The present invention relates to a door of the household appliance in accordance with the restrictive part of paragraph 1 of the claims. This door is primarily intended for installation in washing, washing/drying or drying machines with a front or principally with front loading.

There are various doors electrical household appliance, in particular various doors washing, washing/drying or drying machines with a front or main front loading, which consist of forming an Assembly of at least two structural elements made of thermoplastic material. These structural elements are used for holding between them an additional element, in particular a transparent round glass part of the door that when the door is closed lets you see the inner part of the appliance. These structural elements can be connected together to form a unified block, or they can be joined using mechanical means, such as screws.

These connections between the structural elements of the door of the household appliance, made of thermoplastic material, have many shortcomings. First of all, such a connection is quite weak, causing squeaking when DV the position of the door, moreover, the volume of this noise increases during operation of the appliance, significantly reducing its quality from the point of view of the user. In addition, when assembling the door of force necessary to provide connectivity between its structural elements made of thermoplastic material (e.g., tightening torque when tightening mounting screws), cause significant stress, deforming structural elements made of thermoplastic material (with negative consequences for the door of the appliance), which sometimes may even cause damage to at least one structural element.

The present invention is to eliminate the above disadvantages by creating a door of a household appliance, a new type which is adapted for installation preferably in washing, washing/drying or drying machines with a front or principally with front loading.

This problem is solved by performing the door of the household appliance in accordance with the attached claims, which is an integral part of the present description.

The door of the household appliance, in particular a door washing, washing/drying or drying machines with a front or main front loading, according to the present invention includes several elements of thermoplastic material, moreover, at least two of these elements are interconnected by welding. This welding creates a permanent connection, which replaces the traditional detachable mechanical connection (such as, for example, connection by means of the fastening screws or locking connection), using the tension.

For welding at least two elements from a thermoplastic possible to use any well-known method of welding (vibration welding, ultrasonic welding, sealing, infrared welding, laser welding or spot welding).

The present invention together with its additional advantages will become more clear through the following detailed description and the accompanying drawings, which are presented as non-limiting example.

Figure 1 schematically shows a possible variant of the design of the door of the household appliance in accordance with the present invention, and this door may be, in particular, is installed in the washing, washing/drying or drying machines with a front or main front loading;

figure 2 schematically shows a possible embodiment of a door of the household appliance in accordance with the present invention, a perspective view with a spatial separation of the parts;

figure 3 schematically show is made from a thermoplastic separate entry door of the household appliance, shown in figure 2, in particular, the element is called the lower rear part.

Figure 1 shows a washing or washing/drying, or drying machine 1 for the service intended, generally, to perform at least one treatment in the form of washing and/or drying, in particular, the specified machine 1 is a machine with front loading. Such a machine 1 contains:

- tank to contain water or cleaning solution;

drum to accommodate textiles, mounted rotatably around its axis by means of an actuator;

the door 20 providing the user access to the drum;

- interface unit that provides the user the ability to select at least one program and/or one of the processing options available in the washing, washer/dryer, or drying machine 1, and/or displaying useful information.

Front side 4 contains a window that allows the user to have access to the drum for loading to be processed linen, or to retrieve the processed sheets. The door 20 is made and is is so, in the closed position, it completely covers the front side window 4, preventing leakage of water or cleaning solution from the tank of the machine, i.e. excluding the seepage of water between the front side 4 and a door 20. To allow the user to open the door 20, the latter is connected with front side 4 by means of one or more hinges 5A and 5B (figure 2), which allow the door 20 to rotate around the axis (usually the vertical axis). The advantage is that you can use so-called "180-degree" hinges, which provide the frame 20, the rotation angle of 180 degrees without touching the surrounding parts. Figure 2 shows a non-limiting example of implementation of the door 20, which represents a possible variant of the design of this door for a household appliance, in particular for washing, washer/dryer, or drying machine 1 with a front or main front loading in accordance with the present invention. In the specified embodiment of the present invention to connect the elements of the door 20, made of thermoplastic, the COI is used welding method, representing linear vibration welding. It should be clear that when welding two pieces of thermoplastic by linear vibration welding is used, the heat received by friction in the contact areas between the welded parts during movement of one part relative to another. Typically, one part is fixed and the other part is captured in the template and moves in a linear direction. This movement is captured in the pattern occurs with a certain frequency, which is usually 100 Hz or 240 Hz, and with a certain amplitude, usually from 1.8 mm to 4.0 mm at a frequency of 100 Hz, or from 0.7 mm to 1.8 mm at a frequency of 240 Hz. In addition, when the relative movement of both parts are pressed to each other to increase the generated due to friction in the contact areas between these parts of the warmth. As soon as the heat will melt the appropriate amount of thermoplastic material, the relative movement of both parts is stopped and the formed weld platen of a weld between two parts that are still under pressure to solidification of the molten plastic material. The result is the formation of one part of two parts.

