SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, and can be used for medicine delivery into the conjunctival cavity. The dropper comprises a medicine container and a drop generator with a through channel, a rim and a rim bearing support provided with an internal cavity for medicine portion heating in the internal cavity of the bearing support. The internal cavity is connected with an outlet of the container and L-shaped drop generator provided on the bearing support and connected via the through channel with the cavity of the bearing support. The tank is integrated with the rim and has an elastic external wall for pressing at drop supply, a mouth with a crimp cap for container filling with a medicine and an outlet of the container provided in the rim body.

EFFECT: invention promotes elimination of patient's eye irritation accompanying the medicine introduction due to temperature conformity of the introduced preparation to body temperature.

The invention relates to medical equipment and can be used for independent outpatient or inpatient drip make drugs into the conjunctival cavity.

To account drops and making medicines exist dropper made integral with the reservoir for a drug, removable drip, which is put on the outlet of the reservoir with the drug after its opening, and a conventional pipette. The basic requirements that apply to the droppers, is ease of use, compactness, safety and efficiency.

The most famous and traditional are the dropper in the form of tubes, fitted with a rubber cap. They operate on the principle of pipettes and sold in pharmacies separately from tanks with drugs. Drops for external application (ear, eye, etc.) can be dosed using flask-droppers with ground stoppers in the form shapers drops-pipettes (Medical encyclopedia. - M.: Soviet encyclopedia, vol.10, s, 1979). The main disadvantages described droppers include: the fragility, the inconvenience of operation, especially for individual use.

The closest technical solution to the claimed device is selected as a prototype at trojstvo droppers for medicines (Patent RF №2241497, IPC7AM 5/14, bull. No. 27 dated 10.12.2004)containing a reservoir of a drug and shaper drops in the form of through-channels.

The main disadvantage characteristic of the observed structures is the absence of a specified temperature regime introduced drug. Typically, the dropper is placed in a special storage location, and its temperature corresponds to the temperature of the storage location, which, as a rule, below the human body temperature at 10-15°C. With the introduction of a drug into the eye, the patient feels severe irritation due to temperature differences, leading to a reflex closure of the eyes and the extrusion of the drug from the eye cavity. At the same time, the instillation into the eye slit of eye medications at body temperature of the patient blepharospasm missing.

The objective of the invention is to eliminate the irritation of the patient's eye in the conduct of the medicinal product, as well as improving facilities for individual use droppers to administration of drugs.

The solution of the problem is due to the fact that the dropper provided with a frame for glasses, made in one with the rim of the tank, having: an elastic outer wall for pressing when the supply drops, the neck with screw cap for filling the reservoir of drug-ven Raton, the outlet of the reservoir, located in the body frame; a support element of a frame made with an internal cavity for heating portions of the drug in the cavity of the support element, the latter being connected with the outlet of the tank and g-neck shaper drops mounted on the supporting element and connected through a channel with a cavity of the support element.

Eliminating irritation of the patient's eye is provided by heating portions of a medicinal product, which is in the cavity of the support element, to a temperature of human body due to the contact of the support element spectacle frame with the human body.

Moreover, the supporting element is made of a material with high thermal conductivity (>10 W/(m·K)), and the volume of the internal cavity is 1-2 ml, which corresponds to one portion of the drug.

Convenience is due to the fact that the patient for administration of a drug is not necessary to have recourse to foreign persons Wearing dropper in the shape of the frame provides a constant willingness dropper to the procedure of administration of the drug, however one must tilt the head back and make a finger (fingers) on the elastic wall of the tank, placed on the frame. In this case, placing the l-shaped shaper drops in line with the th element of the frame at a distance of 8-10 mm from the reference plane (in fact, the nose of the patient) ensures that a drop of the drug on the edge of the cavity of the human eye and eliminates unwanted reflex the reaction of the patient in contact drops from the eyeball.

