FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing of wooden houses consists in the fact that in addition to laying of board layers into massif of panel and crosswise arrangement of boards in neighbouring layers, required external contour of finished element of massive wall is formed at the stage of layers arrangement and fixation with account of roof bevels, as well as required contours of internal openings for windows and doors. Contours for windows and doors are arranged as required relative to external contour of wall element, and then layers are laid into space between external contour of element and contours of windows and doors.

EFFECT: reduced material and labour inputs in manufacturing of houses.

 

The present invention relates to the field of building houses with solid wooden walls.

As analogues of the proposed method known methods of construction of wooden houses made of solid and glued laminated timber, in which the beams sequentially based (put) to each other, are laid between the insulation materials (moss, sealant, paste, etc.), fix the boards from sliding grooves (grooves), wedges and ridges and draw bars with a wooden spikes (pegs, dowels, pins and others) (see [1] - schuchman wines SCI building a house from Foundation to roof: what, why and how to build. - M.: AST: Astrel, 2007-208 S., p.19, 131.). These known methods, along with positive aspects, due to the use of wood, have the following disadvantages:

- education of leakages and cracks due to shrinkage of insulation materials, Foundation, deformation of beams and walls from external loads, and wind, temperature effects;

- not provided long-term static stability of the walls and weakened the force of the screed wood studs (dowels, dowels, pins) due to shrinkage, shrinkage and deformation of the walls;

there is irregularity of the insulating characteristics of the walls in their area because of variable cross-section of the walls, narrowing in places of contact beams;

- defects in the exact thermal insulation performance of walls in the area of the joints of the bars, that requires extra insulation and cladding;

for the use case of glued laminated timber additionally shows cracking in the adhesive layer due to the aging of the adhesive and temperature effects and environmentally harmful emissions from adhesives, banned in some countries, such as Germany, which generally prohibits the use of any adhesives, impregnation and films.

As a prototype of the present invention will take the method according to the famous German technology MassivHolzMauer (CMA) - a massive wooden wall, which eliminates the disadvantages of the methods of construction of the walls of houses of timber, including laminated, and which allows to combine the high speed of installation (50-80 square meters in a day) with the longevity and durability of houses (see [2] website http://massivholzmauer.de. Also developed expensive technological line for fast and accurate cutting and processing of wooden parts (complex Hans Hundegger Hundegger).

In the known method prototype for production of massive wood walls are made of boards of a desired size to provide the desired dimensions of the panel elements, stack boards with whom oami with a cruciform arrangement of boards in adjacent layers, connect the boards of adjacent layers at the intersection aluminum grooved pins (nails) in one whole wall element obtained is milled wall element size according to the drawing and then cut from the panel openings for Windows, doors and cut the roof.

The advantages of this method of the prototype are monolithic and multilayer wall construction, high precision Assembly, strength and susceptibility to shrinkage and the shrinkage of the construction of walls and houses, long-term safety and stability of the form of construction and environmental cleanliness of walls and houses, due to the cross way of the Assembly of the dried boards, the use of organic, non-shrink corrugated aluminum pins that do not affect the natural magnetic field, and the absence of adhesives, synthetic insulation, impregnating chemical compositions of the steel of the magnetic elements.

The disadvantage of this method is the prototype, the increase in the value of the walls and the house in General because of the additional costs of materials, energy, labour, caused by waste from the cutting out of the finished piece of a massive wall fragments under Windows, doors and cut for the roof (the waste from cutting out not reused because they are damaged by nails), as well as the cost of cutting out fragments. In addition, after the of wall elements optionally milled to the desired size, that increases the cost of products due to the additional cost of labor and materials.

II. Information that reveals the essence of the invention

The aim of the present invention is to reduce the cost of manufacturing items CMA-walls and the saving of material and labor resources. The stated objectives are achieved by the fact that in addition to laying in the array element layer boards with regard to their cross-shaped arrangement in the adjacent layers and reinforcing layers between a form at the stage of laying and securing the layers to the desired outer contour of the finished item a massive wall with accounting slanted roofs and the desired contour of the inner openings under doors and Windows and have the contours of the Windows and doors as desired relative to the outer contour of the wall element, and then stack the layers in the space between the outer contour of the element and the contours of the Windows and doors.

The formation of the final external circuit element of a massive wall and the internal contours of the openings of Windows and doors on the stage of stacking layers, positioning of the contours of the Windows and doors relative to the outer contour as needed and stacking layers in the space between the outer contour and the contours of the Windows and doors can reduce waste, eliminate additional costs of energy and labour in the more labour-intensive operations cut the Yu of the massive elements of the openings for Windows and doors and pitched roofs, that reduces the complexity of manufacturing and the cost of the massive walls.

Thus, the claimed technical solution allows to obtain a new techno-economic effect of reducing the cost of the items massive wooden walls and houses in General, and economy of material and labor resources. In addition, the proposed method can provide high-quality manufacturing of prefabricated elements of a massive wooden walls without the use of expensive automated line, which is important for businessmen who do not have large amounts of cash.

III. The implementation of the invention

Implementation of the proposed method is performed in the following way.

Made from boards or metal pattern, the internal dimensions of which are the same shape and size with external dimensions of the contour of the finished wall is a massive element, and height of the template is 10-20% greater than the thickness of the package of the finished item. Make templates of the Windows and doors, with exterior dimensions of the templates correspond to the internal dimensions of niches under Windows and doors, and the height of the templates more than 10-20% of the thickness of the package of the finished item massive walls. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the sphere of construction technologies and immediately deals with glued wooden structures. The suggested method of pre-tension of glued wooden packages in the across-grain direction presupposes their compression with the help of steel rods. The element of novelty consists in applying to the wooden package being forced together a pressure of 0.5 MPa with the help of steel rods gummed down inside the pre-drilled holes arranged along the whole of the package length (the spacing being equal to 300-500 mm.). The length of the rods is equal to the package width with due allowance for its eventual reduction after application of force-together pressure.

EFFECT: minimisation of material and labour expenditures related to pre-tension of glued wooden packages in the across-grain direction without distortion of their overall dimensions.

The suggested method of pre-tension of glued wooden packages in the across-grain direction presupposes their compression with the help of steel rods. The element of novelty consists in applying to the wooden package being forced together a pressure of 0.5 MPa with the help of steel rods gummed down inside the pre-drilled holes arranged along the whole of the package length (the spacing being equal to 300-500 mm.). The length of the rods is equal to the package width with due allowance for its eventual reduction after application of force-together pressure.

EFFECT: minimisation of material and labour expenditures related to pre-tension of glued wooden packages in the across-grain direction without distortion of their overall dimensions.