In accordance with the embodiment of the invention shown in figure 2, the door 20 includes the following three constructi the data element from a thermoplastic: the rear part 8, the front part 9 and the Central item 10.

The rear part 8 is used to support other structural members of the door 20, which is still attached to her by linear vibration welding. Round glass part 12 of the door is preferably made of a transparent material, for example glass, which, among other things, allows the user to see the inner part of the appliance when the door is closed 20. This round glass part 12 of the door includes:

Round glass part 12 of the door is attached to the rear part 8 through the Central part 10, preferably made of ABS plastic. The Central part 10 includes a surface 30 having the shape of a truncated cone, essentially coaxially to the hole 22 in the rear part 8, and the diameter of the grounds and the opening angle of the truncated cone correspond to the diameter and the slope of the side surface 42 round glass part 12 of the door. Figure 3 shows two illustrative but non-limiting example of implementation of the above means on the rear part 8:

mounting means 27A and 27B, essentially consisting of two one dimensional profiles, which simultaneously facilitates the positioning of the Central part 10 relative to the rear part 8 and determine the direction of a linear sliding of the Central part 10 and the rear part 8 in the welding process (shown in figure 3 installation means 27A and 27B are adapted to implement the linear vibration welding vertical direction relative sliding between the Central part 10 and the rear part 8);

The front part 9, preferably made of SAN plastic or polycarbonate (or respectively on Rabotnov ABS plastic), is the only visible part of the door 20 in the closed position; therefore, in addition to structural features, it also has an aesthetic function. Specified front part 9 includes a gripping element 3, which allows the user to open the door 20 of the machine from the front or main front loading to make the effort required to output latch 6 from the clamp. In accordance with a preferred embodiment of the invention the gripping element 3 is located in the upper part of the front part 9, providing superior ergonomics washing, washing machine/dryer or tumble dryer. To improve the ergonomics is also supported by the built-in gripping element of the soft parts, which makes this clamping tool more user-friendly. The front part 9 made so as to allow the user to see the inner part of the washing machine when the door is closed 20, for which at least the Central part 7 of the front part 9 should be transparent, because the front part 9 has holes corresponding to the glass of the circular part 12 of the door.

From the description it becomes clear as the execution of the door 20 in accordance with the present invention allows to overcome the disadvantages inherent in the known doors. Indeed, upon completion of the welding process is made from a thermoplastic structural elements of the door 20 form a single structural element. Welding creates the integrity of the material between the above-mentioned components, which thus become monolithic structural element. It is clear that this significantly reduces squeaking, typical for the famous doors of thermoplastic, as fixed friction (as well as any noise that is its result) between the various component parts of the door 20. In addition, welding is used in the manufacture of doors in accordance with the present invention, allows to eliminate all split from the Union, which can become loose during operation of the appliance, leaving the door 20 has an essentially constant strength and integrity throughout service life.

In this case, the means of the interface are easily pulled out of the door, therefore, can be repaired or replaced in case of breakage, preventing their proper functioning. In this respect means the interface can be placed within the compartment (the compartment marked with the reference number 23)provided in the rear part of the door, and they can be attached to the door by means of detachable connections, such as screws and/or snap-on parts. Tools interface must also be accompanied by an appropriate power source. For this purpose, the supply means of the interface power cable and any other to the whites for data transmission can be conducted from the inside of the door inner part of the said compartment appliance near or through one of the hinges of the door.

From this description it is clear that for the manufacture of doors household appliance, in particular washing, washing machine/dryer or tumble dryer with front or principally with front-loading, in accordance with the present invention it is necessary to use a new method, which is also the subject of the present invention. The main idea of this method is to produce a door of the household appliance by performing at least one step of the weld between the two parts of thermoplastic. A possible way of making the appropriate present invention doors electrical household appliance, in particular doors, washing, washer/dryer or tumble dryer with front or principally with front-loading, and this door includes first, second, third and fourth parts, of which at least first, second and third parts are made of thermoplastic material, and the first part has at least one hole and an annular surface surrounding the opening indicated, and the fourth part has at least one annular surface includes the following steps, which are:

a) positioning a fourth item inside the holes of the first part so that the annular surface is the fourth part in contact with the annular surface of the first part;

b) positioning the second part relative to the first part;

g) positioning the third part relative to the first part and

D.) attach the third item of the first part by welding, and the second part and the fourth part is placed between the third item and the first item.

In accordance with the preferred embodiment of this method used in steps b) and/or d) the welding processes are linear vibration welding.

This method can be used for the manufacture of door 20, corresponding to the previously described variant of execution, shown in figure 2, where the first item is the rear part 8, the second part is a Central part 10, the third item is the front part 9 and the fourth part is a round glass part 12 of the door.

