The composition also contains a borate methyl phosphite modifier. Components of the composition are in the following ratio, pts. wt: chlorosulphonated polyethylene 20, toluene 80, borate methyl phosphite 0.1-0.5.

Chlorosulphurized polyethylene is the main film-forming in the paint anti-corrosion coatings (TU 6-55-9-90).

Toluene is an organic solvent (GOST 14710-78).

The borate methylphosphate is a viscous colourless liquid, soluble in water, dimethylformamide, acetone, alcohols (U.S. Pat. No. 2190697). Widely known as a fire retardant.
