The present invention relates to a panel portion of the flooring of the raised floor, the method of its manufacture and to nastilanie floor using the panel.
The well-known cavity formed from the frame or base with fixed supports on the surface on which the stack panel parts constituting the working surface of the flooring. When using such floors can be installed in the structure under the floor of the communication, for example, wiring, data lines, pipes for air conditioning and so on, at the same time maintaining easy access to them. However, it is necessary to provide openings in the panels and install them in the auxiliary valve, for example, the outputs for wiring and data lines, ventilation grills, parts of lighting fittings, etc. With this purpose in that place, where necessary, the panels have the hole, which establish the outer side of the corresponding device.
But the known methods have some disadvantages, for example, the disadvantage that the drilling and subsequent installation of the device lead to the weakening of the panel, and the device is installed on the panel is not securely attached, whereas in frame design that serves as a support for the panel, formed irregularities, 'm the s to the occurrence of unevenness in the floor, etc.
The main purpose of the present invention is to overcome the above disadvantages by creating panels for flooring, raised floor, which is firmly mounted device for installation of auxiliary fittings.
With this purpose it is proposed to manufacture according to the present invention the panel portion of the flooring of the floor containing the reference layer and the upper working layer, firmly joined together which has a through hole in which is inserted the device to the side wall, along the wall of the hole, which is defined through the slot in the panel for mounting the auxiliary valve, where the device comprises a laterally edge, enclosed between the support layer and the working layer.
Moreover, according to the principles of the present invention proposed a method of manufacturing a panel equipped part of the flooring of a floor, comprising the steps of manufacturing the supporting layer, the working layer and devices that define a socket for mounting an auxiliary valve containing the sides of the edge, and run in two layers through holes for mounting the unit and overlay, and durable fastening of the working layer and the support layer so that the device is a through hole, where the edge lies between the two layers.
Moreover, with the aim according to the present izobreteny created flooring floor, containing a support structure on which stack panel parts, some of which have the above characteristics.
For a clearer explanation of the new principles of the present invention and its advantages compared with the known methods, the invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, which shows a possible variant of the invention, given by way of example and not limiting the application of the above principles. With reference to the drawings, figure 1 shows a view in a disassembled the second state of the first panel portion, manufactured according to the present invention. Panel portion indicated in General position 10, and it includes a support layer 11 and the upper functional layer 12. The supporting layer is made such that it corresponded to stress that, under the assumptions will affect the flooring. Preferably, this support layer is a panel from a material selected (taking into account loads) calcium sulphate (gypsum), chipboard panels with high density connections from layer wood particle panel and a layer of plaster or of alternative materials, such as honeycomb structures.
Working layer, instead, choose from a material suitable for the surface treatment and having the desired wear resistance.
Preferably the working layer made of a ceramic plate as one piece or in the form United, located next to one another, several ceramic tiles.
Two layers perform the hole 13, 14 for mounting the device 15. The device is constructed with a side wall 16, which runs along the wall of the hole and which has a socket 17 which passes through the panel for installation of auxiliary fittings. From the wall 16 with the sides of the speaker flange 18, which entered into between the supporting layer and the working layer. Preferably the edge of the feature in the corresponding slot 19,is made in the surface of the reference layer, which is under the working layer.
Figure 2 shows the panel portion in the fully assembled state, where the two layers are firmly bonded to each other by using a layer 20 of adhesive introduced between the layers. The bonding may be performed using an appropriate adhesive. Preferably the bond between the layers produced by gluing by injecting polyurethane into the form. To this end preferably can be provided with channels in the space between the layers for distribution of polyurethane, is injected into the form.
Moreover, preferably, the panel includes a protective peripheral edge. With their help, for example, prevent separation during handling and installation and, in addition, may be provided in the gap between the edges have a side by side panels. Edge, preferably of plastic material, can be entered after the connection of the panels or can be entered directly during the execution of the above-mentioned operations of the injection of the polyurethane into the mould for manufacturing a monolithic block. In the alternative, the edge can also be made from a sheet of PVC or of a copolymer of Acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene. The edge can also be done in two parts, where the first edge of the working layer connected with the second edge of the reference layer. This allows the use of the work of different materials in the two zones. For example, in the area of the plane of the active layer region can be painted solid polyurethane, whereas in the zone of the support panel, the edge can be made from a sheet of PVC or of a copolymer of Acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene.
Figure 2 also shows schematically flooring floor panels according to the present invention, which includes a support structure 22 (last known in the art and therefore not shown in more detail), which are laid side by side panel portion to provide a continuous deck, where some of the panels in the desired locations equipped with the newly proposed device according to the present invention.
As clearly seen in figure 2, the peripheral side wall 16 of the device preferably passes through all the holes in the panel, and at least the top edge of the device is flush with the working surface of the floor. The edge 18 is located between the lower and upper end edges of the wall. On the inner surface of the wall around the circumference of the support collar 23, inward so that they were defined reference plane for the auxiliary valve to be inserted into the device together with the possibility of installing parts to adapt a slot in the device (as more clearly described below).
Figure 3 shows the aperture located in the center panel, but, of course, it may also be performed and is not in a Central position, for example, closer to the corner of the panel.
Figs.4 and 5 show two different parts to adapt the device for two different types of auxiliary valves. In particular, figure 4 shows the adapter in the form of a thin ring 24, through which the enlarged flange 23 to the center so that was shifted to the center of the bearing socket and provided support auxiliary fittings (for example, a lamp having a support edge, the diameter of which is smaller than the diameter of the hole defined by the collar.
Figure 5 adapter, instead, made in the form of a cylindrical part 26 with the wall, the thickness of which is similar to the size of the flange 23, and the height of, for example, is to be shifted up to the set value of the reference surface for the auxiliary valve 27, for which it is required.
Adapters can be made of such dimensions to allow for installation of standard auxiliary valve in the socket.
Figure 6 shows a variant of the panel according to the present invention. For convenience, the same with the previous version of the part indicated by the same number of items, increased by 100. In a variant, indicated, in General, position 110, the device 115 that is established between two layers 111 and 112 has a larger diameter, h is usually used to secure the Assembly in the slot 117 of the larger auxiliary valve. The outer edge 118 is also located in an intermediate position along the cylindrical wall 116, while the inner support flange 123 is located closer to the bottom edge of the unit. Underneath can be a radial ribs 130.
Figure 7 shows the panel 110 with the adapter 131 to reduce nest. The mentioned adapter relies on the periphery of the flange 123 and executed so that it could help narrow down the hole and lift the support surface. The exact shape of the inner surface of the adapter will depend on the specific adapter to be inserted. 7, for example, shown by the dashed lines of the grille.
On Fig-11 shows the third panel portion according to the present invention. For convenience, the same part of the panel in the figures are denoted by the same number of items, increased by 200. As is clearly shown in Fig, in the third embodiment, indicated, in General, position 210, the hole has a circular shape, but is formed from two joined circular holes. In particular, two holes have different diameters and cross each other. The device 215, enclosed peripheral edge 218 between two layers 211 and 212 has a complementary shape. Preferably the centers of the two circles forming device 215 are located on the diagonal of the panel, where the t is the circle closest to the center panel, and the other closer to the corner.
On Fig also shows the adapter 232 to decrease the smaller the circumference, so that it served as a support for the auxiliary valves required for this. As shown in the figures, the said adapter has a cut edge, so that it does not intersect the large circle and to be able to mount it auxiliary valve with full bore.
Figure 10 and 11 shows, in General, the dotted lines are examples of auxiliary valves. Figure 9 shows the cover 223 for the panel, made in the form of a slot 217 device 215.
Now it is clear that the above target by making the suggested parts for flooring panels of the raised floor.
Naturally, the above description of the scenarios, which used the newly proposed principles of the present invention, given as examples, not limiting the amount of the above-mentioned principles, which are subject to exclusive rights stated herein.
1. The panel part of the flooring of the floor, including a support layer and an upper working layer, firmly United together, which has a through hole used to install it the device to the side wall, along the wall of the hole, which is defined through the slot in the panel for mounting the auxiliary valve, and closing the STV contains laterally edge, enclosed between the support layer and the working layer.