The door of the household appliance and a corresponding method of its manufacture according to the present invention has been described with reference to a specific example implementation of one embodiment of the design, but it is clear that it can be made various changes to specialists in this field without departing from the scope of the invention defined by the attached formula.

Locking unit has lock main body equipped with protrusions and retaining openings in its opposite sides, and lock cover having openings for accommodation of protrusions, and retaining openings provided at cover opposite sides. Protrusions are formed in active part protruding from carrier part of lock main body, and retaining openings are formed in carrier part, immediately under protrusions. Openings for accommodation of protrusions are provided in portion protruding from edge of cover lock planar portion, and retaining protrusions are formed at ends of lock cover protruding portion. On introducing of lock cover into main body of lock, protrusions become embraced with openings for accommodation of protrusions, and retaining protrusions are introduced into retaining openings. Such construction allows lock cover to be assembled with lock main body for one operation.

SUBSTANCE: door hinge is coupling member between door and front wall of washing machine. Hinge consists of boy and at least one lever, built-in into body. Body is connected to doorset of front wall at least by means of one lever, connected to door. Hinge is manufactured by method of casting of plastic material in corresponding mould.

EFFECT: creation of hinge durable enough, in order to withstand external action, and allowing low weight, that provides decreasing of total weight of washing machine.

FIELD: private use articles.

SUBSTANCE: laundry washer of drum type consists of case, of washing drum functioning as drying hopper, of door block, of door opening button, of opening/closing actuating device and of locking device. The case has an aperture on its front side. The door block of a round shape closes the aperture of the case. The door opening button is equipped with the first pivoting shaft, the opening/closing actuating device is equipped with the second pivoting shaft and the device is designed to turn under hold down force applied to the door opening button. In the position of aperture case closing the locking device for fixation of the door block operates in interconnected motion with the opening/closing actuating device, and it releases the door block changing its closed state to an open one under hold down force applied the door opening button. The door block is oriented so, that normal of the first pivoting shaft is inclined relative to the second pivoting shaft and is directed to the centre of the door block.

EFFECT: facilitating high controllability of laundry washer due to decreased hold down force applied to control button.

SUBSTANCE: washing machine of drum type includes hatch, which is formed by unit of hatch having through opening. Using through opening user may observe washing process from outside. Besides washing machine comprises transparent cover of hatch, closing hatch unit. Multiple engagement eyes protruding backwards are arranged on back side of hatch cover periphery. Multiple stop holes of engagement for reception of engagement eyes and elastic engagement of eyes with engagement sections are arranged at hatch unit to prevent slippage of eyes. Eyes and openings form multiple fixed sections, which are tightly pressed, and hatch cover is fixed at hatch unit. Parts of hatch cover surface complying with fixed sections are arranged so that light is refracted or scattered inside, when light passes through hatch cover.

EFFECT: simplified design and reduced cost of washing machine manufacturing.

SUBSTANCE: door of domestic electrical appliance, in particular washing, washing-drying or drying machine with frontal load includes several structural elements of thermoplastic. At least two of specified elements are connected to each other by means of welding. Door comprises back part made of ABS-plastic and provided with a hole surrounded with circular surface. Door may include the first, the second, the third and the fourth parts. At least the first, the second and the third parts are made of thermoplastic material. The first part has at least one hole and surrounding circular surface, and the fourth part has at least one circular surface. Method of door manufacturing includes the following stages, where: a) the fourth part is positioned inside hole of the first part so that circular surface of the fourth part contacts with circular surface of the first part; b) the second part is positioned relative to the first part; c) the second part is connected to the first part by means of welding of linear vibration type, and at the same time the fourth part is placed between the second part and the first part; d) the third part is positioned relative to the first part; e) the third part is connected to the first part by means of welding, at the same time the second part and the fourth part are placed between the third and the first parts.

EFFECT: elimination of deforming stresses generated in process of door unit assembly.

Collar of elastic material provides for water-tight connection of edge of front loading hole of tank for washing solution with loading hole of body. Hatch that closes loading hole of body, has nozzle in the form of truncated cone at inner side, convex towards to inner part of drum. Surface of hatch nozzle has at least one cut, starting in the area of maximum diametre of truncated cone and forming increasing crescent-shaped surface, stretching along surface in direction of inner part of drum to area of minimum diametre of truncated cone.

Decorative pad arranged between door device and door cover includes the second window, corresponding to the first window, and multiple second engaging tabs, protruding backwards at its back surface along external periphery of decorative pad. Door device comprises the second holes for tabs, which may engage with the second engaging tabs by means of the second stops available at inner surface of door device. Door cover on its surface and in area corresponding to at least first holes for tabs comprises parts of surface, through which light falling from inner space of door cover is scattered and transmitted.
