FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device for distribution of liquid or gas medium through independent consuming objects consists of cover with drive and inlet port and of case with outlet ports. A distributing disk with an orifice is installed in the case. During rotation the orifice of the disk alternately coincides with the ports in the case. The distributing disk is made integral with a hollow shaft coupled with the drive and is pressure tight connected to a flange by means of a bellows, thus forming an alternate reservoir. A metering device is installed in the orifice disk; it supplies liquid or gas medium in portions and is electrically tied with a control panel. A return spring and pushers are arranged between the cover and the flange. The spring rests on a ring with low coefficient of sliding friction. The pushers restrict a progressive run of the flange.

EFFECT: expanded functionality of distributing device, metered distribution of fluid medium through independent consuming objects.

The invention relates to agriculture, in particular for automation of technological processes.

The known device for distributing a liquid or gas medium independent objects of consumption. For example, a device for distributing fluid in A.S. No. 369324, which is a cylindrical housing with an inlet hole in the lid and multiple, evenly spaced around the periphery of the bottom of the housing, the outlets; and multi-position distribution valve in A.S. No. 431356 with the housing through the inlet, the Central by-pass and multiple exhaust holes located in the bottom evenly around the circumference.

Also known dispensers of liquid. For example, the fluid dispenser comprising a housing, a chamber of variable capacity, a limited upper movable plate with inlet and outlet channels, and the control dose. (A.S. No. 316415).

A disadvantage of the known device for distributing a liquid or gas medium independent objects of consumption is that they do not provide a controlled distribution of the working environment.

The closest analogue of the present invention is a device for distributing a liquid or gas medium independent objects of consumption that contains the cover with the inlet hole and the casing with the exhaust hole is steamy, where is the spreading disc (A.S. No. 431356).

The aim of the invention is to enhance the functionality of the switchgear, i.e. ensuring dosed distribution of the fluid independent objects of consumption.

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that in order to extend the functionality of devices distribution disk is equipped with a dispenser, the dispenser is installed in the hole of the distributor disk is electrically connected with the remote control.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing.

The proposed device includes a housing 1 closed by a cover 2, which put the distribution disk 3, which is tightly connected to the bellows 4 with the flange 5. The disc is made integral with the hollow shaft 6, which can move the flange. The opening d of the disk 3 as it rotates alternately aligned with the holes d1in the bottom of the case 1. In the opening d drive installed metering device 7 is electrically connected with the control unit 8. The cavity of P is used to discharge a liquid or gas medium through the Central hole d2in the bottom of the case. The cover 2 is placed stepper actuator 9, enabling rotation of the disk 3 with the hollow shaft 6, the bellows 4 and the flange 5 at the same constant angle α. Between the cover 2 and the flange 5 is placed return pruzina, which rests on the ring 11 with a low coefficient of sliding friction. Undesirable leakage of liquid or gas medium are eliminated sealing rings 12, 13 and 14 and the sealing disk 15. Nut 16, moving the threads in the cover 2, changes the position of the plungers 17, which limit the forward stroke of the flange 5. The nut 16 has a pointer 18, moving under the bar 19 attached to the cover. The microswitches 20 and 21 are used to control the stepper actuator 9. All wires are displayed on the remote control 8.

The device operates as follows: the nut 16 moves the pushers 17, adjusting the portion of the liquid or gas medium defined variable volume V, concluded between the disk 3, the bellows 4 and a movable flange 5.

The opening d of the disk 3 at the beginning of the work is in the position shown in the section a-a, and does not match any one of the holes d1of the housing 1.

Liquid or gaseous medium under pressure is fed into the hole d3cover 2 and is held inside the hollow shaft 6, falling into the cavity of V. thus the flange 5 will begin to move in the hollow shaft 6, compressing the return spring 10 and stretching the bellows 4. After an agreed set nut 16 dose and the flange 5 acts on the microswitch 20, mounted on the plunger 17, the stepping actuator 9 will turn the disk 3 N. the angle α. The opening d of the disk 3 in alignment with the hole d1of the housing 1, then using the remote control 8 activates the dispenser 7, which will begin rationed supply of liquid or gas medium to the object of consumption. At this time, the hole d3blocked by the body of the shaft 6. After discharge, the spring 10 will return flange 5 to the initial position, which acts on the microswitch 21 (dose environment completely squeezed out), resulting in the actuator 9 will turn the disk 3 by the angle α. The working cycle of the device is repeated.

Thus, the present invention provides a controlled distribution of the fluid independent objects of consumption and can be used in the field of agricultural production.

FIELD: the adjusting two-disk valve with an unloading arrangement is designed for using in the adjusting pipeline armature.

SUBSTANCE: in the body of the valve there is an immobile saddle with the passing profiled peripheral windows and a central channel in it and a slide. The valve is additionally provided with an analogous immobile saddle and a slide. The latter are installed symmetrically to the first saddle and the slide relatively to the axle of the sockets. The slides are connected between themselves with possibility of their simultaneous turn and possibility of an axle travel relatively to each other by means of the rods. The latter pass through the central channels of the immobile saddles. The unloading chamber is located between the immobile saddles and is formed with the help of a cylinder and a piston. The latter are located on the ends of the rods. The unloading chamber is connected with the pressure cavity of the valve by means of a longitudinal channel. The latter is fulfilled in the rod of one of the slides. Between the cylinder and the piston there is an element for preliminary compression of the slides to the saddles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, and is intended for the use in water distribution in pressure irrigation systems. The water distributor comprises a distributing housing which is successively switched relative to the smooth surface of the housing, and which by a sealing device is adjacent to the mating surface of the housing. For water distribution the displacing means and the sealing device at the areas of movement with the stepwise movement promote the removal of the distributing housing from the mating surface of the housing.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at the reduction of wear in the area of the sealing device and the mating surface of the housing of the water distributor.
