Fire resistant fabric

FIELD: textile, paper.

SUBSTANCE: fire-resistant fabric contains combined thread of warp and weft, which represents a two-component reinforced thread, where rod is represented by aramid complex thread of linear density 6.3-200 tex, and the second component in the form of braiding from yarn on the basis of oxydiazole with a ratio of turns 400-1000 twists per m and linear density of 10-200 at the following ratio of components (wt %): thread on the basis of aromatic copolyamide 10-50; yarn of fibre on the basis of oxydiazole 90-50. Fabric is made with warp fill ratio equal to weft fill ratio and making 1.1-1.3, aramid thread is thread on the basis of polyparaphenyleneterephthalamide, copolyparaphenyleneterephlal amide, polyparaphenylenebenzimidazoleterephlal amide, copolyparaphenylenebenzimidazoleterephthalamide, triple aromatic copolyamide.

The invention relates to the textile industry and can be used to generate tissues that are intended for the manufacture of clothing servicemen and employees of the fire and fire professions.

Known technical fabric, consisting of heat-resistant polyparaphenyleneterephtalamide main threads made in the form of a yarn linear density of 32 Tex×2 in combination with a comprehensive thread with step 8:1-2 or combined thread with a step of 30:2. The weft yarn is made either in the form of yarn from polyparaphenyleneterephtalamide fiber or filament yarn 29,4 or 58.8 Tex, or combination of yarns, which are two-component, which components constitute a single yarn and complex thread (EN 2103427 C1, 27.01.98).

This fabric has no ability to do makeup, as well as the necessary durability of fastening of the printed image.

Known protective fabric containing basis and duck combined two-component thread, consisting of integrated aramid yarn, twisted with the second component, cotton yarn. As aramid yarn used filament-based polyparaphenyleneterephtalamide and their copolymers (EN 2129173, IPC D150/00, publ. 20.04.1999).

The disadvantage of this fabric is the lack of fire and sitosterolemia properties without special treatment.

Most b is iscoe to declared fabric is flame resistant fabric, containing the base and duck combined thread, the first component which is a complex thread or yarn from fibers based on aromatic copolyamid twisted with the second component of yarn consisting of a fiber-based oxadiazole, single, double or triple-changer, and the thread or yarn of the first component has a linear density in the range from 10 to 200 Tex, and the second yarn component from 13 to 200 Tex in the following ratio of components thread wt.%: the thread or yarn from fibers based on aromatic copolyamid 80-45 yarn from fiber-based oxadiazole 20-55, this fabric has a surface density of not less than 80 g/m2(EN 2211263 C1, 27.08.2003).

The disadvantages specified tissue are low resistance to abrasive loads, low color stability to sitopaladi, limited color palette, the impossibility of obtaining a masking camouflage drawings in connection with the fact that the thread or yarn on the basis of aromatic copolyamid twisted yarn from fiber-based oxadiazole with your natural color, form the surface of the fabric, alternating between them, giving the fabric a yellow-orange tint.

The problem to which the invention is directed, is to eliminate these drawbacks.

Technical result achieved in danaesabatino, is the ability to create fabrics with a wide range of colors including camouflage masking with improved performance characteristics: high resistance to abrasive loads, color stability with respect to sitopaladi, high actuator properties.

The above-mentioned technical result is achieved by the fact that the fire-resistant fabric contains the basis and duck combined thread, the first component which is an aramid thread or yarn twisted with the second component of yarn consisting of a light-stabilized fiber-based oxadiazole. This combined filament is a bicomponent reinforced thread, which is in the form of a rod is used aramid complex thread or yarn with a linear density of 6.3-200 Tex, and the second component is in the form of a braid of yarn from fiber-based oxadiazole with the number of coils 400-1000 kr/m linear density of 10-200 Tex. The ratio of the components in the following thread wt.%: aramid thread or yarn 10-50 yarn from fiber-based oxadiazole 90-50. The fabric is performed by filling ratio on the basis of equal to filling ratio on a duck and a constituent of 1.1-1.3.

As aramid filaments or yarns are yarns or yarn on the basis of polyparaphenyleneterephtalamide, polyparaphenylenes adulterated and their copolymers, aromatic copolyamid (trademark Rusarabout), providing high strength and fire resistance.

The second component-based oxadiazole (trademark Arselon-S) provides temperature resistance, wear resistance, nakruchivaet.

Uniform filling of the fabric of fibrous material in the direction of the warp and weft increases the wear resistance of fabrics by increasing its support surface.

The use of bicomponent yarns in the fabric structure allows to obtain the most uniform distribution oxadiazolines component on the surface of the tissue, which promotes uniform coloring material in a variety of colors smooth dyeing, as well as obtaining on the fabric masking camouflage printed drawings, providing the indistinguishability of objects with a natural background and night vision devices, resistant sitopaladi. To give sadomasochistically properties of the fabric is further processed water emulsion organofluorine compounds.
