SUBSTANCE: invention refers to feed decontamination. The farm animal feed is exposed to electromagnetic field. Said electromagnetic field represents a low-frequency electromagnetic field of power 0.1-10 Wt for 30-90 min, frequency 4-500 Hz at temperature 4-40°C.

EFFECT: method provides more effective farm animal feed decontamination from infectious agents.

The alleged invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine and can be used for prevention of infectious diseases of animals and birds.

Known methods of disinfection of fodder for farm animals from pathogens by treating it with chemicals (the"Rules disinfection and desinvasion objects of the State veterinary supervision. Decl. The veterinary Department of the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation. 2002).

However, the known methods not environmentally safe.

There are also known methods of inactivation of infectious agents by processing veterinary facilities aerosols, optical radiation unipolar ECHO liquid media (Patent RF №2315625, MCP 61L 2/16, B No. 26, 27.01.2008).

Known physical methods of disinfection and neutralization of fodder for farm animals from infectious agents:

1. Gamma radiation, UVR, microwave, infrared irradiation (Buscones FORCE the Use of ionizing radiation for the prevention of microbial spoilage of products. Sat. Rational handling of food. - M.: Atomizdat, 1971, p.63-65).

2. Vorob'ev A.S. study of the influence of infrared radiation on the microflora of grain raw materials used in feed industry, proceedings of the Institute of animal feed industry, 1978, V, pp.33-34.

However, the known f the physical methods of disinfection and neutralization of fodder for farm animals is not effective enough.

The closest known technical solution of the problem is the method of disinfection and neutralization of fodder for farm animals from infectious agents by affecting feed for farm animals electromagnetic fields, in particular electromagnetic field of ultra-high frequency (Sokolov V.V., etc. Influence the processes of granulation, extrusion and electromagnetic fields of super-high frequency /microwave/ on the sanitary condition of raw materials and feeds. Sat. scientific papers of the Institute of animal feed industry, M., 1987, V. 31, pp.31-38).

The known method is not effective enough, requires a considerable amount of energy, technically unsafe.

The purpose of the proposed invention is to improve the efficiency of disinfection of fodder for farm animals from infectious agents.

This goal is achieved in the method of disinfection and neutralization of fodder for farm animals from infectious agents by affecting feed for farm animals electromagnetic field so that the electromagnetic field using an electromagnetic field of low frequency power of 0.1-10 W within 30-90 min frequency 4-500 Hz.

In the patent and scientific and technical is some literature unknown similar technical solutions, i.e. the proposal meets the criterion of "novelty".

The claimed method solves a real problem - disinfection and neutralization of biological material from pathogens, i.e. the sentence "industrially applicable".

In addition, for the first time used the method based on the use of physical agent electromagnetic field of low frequency under certain modes of its impact, which improves the efficiency of disinfection of feed to improve his health, i.e. the proposal is consistent with the "inventive level".

To obtain the electromagnetic field of low frequency use industrial low-frequency generators type GZ-110, GZ-122, GZ-123.

The invention is illustrated in the following examples:

Example 1. 1 kg grain oats, cleaned St. aureus at the rate of 500 thousand microbial bodies on g, influence of electromagnetic field of low frequency power 0.1 W for 30 min frequency of 4 Hz at 4°C. the Efficiency of disinfection was 100%.

1 kg grain oats, cleaned St. aureus at the rate of 500 thousand microbial bodies on g, influence of electromagnetic field of high frequency according to a known method. The efficiency of disinfection was 80%.

I.e. in comparison with the known method the effectiveness of bessara the cation increased by 20%.

Example 2. 1 kg grain oats, cleaned St. aureus at the rate of 500 thousand microbial bodies on g, influence of electromagnetic field of low frequency power of 10 W for 90 min at a frequency of 500 Hz at 40°C. the Efficiency of disinfection was 100%.

1 kg grain oats, cleaned St. aureus at the rate of 500 thousand microbial bodies on g, influence of electromagnetic field of high frequency according to a known method. The efficiency of disinfection was 74%.

I.e. in comparison with the known method the efficiency of disinfection increased by 26%.

Example 3. 1 kg grain oats, cleaned St. aureus at the rate of 500 thousand microbial bodies on g, influence of electromagnetic field of low frequency power of 5.0 W for 60 min frequency of 250 Hz at a temperature of 22°C. the Efficiency of disinfection was 100%.

