, and a comparator connected to the display device information on the status of cargo, while the free input of the comparator coupled to the output block subtracting the entrance of reducing input of which is connected to the output of electronic scales, and the input of the input wichitaeagle - with the output of the unit type of the tank.

The device can be implemented as follows. Thermal imaging device 1 can be implemented on the basis of the microbolometric matrix UL 01011 company ULIS (France). As monitor 3 you can use a standard TV monitor displays based on cathode-ray tube. As electronic scales 3 you can use CE the applications of electronic scales, used on the railroad. In addition, electronic scales can be implemented on the basis of the piece of elastic rail, equipped with a load cell and a block decoder. The device 4 to determine the level of loading of the cargo in the tank may be implemented on a PC with corresponding software. In particular, can be used elements in a typical software program complex Imaging system for remote control of the load rolling stock 643. FCNP-01", developed PC NPC "AUTOMATION". Unit 5 determine the temperature of the bulk cargo can be implemented based on PC with software for automatic processing of thermal images. In particular, can be used elements of the above-mentioned standard software. As the knobs 6 and 8 can be used PCs with keyboards, memory blocks which are geometric characteristics of different types of tanks and relative weight of different types of bulk cargoes at different temperatures (in relation to the territory of the Russian Federation in the range from minus 50 to +80°C). The computing unit volume 7 can be implemented on a PC using the volume calculation based on a specified fill level. In addition, the evaluation unit of volume 7 can be implemented with ispolzovaniem nonlinearity bn-31 analog computing machine AVK-2/3. The device calculate the mass of liquid cargo 9 can be implemented based on PC, or on the basis of block multiplication implemented on the analog chip PC, but in this case you will need the use of DAC and ADC. The comparator 10 and the subtraction unit 12 can also be implemented on the PC. Device information display 11 can be implemented on the basis of discharge or LCD display.
When the purpose of the invention, the device operates as follows. Aiming to train a thermal imaging device 1 generates a video signal corresponding to the temperature distribution in his field of vision. In this case, since the optical axis of the imaging device is oriented to the side surface of the tank to thermal image formed on the screen of the monitor 2 displays the image side surface of the tank with a visible image of the boundary loading. The device 4 to determine the level of loading of the cargo identifies the boundary of the bulk. The operator, on the basis of supporting documents, determines the type of tank and using the unit type tank enters the geometrical characteristics of the tank in the device 7 calculate the volume of bulk cargo, which with the use of these characteristics and the input device 4 to determine the level of loading of the cargo of vechicle the raised volume of bulk cargo in the tank. In block 5 determine the temperature of the liquid cargo in the amplitude of the video signal corresponding to the filled part of the tank is determined by the temperature of the liquid cargo. The operator, on the basis of supporting documents, determines the type of goods (gasoline, kerosene, oil, acid etc) and unit cargo 8 introduces it into the device (9) calculate the mass of bulk cargo. In the device 9 calculate mass loading of cargo, based on the volume of the cargo, its known density if determined in block 5 temperature calculated weight of the cargo.
In parallel with the above-described processes determine the cargo weight is weighing tank on electronic scales 3, from which the weight value is supplied to the subtraction unit 12. Using input from the unit type tank 6 weight empty tank in the subtraction unit 12 is determined by the net weight of liquid cargo in the comparator 10 is compared with the estimated weight of the load. The difference calculated is supplied to the display device information 11 and is presented to the operator. The operator, by analyzing the difference, taking into account the margin of error, decides to match weight field list.
The use of weights allows to reliably identify uniformly heated by the height of the tank as empty or full and, accordingly, increase significantly the th test results of commercial preservation of bulk cargo.

Method includes checking of observation of obstruction clearance limits, when train enters check zone, by means of optoelectronic sensors and determining whether loads lie within gauge limits when train passes check zone formed by optical limits of clearance gate sensors, comparing loading gauges with required train gauges and video observation of passing train. Set of two pairs of optoelectronic sensors "radiator-receiver" are installed in each plane under checking, time of overlapping of optical channel is measured as well as speed of train, and length violation of gauge is calculated. At least two radiation receivers are installed in plane under checking at a distance, and radiators mated with receivers are installed close to each other as possible to form optical axes arranged at angle relative to each other. Out-of-gauge coordinates are determined and obtained information is transmitted by communication channels, being visualized on screen of videomonitor, and attention of operator is drawn to violation, alarm signal is sent and response of operator is recorded. Device contains speed meter, radiators, receivers, computing device, videomonitor and operator response detector.

SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, a set of digital video data from first source, representing first image, is identified as standard video data of first source. Then a second set of video data is read, which represents current image. Difference ratio is computed using standard digital video data and current set of digital video data. If difference ratio exceeds a threshold, a query is shown to system user on the display to receive a response about whether current digital video data belong to identified source, or originate from new source. If response points at new source, then current set of digital video data is dispatched for storage into second memory cell, connected to second source. Then the current set of digital video data is identified as standard digital video data for second source.

SUBSTANCE: method includes surveillance of state of object, by surveillance blocks, each of which includes camera and microphone, low-frequency signals received from each block are converted to high-frequency television modulated signals, which are inputted into unified cable main, formed by coaxial television cable, along which received independent signals are sent to input of control panel, in form of television receiver or computer, provided with extension board, allowing to receive and display images of several surveillance objects concurrently, while power is fed along coaxial chamber of television cable main.

The device is made in form of two functional assemblies and has three terminals for programming its functionalities and four outputs. When the first and second programming terminals are open and the third programming terminal is connected to the third output, the device is transformed into a system for monitoring and controlling liquid with its calm surface in the mode for monitoring and maintaining the liquid level at a fixed height and in the mode for filling and emptying the reservoir. Device is structurally implemented in the form of one functional assembly, including conductometric sensor of liquid level, connected to sensitivity control, detectors, connected to second lead sensitivity control, threshold elements, connected to detectors, differentiator, unit for placement into initial state, JK- trigger, monostable circuit, replicator and indicator units. Additionally device contains three programming leads of its functional capabilities and four outlets. At closed first and second programming leads and connection of the third programming lead to third device outlet it is transformed into control and regulation system of liquid level with its agitated surface and usage of the first and the second outlets of device, providing verification and liquid level control mode at fixed height. At opened first and second programming leads and connected to each other third programming lead and third outlet of the device it is transformed into monitoring and regulation system of liquid with its smooth surface in the mode of monitoring and keeping of liquid level at its fixed height. At disconnected programming leads device is transformed into warning assembly of monitoring of top level of liquid with usage of the third outlet of device or warning assembly of monitoring of bottom level of liquid with usage of fourth outlet of device. Device provides vertical and horizontal methods of erection.
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities of the device and increasing of nomenclature of controllable loads and methods of its erection and also improvement of operational performance.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of computer-aided manufacturing in machine building and is provided for workflow automation, related to control and regulation of liquid mediums. Device is structurally implemented in the form of two functional assemblies and allows two programming leads of functional capabilities and four outlets. At closed programming leads device is transformed into monitoring and regulation system of liquid level with usage of the first and the second outlets of device, providing monitoring mode and keeping of liquid level at fixed height and mode of filling and emptying of a reservoir with liquids. At open programming leads device is transformed into set of level control of top and bottom levels of controlled liquid of conducted type, outlets of which are correspondingly the third and the fourth outlets of the device. Device provides vertical, horizontal and complex (vertical installation of one and horizontal installation of other functional assembly) methods of installation. Device provides setting of control accuracy of liquid level in control mode and keeping of liquid level at its fixed height. Invention provides control of loads in the form of electromagnetic relay, two windings of contactor starter and outlets of logic elements.
EFFECT: extended capabilities of device by means of providing of regulation of liquid flows level at fixed height with ability of programming of its functional capabilities and nomenclature increasing of controllable loads and methods of its installation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic engineering and can be used primarily in automatic rice irrigation systems. The siphon type hydraulic automatic device consists of a mounting attachment 1 made from a base 2 and pipes rigidly and strictly vertically mounted on it. In pipes 3 there is a crest on which a rod 5, fitted with floats 6, is rigidly attached. The rod is made composite so that, when the submersion layer in the level basin rises, the float does not lead to forced launch of the automatic hydraulic device. Its parts are joined by a threaded sleeve which allows for fast change (within necessary limits) of the length of the rod 5. Rigidity of the entire connection is retained and coaxiality of the rod 5 is observed. In the top part of the crest there is an air admission valve 7. The automatic hydraulic device is connected to level basin water outlet through a sleeve 8, and the water level in the level basin is set by a guide plate 9.
EFFECT: use of the automatic hydraulic device increases reliability of operation, rapidness and accuracy of regulation, improves regulation of the submersion layer of the level basin.

EFFECT: increase of dynamic accuracy of regulation of the rate of flux of a fluid on level in capacity-collection in the conditions of activity of various perturbations at the expense of digital correction under the integrated law of the assignment to a controller of the rate of flux of a fluid on the filtered (rounded) values of level and insert of proportional correction making in algorithm at an exit of level from field of the "smooth" regulation.

