FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: mobile hydropower structure with water-retaining filled shell attached to water flow bed with the help of bed anchors, installed along perimetre, includes generator, turbine, diffuser. At the same time water-retaining filled shell on top is enveloped with a siphon, which supplies water into lower reach to turbine with generator. Turbine is installed on mobile body, which represents a hollow reservoir with holes for installation of diffuser and removal of flow.

EFFECT: possibility to construct a temporary water utilisation system at waterways with considerable flow rate of bottom deposits for local power supply, irrigation, water supply, fish farming, and provision of confinement of forest fires spreading.

The invention relates to hydraulic and hydroelectric construction and can be used in the construction wodoodporne structures, including in emergency situations, to create a small mobile power stations.

A device downstream of the dam, including flexible open wodoodporne and closed water shell, downcast and the apron, the holes in the middle part of the shell (A.S. No. 1708009 priority from 1991, IPC EV 7/20).

The obstacles to obtaining the required technical result is the complexity in operation and no device turbines use the kinetic energy of the flow.

A device that includes vodonapornaja shell with forced filling of the pumping station (Sergeev, B. I. Application of soft dams when creating ponds and reservoirs. "Hydraulic engineering and land reclamation", 1986, №8).

The obstacles to obtaining the required technical result is a permanent hard's sill, piping system, the absence of the element to produce electrical energy.

The closest technical solution is hydropower construction, reusable, including floppy's sill, self-priming casing and the hydraulic unit (RF patent s priority from 23.01.2006. "Hydropower construction reusable (options)". Dvisory).

The reason that prevent obtaining the required technical result is unsatisfactory operation at considerable expense sediment.

The proposed solution will allow you to create a temporary water site on watercourses with significant consumption of bottom sediments, with the decision of the local energy supply, irrigation, water supply, fish farming, and provide for containment of a wildfire.

This technical result is achieved by creating a mobile hydroelectric facility reusable, in which the hallmark is the presence of wodoodporne fill shell with a siphon. Siphon around on top wodoodporne fill the shell, which allows the most profitable to use the energy of the stream.

Mobile hydropower construction with wodoodporne filled shell, attached to the bed of the watercourse using channel anchors installed along the perimeter, including the generator, turbine, diffuser, while wodoodporne fill the shell, on top around the siphon, the water inlet in the lower reach to the turbine with the generator installed on the mobile body, which is hollow the technology with holes for installation of the diffuser and exhaust flow. Mobile Cabinet is designed to ensure a stable position of the turbine on the estimated height, damping energy, water and protection from erosion downstream.

The proposed design of the mobile hydroelectric facility with wodoodporne filled shell are illustrated by the drawings: figure 1 is a section view figure 2 - plan of the structure.

Mobile hydropower construction with wodoodporne filled sheath (figure 1) contains channel anchors 1, the attachment points 2, wodoodporne fill the shell 3, the siphon 4, an aperture with a valve 5, the generator 6, the turbine 7, the diffuser 8, the mobile chassis 9, vodovypuske device 10.

Mobile hydropower construction with wodoodporne filled shell works as follows. Installed in the water flow wodoodporne filled shell 3 with a fixed siphon 4 is fixed to the bottom of the channel anchors 1 on the perimeter with the use of attachment 2. Then begins filling wodoodporne filled shell 3 through vodovypuske device 10 due to the energy flow (sumanapala) or by pumping. When filling wodoodporne filled shell overlaps the channel of the watercourse and in the lower reach is established mobile housing 9 fixed with the help of channel anchors 1, attached by known methods, of the Oh 7, generator 6 and the diffuser 8. Then is fixed to the turbine 7 of the siphon 4 and after reaching the design position wodoodporne shell 3 is filling the through hole with the valve 5. Water flows through the siphon 4 to the turbine 7 and the diffuser 8 provides optimum exhaust flow, and the mobile chassis 9 form of a hollow container with holes for the insertion of the cone 8, provides a stable position of the turbine 7 on the estimated height, damping energy, water and protection from erosion downstream.

If necessary, this structure can be transferred to another similar target and be used multiple times during an emergency.

SUBSTANCE: construction method of midget hydroelectric power plants involves erection of hydraulic units converting the river flow energy to electric one. Hydraulic units are erected in the form of solid units representing hydraulic rams in which there created are pressure oscillations induced with hydraulic impacts, and linear electric generators the movable magnetic cores of which are connected by means of rigid stocks to valve pistons of hydraulic rams for conversion of water pressure oscillations in them to oscillations of magnetic cores of electric generators. Hydraulic units, namely hydraulic rams, are placed according to river water level, thus creating artificial threshold-water drain providing additional water pressure before hydraulic units.