12. Part by claim 11, characterized in that the ceramic plate is formed by connecting a number of ceramic tiles placed side by side.

18. Part according to claim 1, characterized in that it contains an annular part to adapt the nest, which rely, at least one lug to the side of the device to move to the center and/or up in the slot to support the auxiliary valve to be inserted into it.
19. A method of manufacturing a panel equipped part of the flooring of a floor, comprising the following steps:
manufacturer reference layer, the working layer and the device, through which define a socket for mounting an auxiliary valve and which includes laterally edge;
performing in two layers through holes for installation of the device;
overlay top and durable fastening of the working layer and the support layer to install the device in a through hole for the conclusion of edges between the two layers.
20. The method according to claim 19, in which the conclusion between layers provide by gluing by injecting polyurethane into the form.
21. The method according to claim 19, in which before laying two sheets one on another on the surface of the reference layer is carried out socket to accommodate the edges.
22. The method according to claim 19, in which there is another stage of introduction peripheral edges to protect the panel.
23. Flooring floor that includes a support structure on which stack panel parts, some of which are made according to any one of the preceding paragraphs.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to panels for floorings. Floor panel is made of several layers, which, in particular has a layer of sound-improving material provided with decor visible in laid condition of panel. Decor is printed, painted and/or impressed onto sound-improving layer.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to construction industry and namely to adjustable floors. Adjustable floor includes boarding joists with through threaded holes in which hollow support racks with external thread are screwed. Each rack consists of a vertical part and a bottom part with central hole for passing the fastening element and having flat external surface and internal cone-shaped surface converging in direction of the central hole. Joists are made in the form of bars from whole timber with pre-drilled threaded holes after timber has been dried up to humidity of not more than 12%. The rack is made from thermoplastic material of the group containing polystyrene, and ratio of minimum thickness of the wall of vertical rack part not considering the height of turns of thread in the area of its being attached to internal surface of the bottom part to minimum distance from internal surface of the bottom part to its flat external surface is 1:(2-6).

