SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to methods of predicting post-operational complications, namely to methods of predicting development of scars after previous acne. In order to predict scar development content of receptor antagonist of interleukin-1 (RAIL) is determined during 15 days after resolution of inflammatory process. Scarless development of process is diagnosed at level RAIL in peripheral blood serum after disease being within physiological norm (300-800 pg/ml). If level of RAIL is lower than said norm prediction of acne complication in form of skin scars is diagnosed. Possibility of development of hypertrophic scars is predicted if RAIL concentration is lower than 200 pg/ml.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to predict type of complications after previous acne, therefore correcting therapy carried out in due time can prevent risk of skin scar formation and improve patient's life quality.

The invention relates to medicine, namely to methods for predicting postoperative complications, more specifically to methods for predicting the development of scars after suffering acne.

Acne (acne) is the most common polymorphic multifactorial disease of the hair follicles and sebaceous glands, resulting from hyperproductive sebum production, follicular hyperkeratosis, inflammation, imbalance of lipids, sex steroid hormones and genetic predisposition. This is one of the most common skin diseases, affecting up to 85% of persons aged 12 to 25 years of age and 11% of persons over the age of 25 years (Arabian ER Krasnoselskikh T.V. Sokolov Y.V. It is known that the determinant in the development of acne pathogenesis are retention hyperkeratosis and hyperplasia of the follicular epithelium. Macrophages simultaneously produce and secrete more than 60 different factors and inflammatory mediators cytokines. Biological significance of proliferation in inflammation - repair damaged tissue. Reparation, in turn, can be expressed by fibroplasia, the result of which is the formation of a scar. Interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor alpha in relation to myocardial infarct dementia size and collagen formation // J. Card. Fail. - 2003. - Vol.9, N.4. - P.325-332).

However, currently studied in the literature there is no quantitative assessment of factors affecting the development of scar tissue, which does not allow to make in the early stages moved acne forecast the possible appearance of scars and to take appropriate measures pre is the disgust of their education. The technical problem solved by the authors was to create a method of predicting the likelihood of development of scars after suffering acne.

The basis of the solution of the task was the assumption of the authors that long for inflammation, chronic, which contribute to the formation of hypertrophic and keloid scars on the skin, can affect the levels of cytokines in the blood.

Studies have been conducted to examine the relationship between the development process of scarring and cytokines showed there is a direct relationship between the specified process and content in the serum receptor antagonist interleukin-1 (RAIL). In this regard, it was found that the technical result is achieved by determining the content in the serum receptor antagonist interleukin-1 after resolution of the inflammatory process and diagnose bezrucova development at the level of RAIL in peripheral blood serum after the disease within the physiological norm (300-800 PG/ml), and prognosis complications of acne in the form of skin scarring at the level of RAIL below this norm. While the appearance of hypertrophic scars is predicted when the concentration of RAIL less than 200 PG/ml Determination carried out once in 2, 3 or 15 days after resolution of acne.

Example 1. Changes in the levels of key Pro-inflammatory cytokines in the peripheral blood sera of patients undergoing acne

Were surveyed 65 people who previously had acne; of these, 50 women and 15 men aged from 18 to 60 years. All patients were divided into groups: group 1 - after suffering with acne clear skin 21 and group 2 - with the permission of the pathological process complications such as scarring 44 people. The latter group, in turn, was divided into subgroups: subgroup a - it included 35 patients with atrophic scars; and subgroup b - 9 patients with hypertrophic scars.

Content was determined in the serum interleukine-1β (IL-1β), its receptor antagonist (RAIL) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) 10-15 day after the resolution of inflammatory acne. The study of the levels of cytokines in serum was carried out using quantitative enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) based on monoclonal antibodies to cytokines person using test systems LLC "Cytokine" according to the manufacturer's instructions. The results are shown in the table.

The results of the study showed that unlike other cyto the ins contents RAIL clearly reflects the course of healing of tissue after acne.

If the levels of IL-1β and IL-8 changed unreliable (although the content of serum IL-8 was higher than the upper physiological limit is almost 4 times), the level of RAIL significantly varies depending on the type of scars. The values of serum RAIL were within the boundaries of its physiological concentrations only in patients with no scarring, while in the group of patients with scars its content was reduced. Probably, the tendency to the formation of scars depends on the content in blood RAIL, at lower of which is activated fibrogenic stimulated IL-1. The risk of scarring, growth and functional activity of fibroblasts minimum in those patients whose serum level of anti-inflammatory factor maximum. I.e. the smaller the content, the greater the risk of scar formation until the hypertrophic type.

