SUBSTANCE: in manufacturing method of radiator with radiator cover the strong flexible material is applied to upper side of radiator and/or at least to one side of the radiator cover, which faces the radiator, at least in some places by means of bonding or mechanical connection, and strong flexible material forms strong and resistant combination with the surface of the radiator and/or at least with one side of the radiator cover, which faces the radiator; at that, strong flexible material is applied to prior to application of powder coating of radiator and/or cover of the radiator; after powder coating has been applied, radiator together with the radiator cover is heated to hot drying temperature of powder coating; at that, owing to thermal effect the viscosity of strong flexible material changes so that the distance appears between the radiator cover and radiator, which excludes the contact of metals between radiator and at least one cover of the radiator; at that, viscosity of strong flexible material changes within temperature range of 120 to 180°C.

EFFECT: simple and economic manufacture, and eliminating the noise during operation.

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a radiator with the radiator cap when the radiator is connected with the radiator cap so that when the cooling and heating of the radiator does not cause unpleasant noises, which are formed due to the relative movement of the radiator and radiator cap that occur during cooling and heating.

The task of the invention consists in the manufacture of the radiator with the radiator cap is more simple and cost-effective ways is om, which (radiator) in both warm and cold without additional mounting parts not produce noise during the process of heating or cooling.

This object of the invention is solved by the characteristics of paragraph 1 of the claims. Preferred refinements of the invention are contained in the dependent clauses.

Unexpectedly, it was found that the proposed method of manufacturing a radiator with the radiator cap it is possible to prevent noise when the relative movement of the radiator and the radiator cap when the cooling and/or heating. According to the invention, on the upper side of the radiator and/or at least one facing the radiator side of the radiator cap, at least in places by gluing or mechanical joining is applied priceelasticity material. Preferred is the application proselyting material on the top side of the radiator and/or at least one facing the radiator side of the radiator cap a point or over the entire surface. Particularly preferably, if priceelasticity material deposited on the bottom, facing the radiator side of the radiator cap or the top edge of the radiator, while priceelasticity material becomes solid and stable connection with the metal material of the heat sink or cap p is Diadora.

This material performs in this process step, the task of providing distance (preferably at least 2 mm) between the upper casing and the radiator.

Preferably, priceelasticity the material is applied before applying the powder coating on the radiator and/or the radiator cap. Figure 1 illustrates a typical two-row flat radiator 1 is put on the top cover 2 of the radiator. The invention can be used also in all other types of radiators or wall heaters with lids (also side).
