The invention relates to the production of road building materials, namely, the binder compositions based on organic binders that can be used in the construction and repair of roads and airfield pavements.

Known binder containing rubber crumb and cleaning products of spent motor oils. In this case, the rubber crumb is used instead of granular filter materials used for cleaning automotive oils, with further use of it, with the addition of bitumen in the road surface /application No. 2004110353/04 Russian Federation, IPC SS 3/04. A method of obtaining a binding composition./ Timilsina P.P., Romanovsky, V.L., Agafonov, Y.M.; applicants: Timilsina P.P., Romanovsky V.L. No. 2004110353/04; Appl. 05.04.2004; published. 20.10.2005/ [1].

The main drawback is the use without a rubber devulcanization, which in this form in the bitumen acts as a filler. Such a composition in the manufacture of asphalt can cause internal stresses due to elastic properties, until the destruction of the coating.

Known binder for road construction by the impact of crumb rubber and oil of tar at 180-210°C, in which a mixture of rubber crumb and dehydrated oil of tar is subjected to oxidation by oxygen in the air when the air flow rate of 0.4-1.4 l/mi is/kg for 12-16 h in the following ratio of components, wt.%: crumb rubber - 0,5-3,0; tar oil - 97,0-99,5 /application No. 96118330/03. Russian Federation, IPC6SW 26/26, C08L 95/00. A method of obtaining a binder for road construction. / Alekseev, A.P., Basov S. p., Bembel V.M., P. Lapin, Safonov, GA, Svistunov V.F., Leonenko V.V. Applicant: Institute of petroleum chemistry SB RAS No. 96118330/03; Appl. 12.09.1996; published. 20.01.1999/ [2].

The main drawback is the use of high temperatures during long-term exposure, comparable energy with the production of oxidized petroleum bitumen, as well as a small fraction of the used rubber component.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to offer structured bicoloration wagamama is a binder for road construction, in which the bitumen is modified polymer structuring additive - rubber thermoplastic elastomer STEP of 3.0-5.0 wt.% and surfactants in the form of triethanolamine 0.7 to 2.4 per cent /Pat. 2186044 Russian Federation, IPC7SW 26/26, C08L 95/00. Binder for road construction. / The authors and patent owners: Iliopoulou S. Kaliev, I. Boldyrev, Martirosova IV, Uglova E.V., Cats V.L., zadorozny D.V. Applicant: Rostov state University of civil engineering - No. 2000128842/03, Appl. 17.11.2000; published. 27.07.2002/ [3].

The main disadvantage of this binder is the use of substandard materials, and therefore, the material has a high cost.

The essence of the invention is to improve durability and reduce the cost of asphalt pavements, reducing the cost of their repair and maintenance, and disposal of waste tonnage.

The technical result of the invention is to improve durability of a comprehensive binder with improved rheological characteristics, as well as significant cost reduction by increasing the lifetime of asphalt coating and a significant reduction in cost due to the use as additives other waste production, reduction of energy consumption.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that in complex structured bicoloration astringent road destination for coatings containing devulcanizing rubber powder and the organic binder is bitumen road, impose additional waste water treatment oil refineries - oil-slime flotation containing, wt.%: 50-70% of the organic component (including hydrocarbons: methane - 75-90%; naphthenic - 10-20%; aromatic 3-10%); 50-30% inorganic component (including particle size: less than 10 MK - 50-65%; less than 20 MK - 80-85%; less than 100 MK - 95-99%; more than 100 microns, less than 2%), with a specific surface area 880-920 m2/kg; when humidity is not more than the 15-20% (more than indicated in the composition of the organic and inorganic components); in the following ratio, wt.%:

Bitumen82,5-92,5
Crumb rubber7,5-2,5
The slime flotation10-5

The resulting effect is achieved as follows. In the high-temperature treatment in a reducing environment bitumen is devulcanization fine rubber crumb, which acquires the properties of a homogeneous polymer binder and subsequent introduction as adhesive, plasticizer and texturing additives sludge water treatment by flotation forms a new type of binder that is different from bitumen, and from bitumnopolimernye binding.

The proposed solution differs from the prototype in that the complex modification of bitumen produced by the joint introduction of rubber and oil sludge treatment. This improves the durability of the binder by changing knitting patterns to more sustainable, type "Sol", in relation to the original bitumen, to increase adhesive properties, to improve physical and mechanical properties.

Rubber waste is presented in the form of crumbs, crushed parts of the tread after their your life tires, with a particle size less than 1 mm, 96%, from 1 to 1.5 mm - 4%. The sludge presents the organic component of 50-70% (including hydrocarbons: methane - 75-85%; naphthenic - 10-20%; aromatic 3-10%); inorganic component - 50-30% (including particle size: less than 10 MK - 50-65%; less than 20 MK - 80-85%; less than 100 MK - 95-99%; more than 100 microns, less than 2%), with a specific surface area 880-920 m2/kg. the Vast amount of surfactant is adsorbirovannoi condition on the surface of the mineral component of the sludge according to the mechanism of flotation water treatment. The moisture content of the sludge is not more than 15-20% (more than indicated in the composition of the organic and inorganic components). The ratio of components in complex structured bicoloration binder traffic assignment to cover the following, wt%: rubber - 2,5-7,5%; sludge flotation - 5-10%; bitumen to 100%.

Complex structured bicoloration binder for pavement tested in accordance with GOST 11501-92, GOST 11506-88, GOST 11507-78, their properties meets GOST 22245-90. The original bitumen in its properties consistent with their brand BND 40/60 and meets the standards GOST 22245-90 on the bitumen road viscous.

Binder was prepared in the following manner: initially, the bitumen is heated to a fluid state (130-140°C), then introduced crumb rubber in amounts (25-50% or 5-10% of the mass of modified bitumen), can completely be covered with a layer of bitumen, and with constant stirring, the temperature is brought to a temperature of devulcanization of rubber in the reducing environment of bitumen (over 180-235°C).

As dissolving the rubber in the bitumen was added to subsequent portions of the rubber. Heating and stirring is continued until complete homogenization of the material. After reaching the required concentration of the rubber in the bitumen and partial cooling down to 110-120°C bicoloration astringent gradually with constant stirring (amounts do not accept excessive foaming) is entered in the required amount of sludge flotation process of wastewater treatment. The table presents the test results of physical-mechanical properties of the binders according to GOST 22245-90.

The use of the invention allows to increase up to 1.5 times the durability of a structured binder bitumen, without changing grades of bitumen and reduce the costs of maintenance and repair of asphalt coatings based on complex structured bituminizing binder. In addition, it helps improve turnaround time, contributes to protecting the environment through joint waste water treatment oil refineries by flotation and secondary rubber tread hour and worn tires.