However, the embodiment of the invention it is necessary to consider the design of the frame using two separate dropper for each of the patient's eye, because for each eye can be used in various medicinal preparations.

The invention is illustrated in the following drawings: figure 1 is a dropper for medicines (top view); 2 - the same (section a-a); 3 - the same (section b-B).

The requested dropper for drugs is a frame for glasses 1 (shown one half of the tank with the medicinal product 2 with the elastic wall 3, the neck of the tank with a screw cap 4, the discharge opening 5, the support element of the frame 6 with an internal cavity 7, l-shaped shaper drops 8 with a through channel 9.

Preparation dropper. Unscrew the ring cover 4 and injected the drug into the reservoir 2 through the discharge outlet 5 of the tank 3 is filled and the inner cavity 7 of the support element 6 of the frame 1. After filling the system, close the tank 2 by a cover 4.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to medicine, namely to surgery, and may be used in treatment of patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with diuretic-resistant ascites. For this purpose under local anesthesia, fully implantable peritoneal port-system is installed into subcutaneous fat. Catheter of port-system is inserted into abdominal cavity with implantation to rectus muscle of abdomen by cuff, installing its working end into iliac fossa and connecting to port. System for transfusion passed through infusion pump is connected to port-system, connecting venous end of system for transfusion with subclavian vein. Prior to and after reinfusion, ascitic fluid is radiated with low-energy helium-neon laser with laser power at the outlet of 10 MW, exposure of 10-15 minutes, wave length of 0.63 mcm in continuous mode. Reinfusion of ascitic fluid is carried out with the rate of 15-20 ml per minute, fractionally by 500-700 ml with interval of 5-7 minutes, daily in volume of 1.5-2.5 l with reduction of initial volume to 1.05-0.55 l.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of postoperational complications development due to fractional introduction of autoascitic fluid and its radiation.

Housing encases cavity extended in axial direction, with top and bottom end parts. Pump is mounted close to bottom end part of cavity and includes vessel with first wall fixed in the cavity and second wall moving freely against the first wall inside cavity between full and empty cavity positions. FIELD: medicine, in particular, transportation of sterile liquids by means of process and apparatus preventing creation of back liquid flow of, for example, blood products into source of sterile replacement liquid.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has adjustable pinching valve located within pipe part along which sterile replacement liquid is fed into outer system. According to one of embodiments, method involves adjusting valve by means of control unit on the basis of liquid pressure above and below said valve, pressure values being obtained respectively by means of pressure sensor positioned upstream of liquid flow and pressure sensor positioned downstream of liquid flow. Valve is preferably opened only when pressure downstream of liquid flow exceeds pressure upstream of liquid flow. This allows replacement liquid to flow only in one direction when pinching valve is in closed position to provide for full closing of pipe. The result is that blood will not contaminate sterile liquid because blood will not get into pipe in case of pressure fluctuations.

SUBSTANCE: system is usable for introducing liquid medication to the patient in performing his/her physical condition monitoring, that is, the liquid is introduced under expired air control with given component under observation. The monitoring system has interface unit, the infusion pump unit, and capnographic unit. The infusion pump unit is used for introducing liquid medication to the patient, including anesthetizing, anesthetizing or somnifacient drugs introduction. Capnographic unit allows controlling air, exhaled by the patient, in particular, final flux and reflux levels of carbon dioxide gas content in expired air and frequency of breath. Capnographic unit giving instructions to the interface unit that final flux and reflux level of carbon dioxide gas content in expired air and frequency of breath have reached the values violating certain reference values stored in memory, the interface unit starts producing visual and acoustic alarm signals and controls infusion pump unit operation by modifying air flow or by switching-off the pump unit. In controllable anesthesia application cases, the interface unit can block bolus dozes of anesthetizing drug supplied to patient under control until they will be repeatedly set by qualified medical personnel or until measured capnographic sizes will return to their normal variation range. The interface unit also has communication ports, which the interface unit can use for submitting signals to external devices to warn the medical personnel.
