Elastic seals embracing vaned rotor on lateral sides are attached to sidewalls from inside.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of rotary lock sealing, simplified design and operation.

The objective of the invention is to simplify the design and operation of floodgates pneumocephalus device.

The problem is solved using the proposed floodgates pneumocephalus device, comprising a casing consisting of side and end walls and provided with input and output Windows, and installed inside vane rotor and the side walls of the housing are movable and provided with elastic seals covering the vane rotor from the sides.

The sluice feeder consists of a storage tower, a case with feeding and unloading connection pipes, mounted inside the case on a hollow bored shaft of a rotor wheel with blades. There are holes on the wall of the shaft, linked to the cavity of the shaft and the compartments of the rotor. There are detachable nozzles installed on the openings of the shaft with provision for rotation through a threaded joint. Openings in the nozzles are located at an angle to the axis of the nozzles. On the lateral surface the nozzle, openings are located along the perimeter. By changing the nozzle, the required speed of letting in gas into the layer of the material can be achieved, due to use of the nozzle with the required diameter and shape of the openings.

Said thrust plate is installed in charging branch pipe, it is attached at one side to wall of charging branch pipe housing, and at other side it is installed for displacement relative to said wall by means of adjusting device found on outer surface of branch pipe. Housing of charging branch pipe is rectangular, and thrust plate is installed for displacement to stop at arrangement at angle of 20-30° to housing of changing branch pipe. Proposed device comprises receiving device housing with loading hole, housing pitched surface and pneumo-separating channel. SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with grain-cleaning grading machines used in agriculture. The thrower consists of a bladed barrel, in the central part of which there is a receiving disk-shaped surface forming by means of cone-shaped surface a continuous stepped surface with the lower bearing disc. The barrel blades are composed of two blades joint among themselves by a hinge - a main fixed blade and an additional movable blade. The main blade is located in a radial direction and in longitudinal direction it consists from a triangular and a rectangular parts. The basic lobe is mounted on the circumference of the receiving disk-shaped surface with its apex of the triangular form facing the center and along the whole length of its lower side is fixed perpendicularly to the conical part of the stepped surface of the lower main disc. Rectangular parts of the blade are located on the periphery of the barrel and fixed between the ring-shaped disk surface of the lower stepped main disk and the surface of the upper ring-shaped disc. A tail butt of each main blade does not reach a directing cylindrical surface of the barrel and forms a clearance with it equal in height value = N. An additional mobile blade in a longitudinal section has a rectangular form. On the area of the outlet connection pipe location on the external circumference of the receiving disk surface there is a reflecting baffle. The additional movable blade may be made out of two fixed among themselves at an angle of flat rectangular parts. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a device intended for sorting of wood chips. The technical result is increased efficiency of sorting of wood chips by fractions. The device intended for sorting of wood chips (1) including the wood chips (11, 12) of different sizes as well as hexahedral cuttings with length, width, and thickness mainly smaller as compared with the above wood chips, and may be even smaller particles (13), exercises the sorting of the wood chips with the help of a pulsed action so, that the wood chips (11) with redundant width or smaller particles (13) or wood chips (11) with redundant width and smaller particles (13) separates from wood chips (1) for formation of a separate faction. At that the wood chips (11, 12) of different sizes and the smaller particles (13) are sorted separately from each other during their run by the different trajectories formed with the help of the pulsed action. The indicated device contains a feeding gear (6, 6 ') intended for delivery of the wood chips (1) onto the inclined bearing surface (2) for the wood chips sliding in direction to the indicated bearing surface (2) over a slot (3) passing across it. At that the indicated slot is made so, that under action of a continuous stream of a gas (4) a pulsed action is formed directed through it to the wood chips (11, 12) or to the smaller particles (13) located on one line with the slot (3). At that along the stream of the gas (4) generating the pulsed action and coming out of the slot (3) installed a plate (14) of a partition / guide to form a sucking action created by the stream of the gas (4), which simultaneously serves as a separating wall intended for a rejection of the smaller particles (13) so, that they from a separate faction.
