The technical field

The invention relates to a machine for processing sheets with front-loading, in particular a washing machine, with elastically suspended in the housing of the machine tank for the washing solution and rotated in the tank for the washing solution washing drum, a sleeve of elastic material, which provides a waterproof connection of the front edge of the loading opening of the tank for washing the solution with an inlet opening of the housing and closing the filling opening of the hull hatch with convex toward the inner part of the drum, a nozzle in the form of a truncated cone.

Implementation of the invention and advantages obtained as a result of its use, should be achieved with the maximum low cost.

According to the invention this problem is solved by the features disclosed in paragraph 1 of the claims. Advantageous variants of the invention are disclosed in the dependent claims and their characteristics can be used individually or in any combination with each other or with signs of paragraph 1 of the claims.

Washing machine, constructed according to the invention, characterized in that the surface of the nozzle hatch has at least one shaped neckline that begins in the region of the largest diameter of the truncated cone and forming a rising Crescent-shaped surface extending along the surface toward the inner part of the drum to the area of the minimum diameter of the truncated cone. By reducing friction reduces the load on the drive motor of the drum. The implementation of the invention

Figure 1 shows a schematic perspective front view of the washing machine 1 according to the modern level of technology. In the case of the washing machine is resiliently suspended from the tank 2 to the washing solution, in which the horizontal axis rotatably mounted drum 4, designed for the load of Laundry. Openings for accommodation of protrusions are provided in portion protruding from edge of cover lock planar portion, and retaining protrusions are formed at ends of lock cover protruding portion. On introducing of lock cover into main body of lock, protrusions become embraced with openings for accommodation of protrusions, and retaining protrusions are introduced into retaining openings. Such construction allows lock cover to be assembled with lock main body for one operation.

The complete set of doors includes a control card, which enables operating the washing/drying machine, one or more operating consoles connected with the operating control card, an external door, an inner door, there to the external door is attached, a transparent door arranged between the external and inner doors and a hinge, which is attached to the set of doors and provides its opening and closing by means of a cable from the source, which feeds the voltage, connected with the control card and/or operating console. The inner door contains a hinge slot, therein a hinge is placed, and at least two equiform slots disposed symmetrically on the both sides of the hinge slots for operating control card where operating control card and/or operating console is placed. The set of doors can be easily replaced to open and close the machine in required direction.

SUBSTANCE: door hinge is coupling member between door and front wall of washing machine. Hinge consists of boy and at least one lever, built-in into body. Body is connected to doorset of front wall at least by means of one lever, connected to door. Hinge is manufactured by method of casting of plastic material in corresponding mould.

EFFECT: creation of hinge durable enough, in order to withstand external action, and allowing low weight, that provides decreasing of total weight of washing machine.

SUBSTANCE: laundry washer of drum type consists of case, of washing drum functioning as drying hopper, of door block, of door opening button, of opening/closing actuating device and of locking device. The case has an aperture on its front side. The door block of a round shape closes the aperture of the case. The door opening button is equipped with the first pivoting shaft, the opening/closing actuating device is equipped with the second pivoting shaft and the device is designed to turn under hold down force applied to the door opening button. In the position of aperture case closing the locking device for fixation of the door block operates in interconnected motion with the opening/closing actuating device, and it releases the door block changing its closed state to an open one under hold down force applied the door opening button. The door block is oriented so, that normal of the first pivoting shaft is inclined relative to the second pivoting shaft and is directed to the centre of the door block.

EFFECT: facilitating high controllability of laundry washer due to decreased hold down force applied to control button.

Besides washing machine comprises transparent cover of hatch, closing hatch unit. Multiple engagement eyes protruding backwards are arranged on back side of hatch cover periphery. Multiple stop holes of engagement for reception of engagement eyes and elastic engagement of eyes with engagement sections are arranged at hatch unit to prevent slippage of eyes. Eyes and openings form multiple fixed sections, which are tightly pressed, and hatch cover is fixed at hatch unit. Parts of hatch cover surface complying with fixed sections are arranged so that light is refracted or scattered inside, when light passes through hatch cover.

At least two of specified elements are connected to each other by means of welding. Door comprises back part made of ABS-plastic and provided with a hole surrounded with circular surface. Door may include the first, the second, the third and the fourth parts. At least the first, the second and the third parts are made of thermoplastic material. The first part has at least one hole and surrounding circular surface, and the fourth part has at least one circular surface. Method of door manufacturing includes the following stages, where: a) the fourth part is positioned inside hole of the first part so that circular surface of the fourth part contacts with circular surface of the first part; b) the second part is positioned relative to the first part; c) the second part is connected to the first part by means of welding of linear vibration type, and at the same time the fourth part is placed between the second part and the first part; d) the third part is positioned relative to the first part; e) the third part is connected to the first part by means of welding, at the same time the second part and the fourth part are placed between the third and the first parts.

EFFECT: elimination of deforming stresses generated in process of door unit assembly.
