Proposed device comprises roll table with adjustable thrust, conveyor, appliances to accumulate line of rolled stock arranged on portal, lifting device with electromagnets and centering appliances, as well as bins and driven transfer mechanism. Appliances to accumulate line of rolled stock, lifting device with electromagnets and centering appliances are arranged vertically above the bins in loading zone in symmetry with bin axes. Appliances to accumulate line of rolled stock represent hook-like levers and are secured on portal to be turned by appropriate drives. Transfer mechanisms represent two parallel groups of trucks shifted axially and driven by rack gears. Bins are arranged on every truck to turn thereabout.

The invention relates to equipment for packaging and stacking of long products and is intended for packaging rolled pipe diameter 60-325 mm hexagonal or square packages with further linking.

The most effective device for long products can be used in tube and pipe production.

Device for laying pipe in a hexagonal bundles contains a permanently installed rack with saderinka, roller, in-line which has pockets hexagonal shape. Each pocket contains a rack on the stationary side surface and movably fixed on its upper side, a movable base and positioned on either side of the rack movable upper and lower side faces and attached to the upper rack of the rack-stacker with dispenser. All the faces of each pocket is made with built-in rollers. One of the top sides is installed movably in the guide rails of the rack, and opposite upper and lower edges are placed in the guides of the movable base. The upper side pivotally connected with the lower side face of the drive its rotation. Rack-stacker is installed, the concentration is about in the guide rails of the rack.

The device is only intended to bundle the hexagon shape and provides for the restructuring of the capacity of the pocket after laying each successive row of pipes.

A disadvantage of the known device is the extra time to move the prepared series of tubes (rolled) on the axis of pockets and rebuilding capacity pockets, as well as on the combination of bunching of the pocket and the collecting roller table for issuing formed of a bundle of tubes (rolled) to the position of the coupling, and the back pockets to the initial position for loading.

Another disadvantage of this device is the increased noise level when laying pipes in the pockets of the rack-stacker and rebuilding capacity pockets with the trumpets.

Known devices for packaging long rolled the closest in technical essence is a device for packaging long products described in U.S. patent No. 4579498, CL 414-36, Appl. 06.06.84,, publ. 01.04.86,

This device for packaging long products includes roller conveyor with adjustable focus, a conveyor, a receiving unit for accumulating the number of rental fixed on the portal of the lifting tool with the electromagnets and Centrovital, pockets and the vehicle is driven. The vehicle is made in the form of a roller table.

A disadvantage of the known design is the construction of a device for packaging long products is the moving and packing in the pockets of the prepared series of pipes require additional time, complex motion paths and an additional mechanism that reduces the performance of the device.

The combination of bunching of the pocket and the collecting roller table also requires additional time for issuing molded long tube bundle to the position of the linkage and returning pockets to the initial position for loading.

The present invention is to create a device that allows you to increase productivity by reducing the time for moving, and packing the prepared number of rental and transportation service rental of the loading zone.

Device for packaging long products includes roller 1 with reguliruemym 2, the conveyor 3, is fixed to the portal 4 receiving means 5 for the accumulation of a number of pipes, the lifting means 6 with the electromagnets 7 and Centrovital 8, as well as the pockets 9 and the vehicle is driven.

The conveyor 3 is mounted on an inclined support frame 10. The receiving means 5 for the accumulation of a number of hire, elevating means 6 with the electromagnets 7 and Centrovital 8 are located in a vertical plane above the pockets 9 in the download area symmetrically to the axis a-a of the pockets. Horizontal parts of both shields are hinge-connected to each other by metal rod of round cross-section fitted in their bodies and thus forming telescopic rectangular cross-section structures with locks. Said round cross-section rod is connected with device frame by pantograph with hydraulic cylinder.

EFFECT: increased labor efficiency owing to guaranteed working of bundle at one step, reduced material usage of structure.

FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of billets and for forming billet stacks to be bound and sent to stores. Proposed billet stacker has frame, levers with rollers arranged for engagement with followers. According to invention, stacker is provided with posts arranged symmetrically relative vertical axis of device being installed on frame for relative horizontal displacement by drive, and support crossmember arranged along axis of device and connected with its displacement drive. Slider is made sectional, of two parts. Horizontal surfaces of frame and horizontal surfaces of posts, horizontal surfaces of each part of slider and horizontal surfaces of support crossmember, vertical surfaces of posts and vertical surfaces of each part of slider are coupled by "slot-projection" joint. Recess is made on horizontal surfaces of support crossmember in its central part whose depth is not less than depth of said slot. Each lever is hinge-connected to sectional part of slider, and follower is attached to surface of each post. Locking device is arranged on each post to lock post relative to frame.

EFFECT: improved reliability of device.
