Duration of treatment is 50-60 minutes.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to eliminate preparatory processes of retanning and neutralisation, aqueous medium of treatment, drying of semi-finished fur article, using auxiliary materials and acids, reduces technological processes, provides for more sparing treatment.

The invention relates to light industry and can be used during the process of dyeing natural and synthetic fibrous materials, in particular for the dyeing of fur semi-finished product.

Existing technologies holding a liquid fur production processes provide significant consumption of water and discharge it into the runoff, requiring special construction of treatment facilities, occupying a huge area and value commensurate with the value of existing enterprise. In addition, a serious disadvantage of the conventional technology is the duration of impact processes working solutions in the structure of the dermis of the skin and subsequent bonding of the fibers and the charge is semi-finished with the water removal during primary drying.

There is a method of liquid treatment in the production of leather and fur, in which water is replaced with an organic solvent / reducing water use in the production of leather / Zurabyan K.M. and others - Leather and footwear industry, 1992, No. 1, p.34. The processes of tanning and dyeing is carried out in organic solvents - alcohol, acetone, infinitely miscible with water. Despite the good quality of the skin, this method has several disadvantages. Alternative manufacturing processes that use water and organic solvents, is processing material in an environment of carbon dioxide in the supercritical state. Ferri). The process is conducted in a sealed apparatus at a temperature of 80-120C, where under the pressure of 100-300 ATM is served CO2and dye. This technology allows you to paint bobbin thread entirely, but at very high temperatures of 100C.

Features of the structure and properties of fur semi-finished product stipulate a number of requirements for liquid treatment, a temperature of 60-65C, liquid ratio (LCD) 15-25, use of auxiliary materials, surfactants, acids, etc. and podgotovitelnaya the retanning and neutralization. All that is necessary to prepare the hair and the leather to the dyeing process. LCD protects hair from skolachivaniya and contributes to a better irrigation of the skins, the use of auxiliary substances necessary for uniform distribution of the dye in the hair structure and dermis, and the acid increases the diffusion of the binding of the dye with the active groups of the substrate. Temperature 60-65C is optimal for work and are harmless for hair and leather.

The closest analogue of the claimed invention is a method of dyeing of fur in organic solvents (RF patent No. 2280114 IPC D06 3/30 2006.)

Dyeing are in a dyeing bath containing dissolved in isopropyl alcohol, acid dye, taken in an amount of 1.3-1.5 g/l isopropyl alcohol in the amount of 4-6% of the volume of dye bath, tetrachlorethylene when liquid ratio (LCD) 20-25 and cationic surfactant, taken in an amount of 40-50% by weight of dye. During the process at 50-55C. is 2.0-2.5 hours. This is followed by rinsing fur tetrachloroethylene, and recovery of solvent dyeing and washing baths.

The disadvantage of this method is the large amount of wastewater, additional cleaning from organic solvents and unprocessed dyes.

The problem is solved as follows.

An example of the method.

Dyeing is carried out in a special high pressure installation, designed to work under the pressure of 50 MPa (493.58 ATM) at 350C. the intermediate product and the dye is put into the working chamber and hermetically closed. By eliminating water as a medium for dyeing of fur semi-finished completely disappear colored wastewater and a number of environmental problems associated with them, and hence the financial costs of treatment facilities.

This technology allows to process the semi-finished product in dry form. Thanks to this completely eliminates the energy-intensive process - drying.

The proposed method allows to reduce the consumption of dye.

The absence of auxiliary materials, surfactants and acids has a positive effect on physical and mechanical properties of semi-finished product: hair and the leather does not lose its elastic-plastic properties.

After dyeing, the semi-finished product has a deep uniform color as the hair and the leather.

The presented method allows to eliminate the preparatory processes - retanning and neutralization, water treatment, drying fur semi-finished product, the use of auxiliary materials and acids, reduces process up to 1 hour, about who has a more gentle treatment at a temperature of 40-60C.

Thus, the presented method allows to exclude the preparatory processes - retanning and neutralization, water treatment, drying fur semi-finished product, the use of auxiliary materials and acids, reduces process up to 1 hour, provides a more gentle treatment at a temperature of 40-60C.

This reduces the length of the process, eliminates the need for wastewater treatment plants, reduced technical and economic indicators improved physico-mechanical characteristics of fur semi-finished product, the color is more uniform throughout the thickness of the dermis and along the entire length of the hair.
