Method of reducing spontaneous aggregation of erythrocyres in case of stable stenocardia of 1-st functional class and arterial hypertension

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to hematology and cardiology and can be applied for reduction of spontaneous aggregation of erythrocytes (SAE) in case of stable stenocardia of I-II functional class (SS I-II FC) and arterial hypertension (AH). Substance of clamed method consists in the following: 2 month-long complex of hypolipodemic diet, dosed static and dynamic physical activities, which include morning hygienic gymnastics, medical-preventive gymnastics, separate physical activities during the day, daily swimming for not less than 30 min. per day in the middle of the day, intake of lisinopril in dose 10 mg 1 time per day in the morning and simvastatine 20 mg 1 time per day after meal.

EFFECT: combined application of all components allows normalising of SAE of patients with SS of I-II functional class and arterial hypertension due to exponentiation of their medical action during 2 months of treatment.

Analogues of the proposed method of reducing the spontaneous aggregation of erythrocytes (SAE) in patients with stable angina I-II functional class (SS I-II FCL) and arterial hypertension (AH) does not exist.

For the correction of SS I-II FL used lipid-lowering diet and statins, including simvastatin, in the scheme of treatment of hypertension often prescribed ACE inhibitors, including lisinopril, in the correction pattern of patients with SS I-II FCL and hypertension often includes physical exercise and swimming.

In preparing this proposal was tasked to develop an effective and affordable way to reduce aggregation of erythrocytes in patients with SS I-II FCL and AG, which would solve the problem of correction of coronary atherosclerosis and hypertension, with a simultaneous normalization of SAE and thereby prevention in a wide number of patients with SS I-II FCL and AG development of myocardial infarction, cerebral stroke and thrombosis of different localization.

After 2 months of treatment indicators aggregation of erythrocytes (CPA=4,3, PA=1,19, PNA=84,2%) normalized, indicating a normalization of the AOC of the patient.

The use of the proposed correction method SAE in Hematology and cardiology will help to avoid many of the vascular complications in patients with SS I-II FCL and AH, they reduce the number of cases of temporary disability, to reduce the duration of hospitalization, reduce morbidity and mortality.
