Mechanical power amplifier

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mechanical power amplifiers and can be used in power installations. The power amplifier consists of a crankshaft coupled with a toggle joints by means of a connecting rod and of a slider. The slider performs reciprocal motions and with its one end it is tied with one toggle joint. A mechanism of motion conversion is conjugated to the slider on its another end. The said mechanism has an output shaft and is designed for conversion of reciprocal motion of the slider into a rotary motion of the output shaft. The crankshaft and toggle joints travel through the position of toggle joints twice straightening per one revolution of the crankshaft.

EFFECT: transfer of all power produced on slider to another mechanism.

The invention relates to mechanical engineering, energy, namely to strengthen the capacity of sources of mechanical energy.

Known mechanical amplifier - knee-lever press uses thrust forces to convert the small magnitude of the external force in large pressure force (see RF patent №2298479).

The disadvantages of the known mechanical amplifier are that it has a manual actuator of the knee-lever mechanism, as well as the fact that its design does not allow allocated on the RAM capacity to use other mechanisms.

Also known mechanical power, which the press slide kinematically connected with the mechanism for converting reciprocating motion into rotational motion of the output shaft, which allows you to use part of the power slide to another mechanism, in this case, the carriage and the gripping body for the processed material (SU 1346305 A1, 23.10.1987, B21D 43/02).

The disadvantage of this mechanical amplifier is the inability to use all the power allocated to the slider, for other mechanisms without losing its main function related to the processing of materials by pressing.

Closest to the claimed invention is a mechanical amplifier, made by A.S. SU 384690 A, 21.09.1973, WV 1/02, W which has a crankshaft, kinematically connected by a connecting rod and connecting rod with knee levers, and the slider having the opportunity reciprocating motion and is associated with one side with one knee lever. The energy parameter of the mechanical amplification of the amplifier is the pressure of the slide on the object being processed.

The question about the source of energy necessary for the operation of the pressure force Q. to do this we must consider the nature of this force. On the basis of Fig.27 (see Smerg, ibid) power pressure Q is equal to:

In the hinge O (Fig.27, Smerg, ibid) two interact is equal to but oppositely directed force R2and. These forces on the basis of Newton's third law applied to different bodies, but they at the same time, forces are of the same nature (see Herod I.E. Mechanics. The basic laws. M.: BINOM, 2006, p.44). By their nature, powers R2andare the elastic reaction forces at the hinge, there are potential forces (see physics Course. Book 1. Physical principles of mechanics. The textbook/Under the editorship Gaardsoe. M: The High. HQ., 2004, p.115). According to the last formula the pressure Q is inherently consistent with the nature of the reaction R2in the hinge O, i.e. the pressure force is also a potential strength.

When people talk about sweaty the territorial forces, you mean that these forces manifest themselves only in the power of potential fields (see Herod I.E. Mechanics. The basic laws. M.: BINOM, 2006, p.98-100). This means that the potential power pressure Q generated power potential field. In addition, the relationship between the potential and the potential field shows that in accordance with the law of conservation of energy work potential strength leads to a decrease of the potential energy field producing this effect (see Herod IE, ibid, p.101). Therefore, when the operation of the mechanical amplifier power pressure Q is doing work due to the energy potential of the field.

The loss of potential energy fields during the operation of the mechanical amplifier indicates that the potential field is an external auxiliary source of energy for him. The magnitude of this loss is equal to the value of the executed force Q. The potential energy of the field is transferred to the mechanical amplifier only in the form (see M. Jaworski, Del. The Handbook of physics. M., Nauka, 1974, p.58).

The famous and claimed invention include the following, matching signs, such as the crankshaft, through which the connecting rod is connected with the knee lever, the slider having the opportunity reciprocating motion and is associated with one side with one knee lever.

The disadvantages of the known mechanism is that what you cannot use it to gain power sources of mechanical energy, such as engines, as well as highlighted on slide the power for operating other mechanisms.

This disadvantage is due to the fact that the mechanism is an integral part of the crankshaft of the press, made by A.S. SU 384690 A, 21.09.1973, WV 1/02, has an energy parameter gain - pressure, and also that he has no devices that transform the reciprocating motion of the slide into rotational motion of the output shaft, which should be selected allocated to it reinforced the power.