EFFECT: reducing capital investments at construction of electric power station without causing ecological damage.

Wave energetic complex comprises hinged landing stage with landing apron joined to its with the help of hinged cantilever and pendulum hinge, and linear generator joined to landing stage by means of hinged cantilever. Stem that transmits mechanical oscillations to magnetic core of linear generator is fixed to base of hinged cantilever moving along landing apron in case of landing stage exposure to waves. Linear generator is arranged along axis of stem movement, marked with angle of landing apron inclination.

SUBSTANCE: damless hydraulic power station for local electric power supply consists of pressure water conduit with water intake in the river and gate valve, intermediate tank, smoothing sleeve, active Pelton turbine with water conduit and possibility of power adjusting. Between the input of pressure water conduit and input to turbine water conduit there installed is smoothing sleeve of hydrodynamic type. It is designed as an intermediate tank and has input water intake confuser with curved surface, central cylindrical area and diffuser with curved surface flowing into each other. At diffuser output there is stabilising pipeline the cross-section of which is equal to diffuser output diametre.

EFFECT: there is performed the effective conversion of incoming water flow ensured by dynamic force and increase of active Pelton turbine efficiency.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device includes several cylindrical shell supports arranged on sea shelves, system of supply and drain pipelines, hydraulic generators. Cylindrical shell supports are installed in a row with clearance for water passage along line perpendicular to direction of tidal and ebb currents. Cavity of cylindrical shell support is divided along vertical line into several tiers, for instance into 2 and more, to locate pipelines and hydraulic generators. Supply pipeline passes perpendicularly along diagonal line, and drain pipeline - along diagonal line parallel to line of installation of cylindrical shell supports. At the same time ends of these pipelines communicate with sea, and hydraulic generators are arranged on drain pipelines.

EFFECT: reduced cost of generated electric energy, less operational problems and higher efficiency due to application of full tide and ebb cycle.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to land management, land use and to power engineering. Method is provided to commercialise unused and unfit sections of Earth surface, due to reasons of natural origin or anthropogenic activity. A list of such territories is provided. Method provides for arrangement of power generating unit on pile footing at such sections. Power generating unit is formed by driving piles into ground over the level of maximum water lift, snowdrifts and other local obstacles, on which horizontal platform is erected, being an open turbine room for electric machine installed in its centre, rotor of which is provided with air drive made of radial carriers, with traction motors in horizontal plane, to support carriers during downtime, a circular race is arranged also on piles. Produced electric energy is used at site or transmitted.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to commercialise absolutely unpromising sections of Earth surface, of colossal area, from polar circle to equator, practically with year-round efficient return.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-traditional power engineering. In accordance with proposed method, power plant is not "related" to either riverbed or hydraulic unit, but is erected separately, mostly in area of energy consumption. For this purpose on foundation plate of only one electric machine a structure is erected from vertical power columns, which are arranged along contour of cylinder and then connected in a certain interval along vertical line in horizontal planes by means of power trusses, where electric machines are installed (electric generators), and are equipped with air drives, traction motors of which are energised from autonomous current source.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of hydropower engineering. Device comprises water intake from river, steep canal or discharge pipeline, spiral or circular tray, which sends flow to turbine and generator connected to turbine. Speeded flow entering from inlet nozzle acquires shape of circular tray of hydraulic ring type, and near inlet of flow into circular flow, at the bottom, there is a threshold installed, and bottom of circular tray is arranged below level of inlet nozzle by height of threshold, besides on external board of circular tray, where monorails are installed, upstream inlet nozzle, there is a segment surface drain arranged, equipped with horizontal control valve along arc of external board, under the drain there is a reservoir placed to collect drained water, and it changes into drain nozzle along body tangent, and in the centre of tray hydraulic ring body there is a pylon installed to fix axis of hydroturbine or electric current generator rotor.

EFFECT: invention simplifies design of HPP and increases electric energy yield.

