FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive suspensions and transport facilities incorporating such suspension. Suspension comprises spring 1, cover 3 and centering cup 7 supporting coiled spring end 2 in cover 3. Centering cup 7 has its top part provided with, in fact, round, press-fitting 11 that forms hollow part to receive cover 3. Ribs 14 are arranged along inner edges of cover 3. Shape of ribs 14 allows their arrangement on ledge 13 made inside press-fitting 11. Cover 3 and centering cup 7 comprises appliances to lock angular position of spring 1 relative to cup 7. Press-fitting depth varies continuously to make inclination over entire length interact with cover 3 and coiled spring end. The technical field to which the invention relates.

The present invention relates to a spring suspension systems of vehicles and, more specifically, to shells, mounted on springs.

The level of technology

Sometimes the end of the winding of the springs, which are located on the centering Cup, in contact with the specified Cup remains unprotected from corrosion that occurs when water and/or breakdowns in this area. Moreover, the friction of the specified end of the winding of the centering Cup can cause unwanted noise. Known practice space in the casing, at least part of the end of such winding spring which is in contact with the centering Cup, which serves to protect it from corrosion and to limit the noise caused by the friction or vibration.

In the document FR 2840966 described, for example, the wrapper for the end parts of the winding coil springs suspension, which has a hole located on the inner surface, helps to protect the specified end of the specified springs from damage and exposure to water, which causes corrosion. Shell proposed in document FR 2840966 also contains radial and axial centering means whereby the spring suspension may re-centered on the Cup.

However, in this device, the angular position of the end winding is, therefore, the spring in the shell is not fixed. Moreover, because the spring is located in the shell, the angular position of the Assembly as a whole in the centering Cup is also not fixed. One consequence of this is that the direction of the total effort, created by the spring of the suspension relative to the specified axis of the spring, is not permanent. In particular, the specified total force constantly not directed exactly along the axis specified spring, and this can lead to unexpected efforts which will be exposed to the axle Assembly of the vehicle, and, for example, deterioration of the controllability of the specified vehicle.

Disclosure of inventions

The present invention is a device which allows one to record the angular position of the suspension springs in the casing and centering the Cup during Assembly and easy to assemble spring suspension.

The problem is solved by means of the suspension of the vehicle containing the spring, sheath, designed for installation on at least part of the end winding of the spring, and the centering Cup, which is the specified end of the spring in the shell, and the shell and the centering Cup contain devices for fixing the angular position of the specified suspension springs relative to the centering is ASKI.

These devices consist of a first set of fixing the angular position of the shell relative to the centering Cup and a second set of means for fixing the angular position of the suspension springs from the shell.

The first set of tools consists of a pin element made interoperable with the corresponding socket member, pin and socket elements are arranged on the shell and on the centering Cup, respectively, or by centering the Cup and the shell, respectively.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention whip element of the first set of tools is made in the form of a protrusion designed to interact at least with an extra hole, and the second set of tools includes a limit stop, located on the shell.

Brief description of drawings

Other distinctive features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description with reference to the accompanying drawings, which are presented next.

Figure 1 shows a schematic view in space of the end of winding of the spring suspension and the shell made in accordance with the present invention.

Figure 2 shows a schematic cross-section of the end of winding of the spring suspension and the shell made with regard to the availa able scientific C with the preferred implementation of the present invention.

Figure 3 shows the centering Cup, made in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.

The implementation of the invention

1 schematically shows the outermost part and the edge of the winding 2 of the suspension springs 1 and the corresponding housing 4 containing the shell 3, which is placed at least part of the end winding 2.

In the suspension made in accordance with the present invention, the angular position of the spring 1 of the suspension is fixed relative to the centering Cup 7 with a suitable device. This device contains, on the one hand, the first set of tools 6 fixing the angular position of the casing 3 relative to the centering Cup 7 and, on the other hand, the second set of tools 8 fixing the angular position of the spring 1 of the suspension relative to the shell 3.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the tool 6 fixing and reinstalling the angular position of the casing 3 relative to the centering Cup 7 includes at least one pin element 61, located on the shell 3 (or centering the Cup 7) and intended for interaction with the corresponding socket element 62 located on the centering Cup 7 (or shell 3). In this embodiment of the present invention shown in the drawings, whip the element is provided 61 is a ledge, attached to the shell 3 and is able to communicate through, for example, coupling with the corresponding additional hole 62 located on the centering Cup 7. In other embodiments, the performance of the present invention, the protrusion 61 may be located on the centering Cup 7, with specified additional hole 62 is located on the shell 3. The second set of tools 8 fixing the angular position of the spring 1 relative to the shell 3 includes in a preferred embodiment of the present invention shown in the drawings, the end stopper 9 located at one end 10 of the shell 3 of the housing 4, in which abuts at least part of the end winding 2 of the spring 1.