The objective of the invention is to provide such a mechanical amplifier that would allow her to use to gain power sources of mechanical energy, such as engines used in stationary and mobile objects in everyday life and at work, and would transfer all selected on the slider power to another mechanism.

To achieve the objectives of the claimed invention "Mechanical amplifier" contains the crankshaft, through which the connecting rod is connected with the knee lever, the slider having the opportunity reciprocating motion and is associated with one side with one knee lever, and having an output shaft mechanism ol the education movement, designed to convert the reciprocating motion of the slide into rotational motion of the output shaft. The mechanism of transformation of the motion is kinematically connected with the slide on the other side. While the crankshaft and knee levers are made with the possibility of double passage of the straightening of bent levers for one revolution of the crankshaft.

In relation to well-known mechanism in the claimed invention are the hallmarks, namely, that the mechanical power amplifier equipped with a kinematically associated with the slide on the other side of the mechanism for converting motion, having an output shaft and designed for converting reciprocating motion of the slide into rotational motion of the output shaft and the crankshaft and knee levers are made with the possibility of double passage of the straightening of the knee levers for one revolution of the crankshaft.

Between the features and object of the invention is the following cause-and-effect relationship. In the claimed invention the energy parameter gain is power. In order for the output link of the mechanical amplifier allocated power in the practice of engineering is taken as the output link to apply shaft, which is communicates moment and rotational movement with a certain number of revolutions per unit of time. The input element of the claimed invention is the crankshaft attached to the object gain. Under the action of the object gain for one revolution of the crankshaft of the knee levers in a double rectification report to the slider reciprocating motion. When straightening the knee levers slider gaining momentum and speed, the product of the values which equal power allocated to the slider. To transmit the selected power slide output shaft, it is necessary kinematically connecting the slide with the other hand to the connection with the knee-lever mechanism for converting motion, having an output shaft. The mechanism of transformation of the motion converts the reciprocating motion of the slide into rotational motion of the output shaft can be withdrawn enhanced power to operate mechanisms.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing, which shows a diagram of a mechanical amplifier.

Mechanical power amplifier consists of a crankshaft 1, the connecting rod 2, the knee levers 3 and 4, the slider 5 and the mechanism for converting movement 6 with the output shaft 7. Shown on the drawing and the object gain 8.

The operation of the mechanical amplifier is as follows.

The object of strengthening 8, at the same time as the mechanical drive from the elites power, rotate the crankshaft 1, which, through the connecting rod 2 and knee levers 3 and 4 reports the slide 5 reciprocating motion, with the working and idle strokes. Working stroke of the RAM 5 is connected with the straightening of the knee levers 3 and 4, in which the slide 5 acquires the power and speed of movement. Kinematically coupled with the slide 5, the mechanism for converting movement 6 converts the reciprocating motion of the slide 5 in the rotational movement of the output shaft 7, which is removed enhanced power to operate other mechanisms.

With proper selection of the angles of deflection of the knee levers 3 and 4, their lengths and the length of the crank of the crankshaft 1 is achieved by the initial value of the gain close to unity. This may be provided for one revolution of the crankshaft 1 double passing of the provisions of straightening the knee levers 3 and 4, which leads to a double selection on the output shaft 7 enhanced power.

Declared "Mechanical amplifier" is of considerable interest, as it allows, without turning to traditional sources of energy, to strengthen the capacity of the source of mechanical energy, for example the engine.

The claimed invention is environmentally safe for man and nature.

SUBSTANCE: device for conversion of rotation into oscillating motion consists of shaft rotating around lengthwise axis, of rotary shaft performing reciprocal-rotary motion around lengthwise axis and of mechanism of conversion of shaft rotation into reciprocal rotary motion of rotary shaft. The shaft has a straight section coaxial to its rotation axis and Z-shaped working section. Lengthwise axis of a middle part of the working section makes acute angle with rotation axis; value of this angle is two times less, than specified sweep of the rotary shaft. Symmetry centre of the middle part of the Z-shaped section coincides with axis of shaft rotation. Also the said mechanism of rotation conversion includes the middle part of the Z-shaped working section rotating in a cavity of a hub swinging in an aperture of a fork. The fork is rigidly fixed on an end of rotary shaft; also joints of the shaft and the rotary shaft are rigidly fixed in space.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rodless rotation drives and can be used in internal combustion engines. Proposed converter comprises two crankshafts, two rods with their tail heads coupled with pistons and center heads coupled with centre crankshaft crank axle, hypocyclic mechanism and planetary mechanism of back stroke. Planetary mechanism comprises stationary crown gear with inner gearing, movable pinion frame with three journals and three planet pinions with outer gearing fitted on said journals. Note here that one of said planets pinions consists of two rims with gear ration of 2/3 or multiple of 12/18 and is coupled with aforesaid rod.

