The device applies to the construction industry and wood processing industry, in particular glued wooden structures profiled bars, and can be used for the erection of wall panels.

A device (No. 2155840), consisting of wooden boards with through-holes, in which are pins, wooden beams made of different lengths with the same step, and the holes are located at a distance of two holes of 0.5 and two holes 1.5 the width of the beam from the ends of the short beam. The present invention solves the problem of simplifying the technology of production and use of waste products.

The technical result of the invention is to allow the use of waste timber and non-standard lumber.

This objective is achieved in that the device is made in the form of a complex profile shape whose external long slats are interconnected by three short of the inner lamellae of the same thickness and width, and the length of the outermost internal lamellae is 1/6 of the length of the outer blades, and the average inner lamella that is located in the middle of the design, has a length equal to 2/6 external length of the outer slats, all of the inner lamella is shifted with respect to the outer slats in a vertical plane by an amount equal to 1/2 of the width, and all design elements are interconnected through navalnogo and adhesive bonding.

The ratio of long inserts and the distance between them allows you to get in the Assembly of the wall panel cavities of rectangular cross-section and length of the height of the wall panel.

The suggested method of pre-tension of glued wooden packages in the across-grain direction presupposes their compression with the help of steel rods. The element of novelty consists in applying to the wooden package being forced together a pressure of 0.5 MPa with the help of steel rods gummed down inside the pre-drilled holes arranged along the whole of the package length (the spacing being equal to 300-500 mm.).