Supporting structure includes multiple supports and stringers supporting floor panels and mounted between neighbour supports. Each support includes a strut with top support part with radial supporting lobes at the top end of strut and with a plate at the bottom end of strut. Each stringer has mainly "П"-shaped cross-section with two parallel side parts and link part resting against radial lobe of top support part. At least one side part at the end of stringer features cavity close to link part and guide line leading from distal edge of side part to the cavity. Cavity and guide line are formed by indent in the internal surface of side stringer part, with guide line running away from side part edge and entering cavity.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to construction, in particular to methods of installing lagged floor structures. The method involves laying the outermost floor beams. Atter that, supports are installed in the zone of their end parts. The supports are in form of oppositely lying two unequal angle bars on the sides of the lateral edges of the floor beam. Two adjustment devices are then fitted on one side of the lateral edges of each outermost floor beam at its end support. They are temporarily fixed to lateral edges of the floor beam. The floor beams are then levelled, and then each floor beam is fixed to the vertical legs of the unequal angle bars. The adjustment device is removed, and intermediate floor beams are installed and levelled. Two layers of veneer sheets are spread onto the levelled floor beams.

The inserted floor junction also contains racks for support of flooring panels in their angular parts over the basic floor. Each support plate has slots located in crosswise manner and opened from peripheral part thereof. Support plate is provided with covering plate having central orifice, cuts arranged in crosswise manner along its perimeter and radial extensions dividing covering plate into four equal segments. Panel plate corners rest upon segment surfaces. Covering plate has metal strips crossing at the 90o angle and disposed from lower side thereof. Two pair of slots are formed between covering plate cuts and extend in annular direction. Metal strip ends passing through above slots are bent on outer side of covering plate.

SUBSTANCE: panel includes bearing plate of timber-based material enclosed with metal shell from all plate sides. Shell is formed as two boxes, namely upper and lower ones. Each box has rectangular part defining upper and lower panel sides, and side edges folded along rectangular part perimeter. Folded side edges extend over half of end panel side height. Area of rectangular part of upper box exceeds that of lover part by (4-5)δ value, where δ is thickness of upper box. Folded side edges of upper and lower boxes are equal in height. End parts of adjacent side edges of each end plate side are pressed together in overlapped manner.

SUBSTANCE: false floor defining a chamber for communication lines consists of panels. Floor panel comprises inner load-bearing layer of flakeboard, upper decorative layer of vinyl plastics and lower layer of sheet material. At least two opposite side surfaces of inner layer are impregnated with priming agent and aqueous adhesive is applied on above surfaces to which polyvinylchloride coating is further connected. Priming agent and aqueous adhesive are formed on acrylic base and dag is added to above substances. Inner layer includes at least two high-density sub-layers contacting with upper and lower panel layers. Electrical resistance between outer surfaces of opposite panel ends covered with polyvinylchloride coating is not more than 0.1 ohm.
EFFECT: increased strength of floor panel.

SUBSTANCE: support includes square lower bearing plate made of flexible metal sheet material and upper bearing plate. The plates have central orifices. Central orifice of lower plate comprises rod receiving recess and is surrounded with annular depression having depth not exceeding sheet thickness. Central orifice of upper plate comprises flange. The plates are provided with radial grooves located so that convex surfaces thereof face each other. Depression and grooves have oval cross-section and oval or wavy cross-sections in connection areas in-between. Upper plate is made of the same material as the lower one. Orifices for fastening members receiving formed in lower plate and holes for gasket fixing made in upper plate are coaxial and created along stiffening ribs extending along square diagonals.
EFFECT: increased support resistance and strength thereof along with reduced material consumption, decreased mass and simplified manufacture.

SUBSTANCE: support includes square lower bearing plate made of flexible metal sheet material and having central orifice for threaded rod securing and holes for connecting thereof to a base. The orifice diameter is less than that of rod. Support also has upper bearing plate rigidly connected with tubular member. Threaded rod end provided with nut is inserted into tubular member. Lower plate surface facing the base has crosswise ribs dispersing from central orifice and radial V-shaped grooves extending from corners thereof.
EFFECT: increased load-bearing capacity in the case of vertical eccentric load application, possibility to connect floor members to the support without upper plate replacement, simplified manufacture.