EFFECT: invention allows using proposed mechanism in both one-cylinder and multi-cylinder engines with cylinders arranged at whatever angle.

Proposed press comprises foundation with cylinder with piston rigidly secured therewith. Said piston is licked via rod with slider of actuator consisting of crank and rod. Besides proposed press comprises compressor and internal air lines incorporating gates, check valves, inlet and adjustable outlet valves to communicate cylinder chamber with the compressor, outer air lines and atmosphere. Note here that pressure is generated inside said cylinder to act on slider with constant force when it moved from the start of plastic deformation beginning to its extreme position. Besides force acting on the slider can be decreased to zero when it moves from its extreme operating position to extreme initial position.

Proposed press comprises fixed front and rear posts connected by top and bottom braces. Front post accommodates main power cylinder with plunger. Movable crossarm is arranged between said posts. Said press incorporates housing representing thin-wall tube with length H, whereon two centering ribs representing segments are arranged. Diametre of segments makes 0.3 H and 0.76 H. Besides three stiffness ribs are regularly arranged on said tube. Faceplate is secured on one end face of aforesaid tube jointed to said stiffness ribs. Nut is axially fixed on said bed that can rotate in one direction driven by separate drive. Screw is articulated with said nut arranged on said slide to be turned by separate drive. Slide working strokes are caused by screw turns in forward and back rotation. Nut rotational speed is smaller than that of screw.

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: inventions are related to forming systems for production of high precision parts intended for instance to connect optical fibres. Installation for manufacturing of parts comprises puncheon, die, accessory that supports die, and device for puncheon alignment. Specified device is equipped with shaft for direction of puncheon versus die. Puncheon and shaft are arranged with flat surface. Shaft has dimensions and shape that provide for location of puncheon with sliding contact of its flat surface and flat surface of shaft with absence of intermediate movable parts. In installation there is system provided for mechanical transfer of force from press to puncheon. Besides puncheon is separated from slider and is placed into shaft until force is transferred from slider. System for making of parts includes press and at least one die stamping unit. Unit comprises installation for manufacturing of parts. System may be used to manufacture parts with allowance within the limits of 1000 nanometres. These parts may be used in optoelectronics.

EFFECT: invention provides for improved efficiency of precision parts manufacturing and improvement of their quality.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal deformation process and can be used in press plant. Lever mechanism of press contains toggle, slider, two trijugate links and closing connecting rod. Connecting rods are symmetrically installed relative to geometrical axis of punch movement. Sliders, connecting rods and two trijugate links form pentagonal closed variable contour.

EFFECT: there is provided improving of pressing, reduction of load of separated links of press mechanism.

FIELD: machining by pressure.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of machining by pressure and may be used in presses for pressing powder-shaped masses, in particular, the metal powder-shaped masses. The press contains at least one connecting rod, a crankshaft and a connected with it and capable to rotate gear with an eccentric crankshaft drive for driving the unit of the upper plunger. The gear is set in rotation at least by one engine using at least one worm gearing. The press is equipped with electronic control, which is supplied with a function of a reversing mode of operation of the crankshaft. At the press operation a run of the unit of the upper plunger is reversed shortly before reaching of the upper and-or the lower dead point of the eccentric crankshaft drive. The second alternative of operation of the press offers to regulate a run of the unit of the upper plunger so, that the lower dead point of the eccentric crankshaft drive is passing a short way. In result the invention ensures an increase of accuracy of produced pressed items and an over-all performance, and also an increase of the performance index of efficiency of the press operation and expansion of its operational capabilities.

EFFECT: the invention ensures increased accuracy of produced pressed items, over-all performance, increased performance index of the press operation efficiency and expansion of its operational capabilities.
