The technical FIELD

The invention relates to a wrapper for a packaged absorbent product. The wrap includes a protective layer.

The LEVEL of TECHNOLOGY

Mostly known for packing a single absorbent products mentioned type by the introduction of the packaging wrapper. So get a small convenient package that can easily and conveniently be stored in a handbag or pocket and from which the product can optionally be removed. The most common type of material used as a packaging wrapper for absorbent articles of the type described are thin colored plastic films, which are usually relatively tightly stretched around the absorbent product inside the packaging wrapper.

When the user changes the used absorbent article on a new clean absorbent article, usually the user wants to clean the genital area from any physiologists the definition of liquids, remaining in this area after removal of the used absorbent products. In addition, the user may also want to clean the surface of the seats or similar before sitting down. In both cases, for cleaning the user then uses the cleanser, such as a napkin or piece of paper. The problem arises when this cleanser is not available, because the environment there is a cleanser, and the user has forgotten to bring cleanser. Then the new absorbent product is used without cleaning the genital area and the user needs to stand instead of sit.

There is therefore a need to improve the process of changing absorbent products to eliminate the above problems.

DISCLOSURE of INVENTIONS

The invention is intended to solve the above problems by introducing a wrapper for absorbent products, and wrap includes a protective layer and is characterized by the fact that the wrapper includes a first functional layer attached to the protective layer, giving the wrap multi-functionality.

The advantage of the invention is the versatility wrap, which protects the absorbent product, and provides the user with postojannye to the functional layer, which can be used as a cleaning agent or the like when the replacement of the used absorbent product with new absorbent product cleanser is part of the wrapper in the form of the first functional layer and, consequently, is always at hand.

In this document absorbent article refers to hygienic products used on underwear for protection from physiological fluids, such as menstrual flow and urine, and other fluids that are released from the holes in the genital area. The absorbent product refers to the product in case of incontinence for men and women, as well as to protective products during menstruation for women. A typical absorbent article includes a multilayer structure that includes permeable to liquid top layer that is impermeable to liquid protective layer and the absorbent core portion between them.

The term “layer” in theory refers to a thin object that includes one or more materials having two major opposing surfaces, elongated, essentially parallel to the plane and have, essentially, one or more pre-defined and dominant properties. The protective layer can also be applied to the first functional layer. Coverage refers to the way in which to substance/material that may not be supported by its own structure, for example for a material in liquid form, use the first functional layer as a structure of the substrate. For example, a material designed to form a protective layer is applied to the first functional layer at one temperature and is attached to the first functional layer during the hardening of the material at low temperature. However, this coating is known from the prior art and it is possible to make a number of well-known methods.

<> In another embodiment, the protective layer can be made by soaking partially or completely one of the opposite surfaces of the layer of material and where the first functional layer is formed on the other opposite covered surface. The protective layer and the first functional layer can be made of razlichyvali materials, mixed so that the first fibrous material is predominant in one surface of the wrapper and gradually decreases toward the opposite surface, where the predominant second fibrous material. In addition, the wrapper of the invention can also be used as the main wrapper for packaging a number of absorbent products, and each product is packaged in a wrapper according to the invention. In one embodiment of the invention, the first functional layer can be applied on the inside of the wrapper, and the first functional layer includes an additive in the form of active substances for the treatment of the body, such as a lotion or antibacterial agent, or wetting agent, or soap, or agent for odor control, or perfume, or any other suitable substance or active agent.

EP 0850617 examines the various classes of agents for odor control, known from the prior art according to their mechanisms of action when used with disposable absorbent articles. The first class of agents for odor control consists of compounds that affect the metabolism of bacteria in order to avoid or lower the receipt of metabolites with an unpleasant smell from the physiological fluid; such agents can be bactericides or bacteriostatic and is usually available as a water-soluble compound. The second class of agents for odor control includes the hat connection usually in the form of particles, which are able to adsorb into its structure odorous substances, such as those that are already essentially in physiological fluids, and those that are obtained by the metabolism of bacteria. Another class of agents for odor control includes fragrances, which are significantly mask the unpleasant smells; you can also use-activated moisture encapsulated perfume particles, in which odorants are allocated only when wet material to ensure their actions during use of the product and to selectively avoid interference with other absorbent odor agents before using the product, if this combination is actually used as a means to control odor. Between agents for odor control, known from the prior art, it is possible to make a clearer distinction. Some agents for odor control are active, preferably in dry conditions, that is, when, in fact, cannot be wetted absorbed fluid environments. On the contrary, agents for odor control of the second class are usually active against gaseous odorous compounds associated with the absorbed fluid medium, for example, through the mechanism of adsorption and, consequently, better manifest their effect essentially in dry conditions. Taking into account this distinction, any agent to control odor, known from the prior art, or any combination of such agents, which can be appropriately introduced into the absorbent structure for absorption of physiological fluid, can be used in a layered absorbent structures of the present invention in order to impart introduced in the structure of the product, or at least part of the ability to control odors associated with absorbed physiological fluid environments.

Additives are producing lactic acid bacteria selected from the class Pediococcus, Lactococcus, Lactobacillus, or mixtures thereof; a lipid, such as olive oil, canola oil, coconut oil, palm kernel oil, peanut oil, soybean oil, Dimethicone, paraffin oil and petrolatum; additive in the form of calcium chloride; agents with a buffer effect on pH (such as when abIe organic or inorganic acid, such as lactic acid, ascorbic acid, citric acid or boric acid); odorant; antioxidants; hydrocortisone or other anti-inflammatory steroids; antifreeze (such as skim milk, glucose, glutamate or glycerol); nutrients (such as amino acids, peptides, derivatives of nucleic acids, vitamins, salts, fatty acids, glucose, fructose, ribose, maltose and lactose) and/or one or more optional cleansing additives, such as softeners, emulsifiers, surfactants, such as nonionic, amphoteric and anionic surfactants-active agents, moisturizing agents, regulating the pH of the substances, chelating additives, viscosity modifiers, antimicrobial agents, prophylactic and smells.

The first or second functional layers may also include an active ingredient, suitable for cleaning non-physiological contaminated surfaces, such as the antibacterial agent or the like.

The first and/or second functional layer may include an active ingredient, which can be activated by contact with water, heat or contact with air. Activation can also be carried out by mechanical impacts, such as destruction of the encapsulated element.

In one embodiment, the implementation and the attainment wrap includes freely attached to the first functional layer, forming a pocket between the protective layer and the first functional layer. The protective layer may include a material, is known from WO 00/76878, and the material is airtight and thus moisture and waterproof. The material is a film obtained at least partially from one or more polymers, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, complex, polyester, polyamide, polyvinyl alcohol or similar polymer, or aluminum foil, aluminum oxide or silicon oxide or the like. WAYS of IMPLEMENTATION of the INVENTION

1 schematically shows the absorbent product 1, located on the wrapper 2 in accordance with the invention, which is in a deployed state. Wrap 2 can also be closed by any known manner, such as multiple overlapping parts, or use of non-overlapping parts, for example by attachment of the parties to each other. 7. Packing wrap (2) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the first or the second functional layer (3, 10) includes an active substance for cleaning surfaces, such as antibacterial agent.

Packing wrap (2) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the first or the second functional layer (3, 10) includes an active ingredient, which can be activated by contact with water, or heat, or by contact with air, or it can be activated by mechanical influences, such as the destruction of the encapsulated element.