1 kg grain oats, cleaned St. aureus at the rate of 500 thousand microbial bodies on g, influence of electromagnetic field of high frequency according to a known method. The efficiency of disinfection was 78%.

I.e. in comparison with the known method the efficiency of disinfection increased by 22%.

Example 4. 1 kg of grain contaminated by the virus of avian influenza, influence of electromagnetic field of low frequency power of 5.0 W for 60 min frequency of 250 Hz at a temperature of 22°Affectively disinfection was 100%.

1 kg grain oats are contaminated by the virus of avian influenza, influence of electromagnetic field of high frequency according to a known method. The efficiency of disinfection was 25%.

I.e. in comparison with the known method the efficiency of disinfection increased by 75%.

Example 5. 1 kg of grain contaminated by the virus of avian influenza, influence of electromagnetic field of low frequency power 0.1 W for 30 min frequency of 4 Hz at 4°C. the Efficiency of disinfection was 100%.

1 kg grain oats are contaminated by the virus of avian influenza, influence of electromagnetic field of high frequency according to a known method. The efficiency of disinfection was 22%.

I.e. in comparison with the known method the efficiency of disinfection increased by 78%.

Example 6. 1 kg of grain contaminated by the virus of avian influenza, influence of electromagnetic field of low frequency power of 10.0 watts for 90 min at a frequency of 500 Hz at 40°C. the Efficiency of disinfection was 100%.

1 kg grain oats are contaminated by the virus of avian influenza, influence of electromagnetic field of high frequency according to a known method. The efficiency of disinfection was 30%.

I.e. in comparison with the known method the efficiency of the disinfection policies is 70%.

Thus, the proposal improves the efficiency of disinfection of fodder for farm animals against infections of microbial origin on 20-24%, in relation to viral infections - 70-78%.

In addition, in the environment of the electromagnetic field of low frequency is not accumulated, does not pollute the environment. The method does not require expensive equipment, simple to execute.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with disinfecting fodders contaminated with, for example, the virus of plague, influenza, foot and mouth disease or the agents of other infections and , also, with detoxicating the fodders infected with fungal toxins (aflotoxin, zearalidone, T-2 and others). The present innovation deals with treating grain and coarse fodders with disinfecting solution as neutral anolyte at pH=7-8, concentration of oxidants ranged 0.02-0.06% and redox potential being +100050 mV obtained due to affecting 0.02-0.04%-sodium chloride with direct current, moreover, the treatment with disinfecting solution should be fulfilled at about 15-25°C for 60-120 min at 1.5-2.0l/kg fodder. The innovation enables to increase the efficiency of disinfecting fodders infected with pathogenic bacteria, viruses, fungi and their toxins.

Apparatus has electrochemical activator connected in series with ejector, rotameter, flow indicator, throttle, liquid pressure controller, flow detector, gas separator, controlled throttle, electronic control unit with built-in processor and anolyte level detector and automaton-meter disposed in common case. Automaton-meter has measuring hydraulic cylinder. Floating piston is placed inside cavity of hydraulic cylinder; piston has permanent magnet inside it. Control unit is electrically connected with piston position detectors, which are mounted onto side surface of hydraulic cylinder, and with electromagnet three-way valves mounted onto solution feeding and discharge lines. A method of microorganism elimination from dielectric mediums consists in the fact that said medium is passed through a current-conducting flat electrode system whereto DC high voltage ranging 5 to 25 kV is supplied pairwise. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device applying electric field to pumped medium. Proposed device comprises two power supplies to generate electric voltage including voltage converter, electric charge accumulator and switchboard, nonconducting chamber for medium pumping including first and second electrode plates, and control unit to control said power supplies. Said control unit performs synchronized control over switchboards of every power supply by 0.1-100 ms-long pulse signal to establish serial connection between power supplies, first and second electrode plates. Resultant total voltage builds up between first and second electrode plates while said resultant total voltage generates electric field there between to subject pumped medium to electric field effects. Chamber medium pumping chamber is composed by piston pump, piston outer surface making one of said electrode plates. Note here that said pump is communicated with feed inlet and outlet tubes.