Example 2. Patient M., aged 35., he complained of rashes on the skin of the chest, back. Sick about 3 months alone were treated with saddle soap, tincture of calendula, salicylic alcohol to little effect. The pathological process is widespread, subacute course. On the skin of the chest, back marked blackheads and whiteheads, multiple papules, single pustules. Serum concentration RAIL on day 3 after the resolution will nosplit the high process - 385 PG/ml

Indicator RAIL increased. After treatment of the pathological process was resolved completely; the skin clean. Scars are missing.

Example 3. Patient C., 20 years; he complained of rashes on the skin of the face, back. Sick about 6 months, independently treated household and drugstore beauty tools with a negative effect. The pathological process is widespread, chronic course. On the skin of the face, chest, marked redness, infiltration, single blackheads and whiteheads, multiple papules, pustules, postinflammatory hyperpigmentation, congested vascular spots. Serum concentration RAIL on day 2 of the completion of the inflammatory process - 242 PG/ml

Indicator RAIL reduced. After treatment of the pathological process was resolved by the formation of surface thin, slightly depressed atrophic scars with outlines of irregular shape.

Example 4. Patient L., 22 years; he complained of rashes on the skin of the face, trunk. Sick about 2 years, not independently treated. The pathological process is widespread, chronic course. On the skin of the face, trunk marked hyperemia, infiltration, multiple open and closed comedones, papules, plural the n pustules, nodes with purulent-necrotic content, hemorrhagic crusts. Serum concentration RAIL on the 15th day after the end of the inflammatory process - 150 PG/ml

After treatment of the pathological process was resolved by the formation on the skin of the torso separate towering hypertrophic scars, corresponding to the zone of initial lesions of acne.

These examples show that the proposed method allows to predict the type of complications after suffering acne. As a result, the purpose of timely corrective therapy can prevent the risk of formation of skin scars and improve the patient's quality of life.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to neurooncological surgery. In order to diagnose patients affected by brain tumours, histological analysis of tumour sample with determination of its type is carried out. Hystological sample of tumour is grinded in medium of liquids DMEM/F12, 10% fetal bull serum, 5% of L-glutalin and 5% of gentamycin, filtered and centrifuged. After that, phosphate-salt buffer is added to mixture, cell suspension is separated. Into board holes cell suspension and medium without cells are introduced. Content of board is incubated in thermostat at temperature 37°C in presence of 5% CO2. After incubation, different cytostatics are introduced into holes with cell suspension and medium with their different concentration, after following incubation into each board hollow MTT solution in phosphate-salt buffer is added. Board content is incubated in thermostat and 100 mcM of isopropanol with 0.04 M HC 1 are added into each hole. Optic density in board holes at wave length 570 nm is measured. Results are evaluated comparing parametres of measured optic densities of medium and cell suspension with cytistatics and estimating % of cell death in tumour samples with different concentration of cytostastics.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy and efficiency of diagnostics by individual selection of cytostatics with determination of their concentration and with evaluation of sensitivity of cytostatic corticosteroid function.

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine of disasters, and can be used in emergency cases in case of serious isolated traumas, multiple injuries and combined trauma. For this purpose seriousness of trauma is estimated in accordance with injury severity scale by table No 9, represented in invention description. If in case of isolated trauma, combined trauma or multiple injuries the most severe injury is evaluated in 3 points, diagnostic measures are taken in full volume in order to detect possible hidden injuries, and specification of character of obvious injuries of anatomical areas. Also carried out is supporting infusion therapy and surgery is performed in case of emergency indications. If the most severe injury is evaluated in 4 or 5 points, intensive therapy is carried out, diagnostic measures are taken in minimal volume with further carrying out of surgery by vital indications. After surgery and relative state stabilisation diagnostic procedures are performed in full volume, and in case, if hidden injuries, requiring surgical correction by emergency indications, are detected, surgery is carried out.

EFFECT: method allows to ensure the most accurate estimation of injuries and in accordance with it to determine optimal tactics of patient's treatment in the first hours after trauma.

SUBSTANCE: at patient's hospitalization one should gather the data of clinical and laboratory values: on the type of chemical substance, patient's age, data of clinical survey and laboratory values: body temperature, the presence or absence of dysphonia, oliguria being below 30 ml/h, hemoglobinuria, erythrocytic hemolysis, exotoxic shock, glucose level in blood, fibrinogen and creatinine concentration in blood serum, general bilirubin, prothrombin index (PTI), Ph-plasma, the state of blood clotting system. The state of every sign should be evaluated in points to be then summed up and at exceeding the sum of points being above "+20" one should predict unfavorable result. At the sum of "-13" prediction should be stated upon as favorable and at "-13" up to "+20" - prediction is considered to be doubtful.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