As shown in figure 3, the centering Cup 7 includes, on its upper side, namely on the surface, on which lies a spring, pressing 11 essentially round shape, forming a hollow portion capable of receiving the shell 3, the wear of the spring 1. The depth of crimp varies continuously around the circumference of the fitting, so that the formed due to this slope can along the entire length to interact with the shell 3 and the end of winding 2 of the spring 1. Therefore, the deepest part of the fitting 11 forms a retaining sredstvo for region 10 of the shell 3.

So the inside of the fitting, having essentially circular shape, is formed a protrusion 13. He is a rib 14 on the inner perimeter of the shell 3 and these edges are of the form that is able to sit on the ledge 13 of the Cup 7. These ribs 14, which are, firstly, to improve the acoustic properties associated with friction, then in accordance with the present invention help to fix the casing 3 relative to the centering Cup 7.

When the spring 1 and the shell 3 are assembled, the end stopper 9 gives the specified spring 1 fixed and specified position in the shell 3 shell 4. As soon as the spring 1 and the shell 3 is assembled, the tool 6, which is located in the shell 3, and the centering Cup 7 enable the operator to couple the Assembly of the shell 3/spring suspension 1" in a predetermined position relative to the centering Cup 7. This, in particular, means that the direction of the total force applied by the spring suspension 1 will be unchanged, thereby improving the controllability of the vehicle equipped with such a suspension. Means 6 located on the shell 3 and the centering Cup 7, it is easier to agree with each other, because the shell 3 is sent to the slope formed by press-fitting 11, as part of the ribs formed on the shell 3, interacts with the protrusion 13 of the Cup 7 and the edge 10 of the shell statuette with retaining means 12, formed on the pressing 11.

2. The suspension according to claim 1, characterized in that these devices contain the first set of tools (6) fixing the angular position of the shell (3) with respect to C is teruya Cup (7) and a second set of means (8) fixing the angular position of the spring (1) from the shell (3).

3. The suspension according to claim 2, characterized in that the first set of tools (6) contains the whip element (61)located on the membrane (3), and made interoperable with the corresponding socket element (62)located on the centering Cup (7).

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to helical spring fastening and spring tension adjustment device. The proposed device comprises plate (P1) with two rows of holes (12, 13) spaced for a distance equal, approximately, to spring coil diametre. Holes of one row are displaced with respect to those of the other row. Plate (P1) is furnished with a gripping-locking device with a threaded rod that has a hook arranged on its one end. Combined spring comprises a compression spring; round holders with diameter exceeding that of the spring and with an inner channel in the upper wall are mounted at the end turns of the compression spring. The upper wall shape is analogous to the end turn shape. The holders embrace the turn by two thirds or three fourth of the turn circle and are fixed on it by any way known. Part of the upper wall excluding the inner channel entry is fitted with lower vertical flanging which is set wider than the spring outer diameter and with its height being equal to the spring wire diameter. SUBSTANCE: spring is twisted and can have both cylindrical and profiled shape. Attachment flanges are connected to edges of spring. A cavity excluding the contact of extreme working turns of spring with flanges is made on each flange. Extreme turns are bent and cut so that spring turns do not contact each other during spring compression with flanges at maximum load. Threaded holes are made in extreme spring turns on flat surfaces of their contact to attachment flanges. Attachment flanges are provided with holes opposite threaded holes and attached to extreme spring turns by means of screws.

Said handle is coupled with drive motor via, at least, one damping element. Said damping element comprises helical spring with, at least, one end fitted on guide. Helical spring is spaced from guide in first radial distance for first distance. Said first distance is measured in the first plane located perpendicular to working tool lengthwise axis. In second radial distance, helical spring is located at second distance from said guide, smaller than that in the first direction, or said distance equals zero. Second distance is measured in second plane located in transverse direction z and in lengthwise direction x and perpendicular to vertical direction y. The displacement device to be used with a piston actuator comprises the first bush which, at least partially, is enclosed by the second bush and connected to the second bush in a movable way. The displacement device is additionally equipped by a stop to limit the value of displacement of the first bush in respect to the second bush, and the displacement element is set between the first and the second ends of respectively the first and the second bushes to press the first bush from the second bush. The displacement element is completely placed inside the chamber provided by the first bush and the second bush.