SUBSTANCE: water lift unit comprises chamber with controllable water inlet, water outlet pipe and water lifting means made as pump. The chamber has orifice receiving water inlet flow regulation valve. The valve has float, rod and guiding means. The chamber is connected with water outlet pipe provided with water turbine having shaft extending into chamber interior and communicated with shaft of water lifting means pump.
EFFECT: possibility to create pressure difference enough for water lifting along with possibility to retain desirable structure throughput.
FIELD: hydraulic engineering, particularly devices to maintain predetermined water level in contour-ditches of rice irrigation system.
SUBSTANCE: water spillway device adapted to discharge water from upper pool of contour-ditch comprises partition with delivery outlet to be closed with inclined gate arranged from lower pool side and supported by horizontal pivot pin, control chamber and elastic sealed vessel located in control chamber. Control chamber includes delivery pipe having inlet orifice provided with valve, which is connected with upper pool float through rod. Elastic sealed vessel comprises discharge orifice having diameter smaller than that of delivery pipe and acts on piston cooperating with gate through rod and hinge. The gate has side partitions and sealing means.
EFFECT: possibility to use natural atmospheric precipitations for irrigation purposes, prevention of crop losses due to increased accuracy of necessary water level maintenance in rice contour-ditches and provision of optimal rice irrigation regime along with decreased labor inputs.

SUBSTANCE: according to both versions of proposed method, parameters of load-lifting machine are recorded by obtaining, primary processing and converting of data on operating parameters and subsequent recording of said data by means of microprocessor calculator or microprocessor calculator or microcontroller in memory device of load-lifting machine and copying or re-writing, when necessary, of recorded data in mobile data medium and subsequent re-writing or copying the data from mobile data medium in to computer for secondary processing. According to one version, copying or re-writing of additional data from mobile data medium into memory device or into memory of microprocessor calculator or microcontroller on load-lifting machine or into computer is carried out additionally. Said additional data are used as data of parameters recorder of preceding period of operation of load-lifting machine or for changing program of operation of microprocessor calculator or microcontroller under primary processing conditions or conversion of data on operating parameters of load-lifting machine before entering them in memory device or under conditions of implementation of load-lifting machine protection functions and also for data exchange with mobile data medium. In the latter case additional data are presented in form of identificator of mobile data medium or biometric data of operator. According to other version, checking of reliability of data is carried out additionally, and warning signal is shaped, if data are not reliable. Checking for reliability is carried out by comparing values of separate operating parameters of load-lifting machine and revealing their discrepancy under different operating conditions of load-lifting machine. Electronic unit in load-lifting machine parameters recording device includes microprocessor calculator or microcontroller and memory device and is made for connection of mobile data medium with non volatile memory. Moreover, electronic unit is made for reading out data from mobile data medium into memory device or microprocessor calculator memory or memory of microcontroller with possibility of using the data as data from parameters recorder of preceding period of operation of load-lifting machine, or as part of program of operation of microprocessor calculator or microcontroller at processing or conversion of data on parameters of operation of load-lifting machine before entering them in
memory device or at implementation of load-lifting machine protection functions, or with possibility of limitation of access to data exchange with mobile data medium depending on said additional data presented in form of identificator of mobile data medium or biometric data of operator. Group of inventions makes it possible to reprogram algorithms of operation of recorder and protection system of load-lifting machine with possibility of entering into recorder data on preceding period of operation of load-lifting machine, protection of information stored in recorder from random or deliberate distortion and prevention of access to reading out and processing of recorder parameters by unauthorized personnel.

FIELD: hydraulic engineering, particularly means to close water-discharge weir or dam orifices and to regulate water level in water storage pond.
SUBSTANCE: automatic hydraulic gate comprises counterweight and rotary sheet performing rotation about horizontal axis and having working chamber located over the axis of sheet rotation. The working chamber comprises adjustable water intake means. Drainage orifices are created in working chamber from lower pool side. In closed state the sheet may be supported by weir still and by spillway piers so that the sheet is inclined towards lower pool. In opened state the sheet may be supported by spillway piers. Water intake means may be filled with water from upper pool and has inlet orifice located over axis of sheet rotation. Inlet water intake means orifice may be arranged above overflow ridge of the sheet.
EFFECT: increased operational reliability and prevention of water level elevation in upper pool over predetermined mark.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises measuring forces applied by wheel pairs on load receiving device using weight transducers.