SUBSTANCE: device for generating supplementary hydropower includes hydraulic power station in the water zone of afterbay of which there installed are islands made in the form of many-staged concrete pedestals located in two and more rows; at that, pedestals of the second and subsequent rows are located in gaps between pedestals of preceding rows. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the hydraulic devices and can be used for dump of water from ponds, holding basins and water catchers. The device for dump and regulation of withdrawal depth from a holding basin includes tail vertical and horizontal channels, a slide and a stilling pool. For regulation of withdrawal depth, the tail vertical channel is closed by the external cylinder forming the additional tail external channel, placed according to the height of the top end over a height of water in a holding basin and through an aperture is communicating with atmosphere. The device has a screw drive for moving of the external cylinder on height with the flange fixed on bottom bead liquidating decompression funnel at an overflow of water in the tail external channel. The aperture for the communication with atmosphere is protected from pollution and freezing. Dependences on which constructive geometrical parameters of the device are calculated, the tail vertical and external channels, taking into account a migration of water in a holding basin, and an adjustable driving depth of the external cylinder in a holding basin are resulted. If the channels have out-of-round shapes, their sizes should correspond to the hydraulic radiuses equal to hydraulic radiuses of cylindricities of channels.

EFFECT: maintenance of dump of water from the middle layers of a holding basin, which are not polluted by floating substances.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic engineering, specifically to creation of the water flow and its control using pipes to drive the hydraulic turbines, devices of water systems, and protection of fill dams against washaway. To create water flow the siphon is used, at its ends the gates are installed, and in its top point a hole is made closed by the tight plug. The siphon intake end is lowered in the source water reservoir, and drain end is inserted in beginning of the distribution pipe, its internal diameter is selected higher then outside diameter of the siphon pipe. For the water flow start gates are closed in series, the siphon is filled with water up to plug, hole is tightly closed by plug, and gates are opened. The created water flow is directed in the required or safe for people and environment direction via the distribution pipes, trays or other water ways. The dam protection against washaway (in case of the water overflow over the dam) is performed by means of the siphon gates opening and water overflow over the siphon installed on the dam crest. Method is ensured using the device containing siphon with controlled gates in input and output ends, and with hole in its top point closed by tight plug, distribution pipes, buffer or water discharge devices, trays and water ways. To ensure the required higher intensity of the water flow the single flows of several specified devices installed in common or different source water reservoirs or acting water flows are combined in common rather powerful flow.

EFFECT: possibility of increasing of energy power with significantly lower specific and absolute expenses, and fill dams protection against washaway upon threat of dam pond overfilling.

FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device for discharge and regulation of water withdrawal depth from a sump includes a discharge vertical elongated bellows 8, a vertical branch pipe 4 in the form of a welded body and a horizontal channel 5, a valve 6 and a water well 7. The bellows 8 has an annular weir 9, connected in the upper part with a screw driver 10 of vertical movement, fixed in the desired position on the cover 11. The bellows 8 consists of rigid rings 12 and a pleated cover 13 of elastic material. The bellows 8 has a diameter larger than the diameter of the outlet horizontal channel 5. The device has an external fixed cylinder 14 with a flange 15. The fixed cylinder 14 comprises an external outlet channel 16, enclosed by a containment grate 17 (grid) fixed with rigid ties 18 to the welded body 4 and a horizontal retraction channel 5. Sediment retractor comprises a water outlet 21 equipped with a shutter 22 with a peak 23 which is connected by a hinge 24 to a change mechanism 25 of the valve 22 for moving the latter in height, in the lower part of the dam 1. The outlet end of the branch pipe 21 with the shutter 22 is located in an additional sediment closed water well 26 with a bottom opening 27 of the pipeline 28. The water well 7 is separated from an additional closed water well 26. If it is necessary to turn off the water, it will be sufficient to move the upper end of the bellows 8 with the weir 9 to the upper end position with the screw driver 10 and fix it. The formation and transportation of the sediment flow occurs actively around the water intake external outlet channel 16 and the fixed cylinder 14 with the flange 15 and the grid 17. As a result of this process, the discharge of the stream from the cleaner layers of reservoirs 19 is constantly stabilizing, which allows increasing the level of environmental safety of external reservoirs.

EFFECT: increased reliability, efficiency and uninterrupted operation of the device.

FIELD: hydraulic structures, particularly fish passes in water-intake structures.

SUBSTANCE: method involves supplying water stream free of young fish in waterway; forming hydraulic screen near water-intake influence area to separate above area from main stream of water-intake structure; forming whirlpool area near water-intake shore edge. Water stream is formed upstream water-intake structure. Water for users is taken from whirlpool area formed by inner water spray boundary and shore edge. Facility includes water-intake structure arranged at shore line, water-intake pipes connected with pump, stream former and means for water stream creation in waterway. Means for water stream creation is made as channel operating in non-pressure regime and having outlet part arranged upstream water inlet. Marks formed on channel bottom and waterway bottom coincide one with another. Stream former is located downstream water intake and directed in downstream direction.

EFFECT: creating of hydraulic conditions to protect young fish from ingress in water-intake structure.
